Great pho, great Chinese dishes, best egg rolls. Everything fresh and not greasy. Friendly staff and great prices.

Last time here I was recovering from that tee Key cold going around and today it's just a soup kinda day. But first, I stand corrected, it's Egg Flower Soup, not egg drop. This classic soup with white meat chicken, egg, peas, carrots, and yellow onion is a perfect blend in a bowl. It's served hot with heat, just like we like it, they do have plenty of hot sauces choice to make it as spicy as you like it. It's a large bowl with a value price and all I could eat in one setting. Our friends had a rice dish and the plates perfect rice and full with meats on a stick. And a Vermicelli bowl. Both great values, nice plate presentation and good reports on taste. Sevice was friendly, quick, and they checked back on you. Owner seemed very engaged in the restaurant, a good sign. This was a great Sunday, on a winter day lunch spot, we will be back. read more

We have been coming here for pho since we were 17. The food is amazing. I can't believe some people on here commented on the quality because we have been here countless times over the years because we love the food so much. We usually get the sampler, the beef pho, and some type of stir fry dish. The people that work here are always so kind and smiling and the order comes out quickly. Way to proud for poor quality. I ordered the short ribs. Pretty bad quality...mostly fat. They tried to cover the poor quality with marinade bit that was sickly sweet. Calamari was greasy but good. Service was friendly but I guess there are no refills on soft drinks. And the water tasted like it came from a dirty water hose. I am going to vote no. read more

My husband and I get takeout from Spring Kitchen all the time. We love the pho (and yes, there are delicious vegetarian options!), as well as the crab puffs, and banh mi. Portions are good, and ingredients taste fresh. It's all very flavorful but not overbearingly salty compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. read more

I had a craving for a Banh Mi sandwich so I stopped here. It was my first visit. The sandwich was ok. It had shredded chicken (I've never had that kind of chicken on a Banh Mi before) and not enough of the veges. It was pretty dry and the meat almost had a fishy taste to it. I ordered Spring Kitchen from Ubereats and everything tasted good. They actually had quite a bit of steak, more than other places I have ordered. They allowed me to take pork out of my spring rolls and add extra shrimp. read more

Our food was terrible, we had tasteless broth with no wontons in it and it was wonton soup?? Fried rice was greasy and not good at all with no flavor. Eggrolls were OK but overcooked. Teriyaki chicken was fine. read more

Pretty good food and clean restaurant with nice decor. I'm glad they've been able to stay open during Covid. However, this is the second time I have phoned in an order for pick up and upon arrival they have told me someone already picked up my order. Both times they realized it was an error and they gave my order to someone else. I'm not one to complain much and happy to support small businesses during these rough times, but it makes it hard when this has happened twice now. The least they could have done is thrown in a free appetizer or given us the kids meal for free, but not even an apology. I probably will go there again but if it happens a third time I'm done. I went in for takeout during the corona virus and was really impressed. They have tables in front of the counter to maintain social distance and the owner said he wipes everything down after the have a customer. He ran my card and gave it back to me and didn't ask me to sign anything. I also tried another restaurant in the same complex, won't mention who, but obviously didn't care. This is one of my very favorite restaurants. I eat there at least 1 to 2 times per week. It's only downfall is it's on the pricier side for the area that it is in however that has not deterred me. Kids eat free on Tuesdays as well. read more

Nice, quiet atmosphere. Food lacked quantity for the price though. Their garlic butter chicken wings are huge (which I don't like) and they weren't warm, as if they weren't just freshly fried. The short ribs I ordered were so tiny and I only received 3 so for the price of $15 it wasn't worth it. Thai tea tasted like pure milk instead of tea. We've been patrons since they opened. The food is decent and service is fine. What disappointed me this time was that I took my 11 year old daughter to eat on Tuesday. We ordered her a kid's pho and I ordered two more entrees from the regular menu. I was surprised to find out that they charged me for her kid's pho because they advertise kids eat free on Tuesdays. When I asked about it, they told me only kids 10 and under. I just feel like they should have said something to me instead of just charging me since no where on their sign says this offer is only for kids 10 and under. read more

We love Spring Kitchen. The pho is delicious, and they have a great selection of other food to choose from. We often go on Tuesday nights because kids eat free - but we order takeout at least a couple times a month as well. My son loves the pho and often chooses Spring Kitchen for dinner over other "kid" places like Red Robin. read more

