She handled it with such grace: She honored the trim price for my Dad, making him feel great about his experience and assuring him that I had his back even though I was far away. She also agreed to help me by billing him $20 and billing me the rest so that he remains happily oblivious to the real cost. (Which I think is totally worth it for this cool little shop)

I've been seeing some progress with my acne scars, but of course nothing drastic since it's just Fraxel. The technician is very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought packages for laser hair removal and IPL as well because of my good experience with Fraxel. She did burn my right underarm while doing laser hair removal but I couldn't really blame her 'cause I do have sensitive skin. Overall, my experience here is great so far and their clinic is very clean and the technology they use looks new and up-to-date (as far as I can tell).

I've gone to other places that seem to work during sessions but all the growth comes back a few months later if I stop. Viola invests in good quality equipment with lasers that actually work! The hairs I have left are few and very fine even several months after treatment so I only need to shave once a week or even once a month(legs) to keep everything silky smooth. Now I only go for treatments every 6 months or so for general upkeep. Fariba is also very warm. welcoming and professional. She takes great care to make sure you're comfortable during treatments and is very flexible/accommodating with her schedule. I typically just send her a text message now to schedule an appointment which makes it's easy and hassle free.
