I had a consultation with Kay and we decided on a hydro facial and light therapy. It took an hour. There were snacks and drinks in the waiting room but I did not wait long. Once in the treatment room, I changed to a wrap around towel/dress and relaxed on the bed that was heated. Kay was very conscientious and thorough. She explained the steps and benefits of each.
