3/17/25 Not a bad location for this place, but not a very busy area either. This place is located next to Wed Spa, but Sky Energy Therapy looks a little more elegant. There is a second floor for possibly being treated for whatever ails you. From what I can tell, there are massage rooms on the first floor too. Unfortunately, when I stopped, by at around 5:05pm, nothing was stirring, not even a mouse. I called out to someone, but nobody answered. If everybody is everybody, then somebody should have answered. There for nobody is somebody's problem. Especially if somebody want to get paid...whether it is money or relief. Also, upon looking around I saw prices for elite levels of getting services done, but I would have liked to ask someone for clarification on these prices. Alas, no one was was home. I checked online to find prices for this business and found nothing either. Am I lucky or unlucky at this misfortune? I guess it doesn't matter now. The unlucky is nothing more than a frame of reference for the luck. So I won't waste time wondering what could've been when I am what could've been and what could not have been. I might try this place again, but putting their prices for services on a pamphlet or online would be most helpful new and old clientele. If you do have the prices listed, I did not find them on your websites for Yelp and Google. If you can make the prices easier to spot, it would be most helpful. Really, this place is excellent. The lady who worked on my right shoulder (deep tissue massage) relieved most of the pain and tension. I had a bad mountain biking accident last summer and have been dealing with shoulder pain for months now. Went to see the doc who gave me Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) and gave me 3 weeks of physical therapy could not help as much as this deep tissue massage did in just 1 hour. This is my second time back and I got the same excellent treatment as before. Not only does she know what she's doing, she's very good at it. She's also one of the nicest person you'll meet! If you have any muscle tension or soreness then I would HIGHLY recommend coming here! read more

What an excellent find! I bought a Living social deal and I'm so glad I did. My appointment was scheduled with Bagi. I was a tight ball of knots when I went in and left feeling amazing. I work 8+ hours at a desk and carry most of my stress in my shoulders and neck area. She worked out all my knots and found my problem areas without me having to say anything. I have had many massages, but honestly this was the best I've ever had. I didn't want my session to end. It was such a relaxing experience and I felt like a new person when I left. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The young lady that checked me in was very welcoming and had an upbeat personality. If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend bought a groupon for a couple's massage for my birthday, this Saturday. I briefly scanned the reviews, which were iffy but I decided they were better than those of the other places nearby. He called to make the appointment and they attempted to make him return the groupon and pay in office, promising the same price as the groupon. First of all that's super sketchy, I read poor reviews of other massage places nearby charging people's cards random amounts that differed from what they were told. Secondly if you don't make money off groupon, what's the point in offering groupons for your business? Spend some money on a decent marketing team if you're only after exposure. This morning my boyfriend received this email from someone who works there: "We asked you pay at the office the same amount of money on the Groupon, the spot you reserved was for clients who will pay money at the office. And you was agree for that! And our therapists all contractors they don't take one day too many clients who has a coupon. Because we don't make money from this promotion. So we don't know they will work for you guys. If you want to move for next Saturday 02/04 we have opening at 2pm. Regards, Sky Energy Therapy OJ" My boyfriend made it very clear when he called that we would be using the groupon, not paying in office, although apparently whoever he spoke to ignored that. Again, if Groupon doesn't allow you to make money and you can't see the bigger picture involved (ie using it to bring in new clients who will spend money at the office in the future) then maybe DONT offer groupons for your business! We were told they could take us on the 28th, why would I want to come back on a day that isn't my birthday? This is beyond unprofessional, I can't fathom owning a company and treating paying customers this way. I bought a Living Social for a couples massage on a whim as a surprise for my fiancee. I'm pretty game to get a massage any time, anywhere, so I figured why not? Bagi was very sweet in our email communications and got pretty good reviews, so i figured it was worth a short. Apparently, she was out of town on the weekend we booked our service for, so we arrived 20 minutes early to a dark building. The owner of the building inside informed us Bagi was out of town and the therapists she had as her "out of town" replacements had not only not shown up the day before (a Friday), but at 3 pm on a Saturday had not yet arrived. We waited for ten minutes, left a note that we were there and no therapists showed, and left, about 10 minutes before our service was supposed to start. We waited in the parking lot for a few minutes, calling other spas in the area to schedule another massage (as we had COMPLETELY rearranged our entire weekend because of this massage), and left about a minute before our massage was supposed to start. At about 3:10, I got a call from a front desk receptionist wondering where I was. I informed her I had left a few minutes prior when the owner of the building said no one was there, and a few minutes before our massage, no one was there, and the appointment itself said arrive at least 15 minutes prior. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER attempt to book at this place. I got my money back from Living Social and would encourage you to never waste your money on this place. BEYOND unprofessional. read more

