I love thier skin care products. It is so great from great origin. The salt scrub leave the hand skin smooth and intact. The peeling collagen is great that renews your facial skin. The body butter has great smell and work the same as the salt scrub with smoothing purpose. I love their mud soap as it leaves the skin smooth and clean. With much more eye care that I would like to purchase in the future. I cant wait to have my next purchase from this store. read more

Kinda aggressive sales technique. Feels like you're forced into the store after being handed a sample sachet. Initially tried to sell a $199 jar then conveniently found a $99 jar. Had no price lists or leaflets, or any general product information. So was pressured into making a decision on the spot. Also the bloke trying to mansplain to me what the symbols meant on the packaging was completely wrong xD He tried to explain how the little jar symbol with the 24 in it meant that it had 24 month's worth of product in it! I said it was the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol, which is how long the ingredients are safe to use after opening. As soon as he tried to make up stuff I knew I had to get out. Thankfully he pointed out how I didn't want to fix my rosacea and blackheads before I left. Maybe do your own research and fix you sales pitch first *Also kinda convenient that all 3 of the 5 star reviews are by guys that have only reviewed this store and nothing else read more

I was a fool, I was enjoying my walk in my Wolverine Cosplay and they saw my attention, I don't remember their names but when they drag me in, one of the female were giving me samples for my skin and afterwards I was turning down the offer because I am in a budget and I'm jobless and she ask my limit so I said $50 but ended charging $100, as I about to leave to pay she drag me more on products paid another $100 and after I left their store I checked my bank app shows unusual transactions I looked at $600 and $300 they didn't even tell what the charges are for, worst case they charged twice on the same price messing up my bank account when they got my debit card and they didnt gave my card back to me, its my fault due to my foolish naiveness, and I never got a receipt, since I still got the bag full of their stuff, unopened, I'm going back and return them, not alone, I'm bringing my friend along to help me, I'm still new here in Washington DC, all I could say is, I'm really angry at them and I'm more angry at myself more for falling for their trap, if I don't get my money back,I'm gonna call my bank to file for fraud read more

So there's three locations only, and one is in Pentagon City. WOW! Talk about some super-charged predatory & ruthless pressure tactics! Remember the Israeli Dead Sea people who buttonhole shoppers from a kiosk? Yeah, this is them, now operating from a storefront which brings a level of 'respectability' to the snake oil products. Pulled me in with a beautiful woman then handed me off to a handsome young man (lots of touching my leg. LOTS lol!) to sell me a whole package of snake oil costing 2K! Thankfully I'm not special needs or elderly and immune to pretty people. Customers could be bullied into spending thousands of dollars. But it was amusing to see their chorography, setup, wind-up, and pitch only for them to be defeated by my charm and refusal to spend thousands. It would be almost admirable. read more

Beware of sales pitches. It is total false info in the ad they put on Facebook. Totally not a facial like they offered.

So I had a pretty stressful experience while I was at the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. A skincare store called Minarelle pulled me in by offering a free product demo. The salesperson was really friendly, complimented me, and even told me I was "smart," so I ended up listening to their sales pitch. They told me I could get two skincare products for about $20, so I agreed. But after I paid with my card, I realized I had actually been charged $106 instead. I felt shocked, guilty, and like I had been taken advantage of. My mom went back with me to confront the store. At first they said they couldn't issue a refund because of their promotion, and they even argued with us. We kept pushing because the price wasn't what I thought I was agreeing to, and eventually they processed a full refund. I still have the return confirmation and I'm just waiting for the money to show up back on my card. Afterward I looked up reviews of the store and found that a lot of other people described very similar experiences involving aggressive sales tactics and pressure to buy expensive skincare. That made me realize I wasn't the only person this had happened to and helped me stop blaming myself so much. DO NOT SET FOOT ON THIS STORE THEY WILL CO-ERCE YOU TO BUY EXPENSIVE PRODUCTS. They also use aggressive sales tactics to lure customers in and spend hundreds if not thousands on skincare products that might not even work or have any effect whatsoever. read more

They are indeed scammers. Exactly the same happened to me. They sell you a facial, which is never done instead the want to sell you EXPENSIVE devices fo $2000 which are available in Amazon for about $30. The products they used in your face needed to go to the Macys restroom to wash them off. The "skin specialist ".. who says her name is Mia doesn't talk as a skin specialist. She just wants to push you to get these packages at ridiculously inflated prices. Even to be a scammer it is needed certain level of elegance to make people fall... read more

