As someone who suffers from chronic neck pain, I really need someone who can get in the muscle deep. So when I say I need a deep tissue massage, I mean I need DEEP. Most of the time, I have to direct my masseuse what to focus on and what I need in terms of pressure and most of the time they listen. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I was paired up with a female masseuse who was sweet enough in manner but didn't seem to speak much English so when I asked her to only focus on my neck or when I kept asking for deeper pressure, she was respond in agreement but then would proceed to continue doing what I asked her not to do. I specifically asked her to only focus on my upper back/neck area and not to do my whole body. She did work on my upper area but then proceeded to do the rest of my body when I asked her not to. I know they are trained to do full body massages but the purpose of getting a massage for a lot folks is to get some relief from pain or tight muscles with specific attention to problem areas. If I'm going to pay an inordinate amount of money for an hour massage, I'd rather not have it wasted on parts of my body I don't need worked on. Needless to say, I realized I can't get what I really need here, so while I appreciated the good service overall, I will continue my journey for a great masseuse elsewhere.

She was unfriendly and did not care to check with me what I wanted. She couldn't understand my instructions well and when I showed her hair length (and told her repeatedly to check with me before cutting) she cut off 10 inches off my hair. I wanted layers but because the hair was already cut so short I couldn't get layers as it would have reduced the length further more. I was so upset with the service. I was offered no apology whatsoever and instead the head staff told me maybe we should put water on your hair and ruin it even more for wasting our time! Do not recommend the stylist or the salon to anyone! You may see comments from them on my post saying how I'm lying and they did their best, you can choose to believe whoever. I was specifically looking for skilled Licensed Massage Therapists, and their setup looked promising. I booked a 75-minute therapeutic session with Tatiana and it was far beyond "good." It was easily one of the best and most effective massages I've ever had! As someone who is knowledgeable about proper technique and tends to be quite critical, I was thoroughly impressed. Tatiana is simply amazing, and my only regret was not booking a full two hours! Tip for first-timers: The building is set back from Duke Street and isn't directly visible from the road, so give yourself a few extra minutes to find it. It is well worth checking out, and I will definitely be booking a 2-hour session with Tatiana on my next visit.

I may have only waited 10 days between the second and third visit (which the third visit should not have even been necessary, but whatever) but I still had no results from the third visit! Here is a timeline of my visits: June 24 July 19 (25 DAYS, OVER TWO WEEKS) minimal results from first appointment - tons of movement in my face that I specifically requested to address July 29 (10 DAYS) zero results from second appointment (and zero results from this visit too) This review was written August 18, which is plenty of time for the neuromodulator to kick in after that experience (20 days). Regardless, as I type this update on October 3, I can tell you I did not experience ANY results from that third visit. I refused to put myself through another expensive visit with no results, so I didn't go back for a fourth visit. So I am still sticking by my original review. I've attached photos to confirm the timeline. Instead of believing patients who have had a poor experience, this place chooses to act like we are all idiots because we want something we paid for with a skilled injector who knows what they're doing. There is literally NO reason for me to have NO results between three appointments, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I had FULL movement in my forehead. The owner said Breanna likes to give patients a "natural look" which I guess means you're still going to have heavy movement which will lead to more wrinkles and spending more money at this place for all touch ups. I have never experienced this anywhere else and being upcharged for what's either diluted product or an unskilled injector is crazy. Plus all the other places also charge by the unit too, and I have basically never been charged for a touch up. I will be telling EVERYONE not to visit this place. Absolutely unprofessional and unskilled. Spend your money elsewhere.