I was gifted a massage here and choose the hot stone..... with Yuki.... Never had a female masseuse, and she stood about 5ft tall about 115lbs.... so when she asked if I wanted medium or strong pressure I assumed her "strong " wouldn't be strong enough...... Bad bad decision..... Yuki was STRONG!!! Yes it hurt but it felt good at the same time and when she was done I felt great...... The salon was very comforting and I loved the heated bed!! I had previously been booked the day before and had to call pretty much last minute when I went to my car and found it dead I had spoke with Emma who answered the phone and she empathetically immediately said "no problem we can have you come in the next day!!" There was no last minute cancel fee!! Went in following day and met Emma at front desk who was just the sweetest!! My therapist was Zulaa and I had a deep tissue massage with hot stone!! Zulaa asked what pressure I like and probably gave me one of the best massages I've had!! The heat helped me to relax and her pressure was spot on!! Relaxing music on in the room and her soothing energy was perfect!! I Met Baji at the desk and also found her to have a warm persona. I will return!! Remember: if your looking for a spa type place with saunas, pools, attitude driven people you won't find that here!!! Booked a massage with Bagi. She had excellent pressure and technique. And the use of aromatic oils delivered a nice touch. Their facility impressed me, especially the massage room. It was very large and private/insulated for peace and quiet. The only critiques that I can offer are 1) introduce yourself, and with a smile; and 2) determine customers' ideal level of pressure at the beginning through a 1 to 10 scale. That is, actually press down on the customer starting at 1 and progress up to 10, asking what's preferred. Very few masseuses use this tactic, but it goes a long way to more precisely meeting clients' needs. My experience was great, but these 2 improvements would have moved me from 4 stars to 5. read more

I am leaving 3 star review only because of all of other wonderful reviews...Otherwise, I would have left one star. It makes me sad, as I feel like we are talking about totally different studios. I wish my experience was half as good as theirs. I had a massage here about 2 months ago after getting a groupon (or livingsocial?, can't remember which). It was utterly the worst massage I have ever got in my whole life. First of all, I asked specifically for a deep tissue beforehand as my back was really messed up, but I got an "all fluffy" Swedish. On top of that, the masseuse talked to me throughout the whole session, about politics...yep, politics. And she also said things like :"first generation immigrates have to do lower level job like giving people massages so our kids can go to good schools and have a better life." !!!! Imagine how stressed I was after hearing this!!!! ...Anyways, l left in the end of the day feeling like my tight muscles were untouched and also emotionally distressed.. I initially didn't want to share this experience on yelp because I felt like a bad person after the masseuse "opened up" to me. But today, I got a promotion email from them and literally sighed out loud in front of my computer. I was a paid client who drove all the way up to this studio to receive a service, it is just not right to treat me like anything but. This place is amazing!! Bagi is a miracle worker. I came to this place hoping to replace my old massage therapist because she moved far away. I had very specific needs and Bagi told me she would do whatever it takes to help me get better. Not only does she do a great job with the deep tissue massages i need, but she also does some acupressure that honestly keeps me from getting migraines 24/7. If I skip a session because of my work schedule I usually regret it quickly afterwards lol. But the reason I'm writing this review is mostly because I want to thank Sky Energy for being SO FLEXIBLE. I have called the day before letting them know I couldn't make my appointment because my boss needed me to stay late. They always say "no problem" and help me reschedule. Even on their day off they were answering my voicemail telling me they could move my appointment to the next day or a couple hours later than normal. I am beyond impressed with their patience for me. I not only move my appointment frequently, but recently had a bad skin "reaction" (to a home product) I guess you could call it, and had to bring special skin cream from my doctor. As a woman honestly it's hard to feel pretty and have a rash you know you can't hide from the one person who will be looking at your back for an hour. I handed over my special cream and gloves super scared that I would be silently judged for my hour long massage. Did that actually happen? NO! Bagi was SOOOO kind and made light of my situation. She told me I wasn't alone, and she could work through anything. She would just use my special cream and gloves and it would be just like every other time. She suggested different herbal treatments to help with the healing of the rash, and then told me I probably work too hard and should relax more hahaha. She is honestly the sweetest woman I think i've ever met. She was kind and really caring on a personal level. She always remembers the details of my life that i share so every time I go in, we just pick up chatting where we left off. I'm shocked she remembers all that stuff! If you want almost ANY kind of massage (she offers all kinds of massages and went to school for really special kinds) I suggest you go here. This place is really awesome. They are not a spa, it is truly a place specializing in massage. If you are looking for a spa-like experience with tranquility and waterfalls, and bathrobes, this is not the place for you. I believe that you come here for a massage that works specific areas as a form of physical therapy. I had a deep tissue massage with Bagi, and she is fantastic. She is very friendly and attentive. She was thorough and able to find spots that really needed extra work. My neck, upper back and jaw really all really tight and she paid extra attention to those areas to work them out. She even gave me some advice after the session on what I could do to stretch and relax the muscles. The prices are very reasonable. I walked into this place feeling like a clenched up, twisted mess of muscles. After the myofascial release massage I got here though, I feel so much better. At other places, I've definitely had the "robot" experience, where you can tell the therapist is just going through a procedure they give every other person. Not the case here; I could tell she was feeling out all the worst spots in my back muscles. Everything feels significantly more relaxed, and I've already scheduled another appointment (which I've never done before). Maybe someday my back will feel normal again. Had a truly outstanding and beneficial massage from Larissa the other day. Probably one of the top 10 in my long life of getting massages for muscle and neck issues. She asked important and pertinent health questions and wanted feedback from me in the beginning and end of the massage. She also employed techniques on my back that helped with mobility and the hot moist towel at the end of the session was so soothing. Would have gave 5 stars but I deducted 1/2 a star for noise. I could hear the phone ring in reception and the music over the loudspeaker was a little loud for my taste and not relaxing massage music. Hearing the theme to the Godfather play two times did not put me in a zen mode...all I could think about was Luca Brasi sleeps with the fishes. I will definitely go back. read more