Same as everyone else mentioned. They lure you in with a fake add on Facebook and when I told them that I booked a facial, they acted they didn't know anything about the ad and that their marketing department is taking care of it and they have no idea what their marketing department does but how is that possible. They try selling you products for thousands of dollars. I actually ended up looking up those products and they do sell for a lot more online so I ended up paying 2K thinking that even though I came if for facial that ended up being a fake ad, at least the products they're advertising seem to be good. I've been using them for 4 months and no results. ABSOLUTELY NO REAULTS. Either those products are counterfeit or if they are real, they don't do what they are advertised for read more

Predatory, evasive. Ask them about price of products they are forcing on you, treatments and their aim is to be clever, coy. Heavy pressure to sell, verbally forcing you into a corner to get you to open your wallet. They will actually help you search your credit cards to buy their products and their products aren't worth the price. Lots of fancy packaging but actual amount of product small. I promise you can find something equally if not more effective at the local CVS, Target etc. I don't recommend unless you are a dermatologist and enjoy a head-on with these parasites. Be guarded about anyone walking close to you in any mall pushing products. read more

These people are such a big scam and fraud actually. they will lure ppl with a video in which you can see a treatment actually given to a lady and offering special price of 79.99$ for a skin tightening treatment but when you go there , you are told that there will be only a consultation and no treatment would be done and only loads of questions will be asked. The consultant might offer a bundle later but nothing else would be done. Such a disappointment. Be aware of these fraud people and bossiness. read more

Scammers, they scam me to come in with a facial. Instead, they bring you to sell their expensive machine and you go home with half face facial instead of what they promise non invasive facial and neck. Stay away I wish if I have read these reviews before going. read more

We needed to quickly enter the mall to get an i phone cable for our car. On our way out a man with black shorter hair and a beard had my mom take a sample. After he took her inside this shop to try to sell it to her. While he was talking to her he said that me mom didn't take care of herself and that she didn't look good without the product. In a matter of seconds the product flaked off of my mother's face. This shop has workers stand outside of the shop to try to sample you and take you in to sell their product, don't listen to what they say and keep moving. The product was bad and left her skin dry and irritated. And the customer service was horrible, no one should be told that they are ugly while trying to shop. read more

this store should be closed, They offer on Facebook this great facial for 79.00. but its a scam, you make a appt, go there, and they give you a small demo of their led hand wand to take away wrinkles. they told me for $4,000 I could buy this. for 20 minutes straight this sales person was talking over and over asking why I won't buy this thing. What a joke. They don't stand behind there add. I went back to ask for a refund and they told me it's a big problem when customers come there. Im so angry from being cheated out of my money. read more

If I could give a "0" I would. Promised a facial that I never received. Duped into buying $600 worth of products. The offer of a facial was only in attempt to sell me a $4,000 package (which I declined). I will use the products I purchased and learned my lesson. I'm usually a researcher type, but was off my game this day. They won't get to fool me again. STAY AWAY. Don't take the sample; it's a trap. Just keep walking!!!! read more

They're scammers. They lure you with social media ads promising a full session, but you never receive one. They scam you, play games, and pressure you into buying their products. They also claim to use LED machines for the official treatment, but I doubt that's true. read more

Was approached by a male sales associate who insisted we come inside to receive a lotion sample. Proceeded to insult me in front of my partner about my acne and insinuate that I don't do enough for it, and have it because I am lazy and unclean. Leo was very helpful and sold me instantly on some great products. Go check it out at pentagon city mall!

This people are scamers. I went there for a non invasive facial. But a guy came talking too much as an assistant put me a little cleaning foam into my sides of my face. They did not prepare you as an spa to change your clothes or cover your hair. Then this young lady came in with a led tool with a cream and then try to sell you a package of $4,500 or another of $2,000. SCAM read more

Scamming salesman with the beard and short black hair kept on telling me that my nose was gross and was also just plain manipulative, nudging at the fact that I was with my girlfriend. Despite both of us being 19, he still tried to advertise shitty and extremely overpriced products to us and we were too nervous to say no. This is understandable in hindsight because it seems like the people who were courageous enough to say no were met with insults. What kind of salesperson does that? This place also has a no refund policy because they know how scummy their schemes are and want to get away with it. Never go here, never sit in those stools, no matter how disrespectful it may seem, ignore these idiot salesmen. I hope this place closes. read more
