I found this salon via Yelp, while trying to find something new in the area. I have been to multiple nail salons and it is hard to find salons that take their time and do good pedicures. I called the salon about 2:30pm to set an appointment for 3:30pm and they gladly accepted me. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and given their assortment of nail colors (several new colors just in today). They brought me to my chair and got started right away. This salon is small and fairly simple inside. Equipment is a little older, but that's not really a selling point to me. The pedicure was GREAT! The gentleman who took care of me took his time and did more than what I've had at other places. I was watching the other pedicures around me as well, it seems consistent that all of the nail techs took their time and really made a great experience for their clients. Was in the area and in need of a pedicure. Decided on this place based on the reviews. As my usual place was across town. I appreciate that they were able to get me in within minutes of me calling. The guy which I'm assuming was the owner was very welcoming. However, the tech that was assigned to me (older woman with glasses) although nice wasn't the best. I'm used to getting my feet soaked as I wait . She came and immediately started working on my feet and putting lotion on me before even soaking my feet which I'm not used to. She cut my toe as I she was removing previous gel from my toes and when I brought it up I'm Not sure if she didn't understand me or if I was ignored. I got gel polish and I told her I wanted my nails just shaped down squared...the shaping is decent but was definitely hoping for better. My main this was that my nail polish looks very uneven and a little lumpy i had her correct it a few times but finally gave up. I don't think I'd be back. read more

The minute my mom and I walked in the customer service was horrible even though my mom has been a frequent customer before. The woman who was asking what we wanted was extremely rude and very unwilling to accommodate to what we were requesting. I've been getting my nails done regularly for awhile now so I know how long it should take and the process of getting a fill I walked in with my friend, I was getting just a fill and she just wanted a soak off. First, her soak off took longer than normal. He cut her nails super short after she told him she wanted to keep the length and just have the acrylics taken off. Now for my fill. 2.5 hours for a FILL with a basic color. He started with putting way too much acrylic all over my nails so everything had to be filed down by a lot. Then, after a long time of "shaping them", he sent me to a different technician - who had already done a fill and a mani/pedi while he "started" on my nails - who finally shaped them correctly. When she started painting them, they ended up very bulky and not even the shape Of the actual nail. She gave me $10 off "for the wait" but my nails don't even look good. But I've never had them as badly as this. read more

Sure I called and got an appointment booked for myself and a girlfriend of mine for a pedicure by someone very pleasant on the phone which is the only reason why this is receiving more than one star but my experience lacked anything but relaxing. My technician was not gentle at all when shortening and doing the "cleaning" part of a pedicure. My toes were sore for the next few days from her shortening my nail bed so close and pulling. The massage part, which in most cases are the most enjoying part of a pedicure was virtually nonexistent and the gel that of course you get charged extra for was applied carelessly. So I have made this my go-to salon. They are busy so get an appointment even if that means calling fifteen minutes ahead. It is a family-owned salon and I recommend Sofia or Lee and the deluxe pedicure. Lots of great massage and very nice nails. In my earlier review I complained about their polish choices--but they have fixed that by getting the entire DND collection so you have hundreds of colors which you pick from samples while sitting in your luscious massage chair. So far I've taken six friends in the last three months and every person has stated they were extremely satisfied--especially with the length and comprehensiveness of the massage. This is the only salon I've been to in the area that gives me a massage that's amazing. Vogue nails across the street is a revolving door--in and out in under thirty minutes and more expensive. Solar Nails has some great manicurists and some who look like they hate their job. Spring Spa seems to have genuinely caring people who take pride in their work. I give this place my highest recommendation--call ahead for sure. read more

I love all of the spring nailed staff. I usually don't write reviews on places but they deserve it. I have gone to numerous nail places, Some better then others but none are worth the price of a $30+ gel manicure. I have been going to this nail place for about a year. Always getting either a gel manicure or pedicure. I've had almost every staff member do my nails and they are all excellent. It is hard to find a nails place that truly takes there time on your nails to make them flawless. Every staff member does and amazing job they don't just rush through it like ALL other places I've been too.if you want nail art, Mona does an amazing job. I've been wanting to find a place close to my house and came upon this location after reading reviews here and am glad to find that the comments were true! I have been to other locations and the staff, wait time and/or service has been horrible. It was the total opposite here... I got helped right away by Lana who did my mani and Kelly who did my pedi. The other staff members were genuine and acknowledged you. The massage chairs were comfortable and the place was clean. I got a regular mani and pedi for $40 and gel was an additional $10 each but, I opted out. It took about 1.5 hours because they took their time and did a great job! I will definitely be going back and recommending to others! I went on a Friday after work and I inquired about the weekends and they said it's usually best to make an appointment, which I will do next time if I do go on a weekend. read more

This place is fantastic! They just started opening on Sundays and they took me right away. They were all super welcoming and Eric was very informative and helpful. Tony fixed my toes after another salon in the area over-dremeled them during gel pedi and left them brittle, frail and breaking! This place is no frills, but they are clean, polite and quick. Will be coming here instead of other places in the area (places that are on Shaw and herndon and willow for instance). Good prices too ($25 pedi). Cant beat this place! I guess I'm considered a regular here now! I go every 2 weeks to see Mai. I get a gel manicure and they are fabulous! Very friendly business, I am always greeted when I enter. My gel manicure takes an hour, TOP. The product is good and my manicure could probably last another week if I wanted it too and took better care of my nails. The shop is small, but has massage chairs for pedis; I have yet to have one because I'm waiting for the summer time. Draw backs are that there is no music or back noise which can get awkward. It's a quaint store so nothing fancy on the walls or anything but the employees are friendly, my manicures are always done in a timely manner and my nails always come out looking great! If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went in on a Monday at 2:00 with an appointment to get a pedicure and a nail fix plus a polish change. The nail that he supposedly "fixed" is terrible. It's shaped horribly and painted horribly. He didn't shape or do anything to my other nails he took the previous paint off and put new paint on, no rounding no shaping. Took him close to an hour to paint my nails!! Every nail that he painted he had to clean up, meaning that he doesn't even know how to neatly paint nails. The pedi was done by another man, he did a good job. But Eric who had done my nails needs to practice on people who aren't PAYING to get them done. He charged me $20 for a polish change and $25 for my feet. I walked out of there livid after paying $45 for something I was not at all happy with. He's a nice guy but maybe it's time he picks up another profession. I'm a big tipper and always take care of people who take care of me, but I had to leave the receipt blank today... very very disappointed. And now I have to go pay another $50 tomorrow to have them fix his crappy job. read more

I've gone twice and both times have left feeling relaxed, thrilled with my nails, and like I've gotten a great bang for my buck. This salon is quiet and clean which are huge pluses in my book. Today was my mom's and my first time here (It was recommended by a friend of ours). We went in today for my wedding nails (I am getting married on Saturday) and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. I don't often leave yelp reviews, but this was the best mani/pedi I have ever had. Eric greeted us and was warm and welcoming. He listened carefully (I have "problem" toenails from having toenail surgery, and he then conveyed that to the pedicurist (I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic!). Sophie (I think that was her name) did my nails. Both my mom and I had French on our nails, and both Kelly and Sophie went above and above making sure that the French was perfect. The massage was also excellent for both the pedicure and the manicure. Due to the fact that it was for my wedding, Sophie was so sweet and did a cute design underneath my ring fingers without me even having to say anything. Both my mom and I left very happy with the results and will definitely be back! I highly recommend this shop and Eric and Sophie in particular. :) I recommend calling for an appointment. read more
