I called Vivita to see if I had made a mistake, but didn't get through. I gave up. Started walking towards downtown and the phone rang. It was Vivita. She was there and ready for me. I left feeling really refreshed and less tight. I purchased a 60 minute massage and i believe Vivita spent a bit longer on me. The prices are really good and she is training more masseuses so she can serve more clients each week as she moves into retirement. It wasn't Shiatsu at all, they were probably trained on the spot, I could have done better with limited knowledge. Bottom line, if that's your thing , it was probably great, if you want a real shiatsu, Swedish or reflexology treatment, do your research, this isn't it. To be completely fair, I was at another spa close by a while ago for a foot massage and I doubt if it was any different, although I can't prove that, I only had the foot massage. I asked about the options for combos and when I said, how about the 45/60 min foot/body option for only $10 more than the 30/60, she said "too long" lol, ok I get it. Going by how hard she worked on my feet, that extra 15 minutes would be a killer grind for a measly $10 extra. Sasha was one of the friendliest people I've met in these spas, with a kiss and a hug to send me out into the winters night, nobody would complain about that kind of send off!
