First impression of front desk was super helpful, the lady was very kind. The facility is lovely and well-appointed with sauna, steam room, robes, lounge, and other amenities like pads, shavers etc. This is a great bonus that saves a star! Unfortunately, the massage service my partner received (gifted by me) did not meet expectations. We had arrived on time (early), but she was not called to the massage room until her appointment time. Then, she had to fill out her forms, which should have been provided when we arrived early (or perhaps online beforehand is a good idea!). She's also filled out these forms before so health questions should be on file already. This cut into her massage time and she did not receive the full 50 minutes. As well, her verbal instructions were not entirely regarded by the masseur (when asking for less leg work, the request was ignored).

The red light sauna is in the sun room area, which is cute and very garden like. The steam room is in the bathroom and it's nothing fancy. There was one shower in the bathroom and maybe 2 toilets. Went with a friend and got a couples massage. The massages were great. We felt very relaxed and even dozed off for a bit. The masseuses were friendly and professional. Overall, decent spot but not a spa.

A friend recommended this place to me, and I had consistently gone for over a year for my injury and on an as-needed basis. I usually booked my appointments in the morning before 10am. Because of the location and the number of businesses around it, there was generally only a few close-by parking spots available, although there is also parking off to the side and you'd only need to walk a minute or so to get there. The location itself is very clean with a quiet ambience. They ask you to take your shoes off at the welcome area and you wear one of their sandal-slippers instead so that you aren't tracking in anything. It's also not crowded; whenever I've been, the most I've seen is a couple of people finishing up their sessions. There are many registered massage therapists (RMTs) to choose from. I originally chose to go with Scott because he founded the center as well had the most experience from what I read from the bios. Scott was extremely friendly and professional and was able to figure out what the issue was right away. It took only a few sessions before the full range of motion of my arm returned without pain. I still returned whenever I had other issues come up. Scott is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any question I had relating to massage and health. He's also talkative about any other subject that comes up (if you want to have a chatty session). I have also had a few sessions with Damien when Scott was fully booked. Damien is equally as professional and friendly.

Honestly, the best massage you will ever get, he does an exceptional job of taking care of all your aches, and the rest of you too, plus the space is relaxing, and his technique is truly magical. I couldn't recommend this place more, and of the other massage therapist I have seen there (a woman, the owner I believe) she was exceptional too. Treat yourself, or make this your staple, for $95/hr I think it's an awesome deal. Experience: Very calm atmosphere, you walk into the massage room, undress and the magic begins. You could almost fall asleep, even with strong pressure (which I love). You head home feeling renewed!

When he came for me I wasn't really greeted or he didn't introduce himself. I had to ask if he was Allan and gave my name. He just asked my concern and went to work. His massage was good and I felt a relief by the end. Good pressure and stretching.

However, you'll get a nice thorough massage from friendly staff without spending a ton of money. Be aware though that it might be little harder to communicate if you don't speak Mandarin Chinese (though you can get by through phone translations or pointing at the product you want). Also, be prepared for the session to be a bit "rough" if you are not used to reflexology --- though you can request less pressure and more gentle massaging.

Went here desperate for some relaxation after a stressful few months…read more I received a very good reflexology massage and my legs felt like new afterwards. It was rough, but relaxing. Quite an experience for my first time. I also opted for an RMT session as it seemed reasonably priced. This was a mistake. The same woman who did my reflexology also did the RMT service. I was surprised when she walked into the second room. I asked her "you're the RMT?" and she just stared at me due to a language barrier. I just kind of shrugged and thought to myself "how bad could it be?". Turns out, very bad. It was a very rough massage with no particular skill applied to it. I was vocal every time it hurt by saying "OW", so thankfully she understood that word. There were parts that felt nice and others that were straight up painful. Yes, RMT sessions are painful sometimes. But skillfully/strategically painful. This massage was more just consistent friction, up and down motions and poking. I swear, once she headed for my scalp I was relieved because how badly can you mess that up... honestly, I thought she was trying to manually labotomize me. Crack me open like a coconut. This woman was not an RMT. As I paid, I noticed the photocopied RMT certificate on the wall. The name on the wall did not match the woman I had. The provided RMT receipt had the same wall name and was pre-signed by this unknown person in a different colour pen. All kinds of sketchy. I refuse to even send that to my insurance company and I will eat the cost due to my own sheer stupidity. A few days later I spent the money (a lot more actually) all over again and had an additional emergency session with a real RMT. He was shocked at the state I was in and why. Lesson learned = you get what you pay for, if it seems to good to be true, it is, etc...