I happen to only want soup during the winter months. So after work, I dropped in for take out. The cashier did not fully understand what I wanted so I had to smile and point. P12, Noodle soup without meat, small. What I got was a basic Pho vegetable broth with just the right amount of Rice noodles. What was also in the package was fried onion, jalapeño, basil, bean sprouts and lime. Piping hot and it make the trip home.. I would have given them a little more stars but service means a lot to me. Let me start out that I am absolutely gutted to write this review. This place has great service and the food is tasty. We had ordered our food and got the appetizer. We got to the last wonton and there was a dead cockroach underneath it. It was absolutely a cockroach, I work for a pest control company. If there's a dead cockroach on a plate then there's more than likely more in the kitchen. The staff were apologetic and said they would talk to the kitchen staff. I hate that this happened because they have the absolute best phò and have been my go-to, but serving up dead roaches with food is unacceptable, unclean, and beyond gross. I hope they will get this issue resolved but I doubt if I'll ever eat there again. read more

Portions are small, and I left a bit dissapointed given 10.95 price tag. Total bill was $16.00. Which to me is expensive for Viet food. Not a bad lunch, but I have had better. read more

We get food from here about every other week. Their pho is usually good but lately it has been a hope for the best situation with the pho and any other items we order. Every once in a while our order just doesn't taste right.. I'm assuming it has to do with who the cook is that day because we have gotten bad to go food from there on occasions since we've started ordering takeout since the pandemic. In an area where Teriyaki is considered fine dining, and people think sushi should be fried, this place is an oasis. Most restaurants here flat out suck, but this place is like a trip into the city (which is usually we do when we want to enjoy eating out.) The quality of the ingredients is always good. The execution is good. The service has always been good. I've tried the pho, lemongrass chicken, and a few other things. No complaints. I guess they have some other Asian varieties here, but I consider this place a Vietnamese restaurant. The Vietnamese options here are much better than the average Pho joint. I guess if you like the typical sugared up goop slathered on mystery meat, you can always go to one of the teriyaki joints around here that Washingtonians seem to love. If you want to taste a bit of care and quality in the food...and flavors other than sweet or salty...this may be a good option for you. Pro tip: if you order extra tendon in your pho, they hook you up pretty good. read more

The best little Asian Bistro I've ever been to. They have Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Vietnamese food. The menu is not overwhelming--it is simple and contains the best of all four Asian Varieties, although they could include a few more Thai dishes ;) The food is fresh fresh fresh! The staff is friendly. And it is located right next door to the best Gelato in the Seattle area. I've eaten there 20 times since they opened a few months ago. You will not be disappointed. My favorites are the Mongolian Beef, Thai Salad and V7 (can't remember the name -- something Vietnamese with chicken and rice noodles in a bowl). read more

Some of the best chinese food I've had in over 5 years. The crab rangoons from here are actually full size and filled with ohh I dunno, cream cheese filling! Tired of ordering these at other establishments and receiving burnt wonton with nothing in it. The mongolian beef is really great and so is the crispy lemon chicken. You can also order Vietnamese pho style soups, but I'm personally not into watered down stock style soups with veggies floating around with cubes of tofu. read more

Tried to give this place one more shot, but alas they failed again. I ordered the Crab Puffs and General Tso's Chicken at a level of 4 for spicy. The crabpuffs were excellent this time, and even better than the first time; however, The General Tso chicken I ordered was not spicy at all. It tasted bland, thrown on top of my plate with a splash of water. It was as if they staff was laughing at me to say, "Look at this dumb white American. Thinking we cook this stuff when in fact we just buy it from the Fred Meyer store and heat it in the microwave." It was disgusting, and I even complained to the waitress that the chicken had bones. She said, "Can I see the bones then?" I told her, "Sure, there in my stomach right now because I just swallowed the thing, thinking that these shouldn't have bones, but they left them in or bought meat that had them inside." I will not be eating here anymore. You've lost a customer for failing me twice. Also it took them 25 minutes to have my food prepared. 25 minutes! If I were on a 30 minute lunch break, I would have gotten up and stormed out, telling them to go F-themselves for wasting my time. read more
