Anyways, I would be pissed off too working if I had to throw away thousands of dollars of merchandise or redo displays because somebody destructive tornado decided Sephora is a place for play and sensory fun. Not knowing what to expect, I took an Uber to the office, where I was warmly greeted. Once there, we discussed my treatment plan in detail. The staff was exceptional--they answered all my questions, addressed my concerns with understanding and compassion, and clearly explained what to expect. Within minutes, I was in the chair with Dr. Gentile, undergoing an emergency triple extraction just days before Thanksgiving during a hectic week. Remarkably, the procedure was completely painless and went smoothly. I even joked with the staff that, compared to all my prior dental experiences--from braces as a kid to routine check-ups--this was by far the least painful and most pleasant one I've ever had. The follow-up care I received from the team, spanning from the extraction to the implants, was absolutely fantastic. The staff is professional and empathetic, going out of their way to ensure you're comfortable and informed. They truly excel at what they do, and I couldn't be more grateful for their support.
