Predatory, evasive. Ask them about price of products they are forcing on you, treatments and their aim is to be clever, coy. Heavy pressure to sell, verbally forcing you into a corner to get you to open your wallet. They will actually help you search your credit cards to buy their products and their products aren't worth the price. Lots of fancy packaging but actual amount of product small. I promise you can find something equally if not more effective at the local CVS, Target etc. I don't recommend unless you are a dermatologist and enjoy a head-on with these parasites. We needed to quickly enter the mall to get an i phone cable for our car. On our way out a man with black shorter hair and a beard had my mom take a sample. After he took her inside this shop to try to sell it to her. While he was talking to her he said that me mom didn't take care of herself and that she didn't look good without the product. In a matter of seconds the product flaked off of my mother's face. This shop has workers stand outside of the shop to try to sample you and take you in to sell their product, don't listen to what they say and keep moving. The product was bad and left her skin dry and irritated. And the customer service was horrible, no one should be told that they are ugly while trying to shop. read more

Scamming salesman with the beard and short black hair kept on telling me that my nose was gross and was also just plain manipulative, nudging at the fact that I was with my girlfriend. Despite both of us being 19, he still tried to advertise shitty and extremely overpriced products to us and we were too nervous to say no. This is understandable in hindsight because it seems like the people who were courageous enough to say no were met with insults. What kind of salesperson does that? This place also has a no refund policy because they know how scummy their schemes are and want to get away with it. Do not allow a demonstration on your face from open container used on all customers. You may be sold another product that wasn't the sample. 9. do not accept a free facial. Do not agree to go their facial salon and get a facial. Facials are not free and will accompany 3 bundles deals with the expectancy that you will purchase one. 10. if products are purchased complete all transactions at the register, do not talk finance, deals, purchases etc from the facial chair. go to the register. 11. Do not engage in conversations about your skin care desires. They don't care. It's so they can hustle you to purchase more products. 12. Only purchase what you desire. 13. Make sure your receipt is a real receipt. list the names only of the products you intend to purchase along with the price for each products. 14. Dismiss compliments and complementary. Nothing is free. Complementary means you agree to buy and products you didn't asked for will be rolled into a customer deal costing you more. 15.