For me, the only thing that really matters at a massage center is the massage, and this is the best massage therapy I've received to date. My appointment was with Bagi, and she gave me an incredible one hour deep tissue massage. I have really deep knots and this is the first massage I've walked out of feeling like the massage therapist actually tackled the underlying muscle tension. Unlike some massage centers, here the deep tissue massage is actually a different technique for tackling muscle pain, rather than just a stronger pressure version of Swedish massage. Bagi knew exactly how the muscles interacted at the source of my knots and how to stretch and work into each of them, without it being too painful. She was very relaxing and kind, and she worked my back and shoulders first and most thoroughly, exactly like I asked. I would absolutely recommend this place and would be happy to return. read more

Had a prenatal massage with Tsomo last week and it was wonderful! Initial appointment was made using a groupon, but the prices are very good so I will be going back even without specials. Being 8 months pregnant, everything pretty much hurts-especially my lower back! She focused on the exact areas that were bothering me and really helped to ease a lot of my aches and pains. The bed was great and it was the kind that heats up. The room was very relaxing and serene. Her massage technique was really great. I left feeling so refreshed and happy. When I showed up at the time I had on my calendar I waited for 15 minutes in an empty office. I was then unceremoniously told to fill out some paperwork since my appointment was 30 minutes later at which point I left. I went to Sky Energy Therapy for a prenatal massage that my husband got me off Groupon. Bagi was my massage therapist and she did a fantastic job. I've had neck and back problems for a few years now and being that it flared up recently I knew I had to go in for my massage. She worked out my tightness with just the right amount of pressure for a prenatal massage. She was extremely knowledgeable in the muscles of the neck and back and offered some tips on what I can do at home to keep the muscles relaxed. I will definitely be coming here again! read more

Bagi is so awesome, I almost feel as though she should be kept a secret. She is a wonderful massage therapist who senses where the knots of tension are and releases them with her techniques. There was a period of time when I was experiencing nerve pain and numbess in my upper back. After two sessions with her the pain went away completely and hasn't returned since. Whenever I begin experiencing excessive tension in my muscles I go to her and she always finds the problem areas and releases the tension. We ended up being almost 30 mins late for the appointment because of traffic/address mix up (note: Maple Ave West, NOT East). I have been tried many massage therapist and Bagi Dagva is the best massage therapist as far as I known. She is not only meticulous but also caring about my stomach issues and provides me lots of feedback regarding my conditions. Combining hot stone protocols with a full body massage provides a very healing and effective experience. The hot stones also expand blood vessels, which encourages blood flow throughout the body.
