I can not say enough great things about this restaurant! Last night we wanted to indulge in some excessive food choices and came by for a hug pho pot half chicken, half brisket, and then some honey walnut prawns, and teriyaki chicken! It wasn't super busy like normal so we got a table immediately! Wonderful quick service and the staff here is great! Tons of welcoming faces and I just know why people love coming here! MINUS a few interior pieces that need a good fixing (seating in their booths for one!) this place is ALWAYS so clean!!! I love the pho from spring kitchen. I usually place to go orders but will sometimes order in. When I order in, the wait staff comes to check on you just the right amount of time. The spring rolls are good but the peanut sauce is superb with not too much sweetness. I would recommend the Cashew Vegetable Dish. The service can be a bit slow so bring a deck of cards or at least a good topic. The food is worth the wait but not quite in large enough portions for my husband's taste. FIgured I'd give a quick update to my previous review. It's still my favorite place to go for pho, spring rolls and the various other dishes they have. The service is still great and I'm always please going here to eat. Some reviews criticized the spring rolls, I find them to be a great compliment to a nice bowl of Pho and have just the right amount of flavor. But to each their own. I hope they continue to succeed, owners and employees seem to take a lot of pride in their craft. read more

I'm new to the area so I'm checking out the various dining options. I love pho so was happy to see this place. It has a deceiving small facade outside that opens into a smallish but decent sized and modestly decorated but tasteful interior. I was surprised to see the variety of offerings on the menu, but since I came for the pho that's what I ordered. Despite the restaurant being packed (mostly families with kids), my bowl arrived very quickly. The "small" was perfectly proportioned for my normal appetite (I doubt I could have finished the large), and it was very tasty and I felt reasonably priced. Best Pho in Maple Valley! In fact anything on the menu is good, service also good and they are never too busy or too slow. Seem to be doing much better than the teriyaki place next door anyway. I've been here twice now with my husband and we really enjoyed it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We don't care so much for Pho so we don't order that but they have a lot of other options on their menu. Both times I went I had the noodles with shrimp skewers and I got 3 good size skewers that were cooked just perfect. I have noticed most Asian restaurants in our area have more take-out customers than dine-in, but Spring Kitchen seemed to be the opposite. There were quite a few diners on Saturday night. Maybe because of the good food and the very friendly staff. We will definitely be back! read more

I have been to Spring Kitchen many times both for dine-in and take out and was always satisfied with what I ordered. Service is fast and staff is very friendly. I am glad that they have successfully maintained cleanliness in the restaurant. I enjoy their pho and teriyaki dishes. I have tried several of their appetizers as well. I have eaten here several times and have asked the server if the kitchen staff could make the my dish very spicy every time I'm disappointed. I don't know why the food can't be made spicy the dish that I've ordered in the past has been at best a 1.I believe that if a Guest is asked how Spicy do u want it and u tell them 5 and it's to hot that's your problem. My husband & I tried this place for the first time last night. We had pho, which was amazing, as well as sweet & sour chicken & egg rolls. The sweet & sour chicken was, by far, the best my husband & I have ever had. It's not made with that yucky bright red sauce you so often see. This was clearly homemade & so yummy. My wife and kids love the Pho here so if you're in the mood for Pho this is a good choice. That said I'm not a fan of Pho so I order off the rest of the menu. Portion size can be a little small compared to other restaurants serving similar dishes and while the dished I've had are decent I much prefer a few other spots around town. read more

Was looking for a place to get Pho take-out on my way home from my son's weekly swimming lessons and decided to give Spring Kitchen a try. Ordered option P1 that is supposed to have 5 different cuts of meat in it. Paid extra for extra tendon. Got something that had only 2 types of meat in it and no extra tendon I paid for. Very disappointing. Most likely won't be going back. But if YOU do, and get a take-out, make sure you open the bag and containers and check your order before you leave. read more
