I found this place a little hard to find because instead a being alongside a row of storefronts, this place is a townhouse.
Once I got down to the room that was assigned I found the place clean and the decor quite nice. You can tell some care was put in because of the sound system and the fixtures, but at the front entrance, the waiting area was filthy and could use some paint touch ups and a good sweep!
The linens were not what I was expecting. The sheets were rough and scratchy.
The treatment itself was fantastic. I had a Hot stone massage.
Checking out was not ideal. A woman had her pedicure interrupted in order for me to pay.
This place needs to decide if they are a massage therapy clinic, Day spa or Nail salon.
Massage Therapy Clinic? Keep the linens, add aftercare for patients (stretches, rebooking).
Day Spa? Up the quality of linens, give your employees a dress code and get a receptionist
Nail salon? Expect clients to doubt the legitimacy of your RMT's. read more
