Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I asked for a bio gel refill but got a uv gel refill instead (as per the tech: that is what they had on hand, but I'm not sure if I understood correctly) and was gonna get charged for bio gel until I pointed out I got UV gel. In an case the difference was only 5 dollars without the tip (bio gel fill = $25 and UV gel fill = $20..not to mention they did a free colour fill). I have several Essie polish at home and none of them do that.

I worked so hard on getting a clean and smooth face and now I have to go through referrals and dermatologists just to fix the damage. They're not claiming any responsibility and no refund. I had some issues with going to the bathroom and I always thought doing kegels was the right thing (as social media hypes it a lot). You really need to get a proper from a physiotherapist to tell you what's right and not right for you specifically. Turns out, I had to do a different set of exercises because my muscles were too tight and doing kegels would have given me the opposite effect. My session was with Stephanie, and she worked some deep tissue magic. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty sore afterwards but was expecting to be. But 24 hours later I can look over both shoulders with no problem, and my back feels much more relaxed! When I asked for harder she went from gliding to literally pounding. She complained that "I'm not strong". At this point I was ready to leave and then she asked me to turn over. Here she says that she pays for the room and that she wants a $20 "tip" (the $20 I was supposed to get in change). She tells me she will give me pleasure for the $20, or not, either way she was keeping the $20. I declined. I was sore and came for pain, not a handy. Then she became abusive and tried to talk me up for more money. She said "I want you happy" so I said, give me my money back. At this point I was so mad I just got up and left. So if you want a handy from a random woman then this is a place you can go to. Be prepared to be robbed though.
