The showers and it's Cela products that they stock no their guedt room were really lovely. Was a little disappointed with the lounge area, though bigger than the downtown location, which is appreciated. Was hoping to relax in a more private manner. My masseuse was amazing and very affable. The front desk gave me a birthday treat of a exfoliating mitt and 2 little dermatalogical samples. It's nice to have this service available in the suburbs with a convenient location and free parking!!

We booked a signature mani/pedi and were really looking forward to the experience. We diligently prepared ourselves by completing and sending in the pretreatment questionnaire. Both of us noted the difference between signature and non signature treatment descriptions, followed their instructions, and arrived with no shellac to remove. Not even regular polish. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have our emailed questionnaires and we had to do them all over again on paper. We were brought upstairs to the spa level and checked in, again. We were given our cloth wrap robes and shown the locker room where you select your flip flops. We could then proceed to the waiting area where they have a few sitting areas and snacks (nuts and dried fruits, tea and water.) The staff collected us and we were seated for our services, mani first. The staff were nice enough, but at no point was it explained to us what this polish actually is. They told us it's Vinylux but that was it. We had no idea this is basically a cross between polish and shellac, even though my sister asked about the formulation. The staff were pretty good with our procedures (although I did notice a faint scratch on a nail surface when we were finished.) Then it went steeply downhill. 2 weeks later I need to remove the polish as it's all worn away at the tips. So I get out my remover...and nothing is happening! I call my sister and she confirms, she had to resort to acetone remover to get it off. We filled out health questionnaires including cancer history and they aren't transparent about this? Nowhere on their site does it advise you will need acetone to take this stuff off. I also soon experienced horrendous skin degradation, my hands like velcro scraping and snagging against every textile I touched. Not to mention, 10 weeks later and my nails are in shreds, it will take a whole regrowth from the cuticle up to get rid of the brutal damage. Will never go back and advise you don't go at all either.

The service is great every visit. The owner is very professional and committed. All the therapist are experienced, and customer oriented. I love the they hear your pain points, before starting the massage, and focus on your pain points rather than just predefined steps. Everything is customizable as per your needs, like the pressure, pain points, area to be covered, kind of massage etc. I am a chronic migraine patient, i have tried many other places and physiotherapists when I have the migraine attack. None of them were helpful in pain relief but now I know where to go for immediate and effective outcome. They work magic in me. I had to take meds triptaines, ibuprofen , anti-inflammatory for days to get rid of pain or to ease it OR I pay them a visit get an hour of focused massage for an hour. Woot woot!!! DO NOT GO HERE FOR MICROBLADING - Unless you want to be semi-permanently disfigured by Azita. This…read morewoman is a contractor and only shows up on Tuesdays. As a contractor, she has no responsibility towards you as a client. You do NOT get a consultation from her because she does not speak or understand English well, or she pretends not to understand you. It took me over 2 years to get up enough courage to get my eyebrows done. I was shown pictures of Azita's work, but now I have to wonder if those pictures were pirated from other sites which perform microblading. I told her specifically what I wanted for my eyebrows, she snapped back that it was what she would be doing. She proceeded to draw an outline of the shape for my eyebrows. My husband told her that they were uneven. So much for her being a make-up artist. She visibly showed her irritation and proceeded to rub at the outline to fix the shape. Eventually, the outline looked okay and she proceeded to cut my brows. Please understand that someone is cutting into your skin with a blade and it hurts. Your brow areas are red and swollen, so it is difficult right after the procedure to determine how well the job was. As a fair and reasonable person, I waited till the recovery period was over before returning to the spa with my complaint. Please see the picture of my eyebrows. It is clear that Azita did not keep within the outline that she had drawn. My right brow is lower than the left, the left brow has an peaked arch while the right brow has an almost flat curve, both brows are thick and patchy. I get strange stares, and friends and family have asked me what happened. I went to other salons to see if they could fix my eyebrows, and all of them told me that I have to wait till they fade before they will touch them. Dory tried to force me to do a second session with Azita to fix her botched work. But seriously ! Would you want someone who has given you uneven, lopsided caterpillars to have another go at messing up your face ! My husband went with me in the morning to ask for a refund. We got some yarn from Atty about how their debit machine cannot process refunds. She said we would have to return at 5 PM when her daughter Dory will be there to process our refund. I specifically asked her to confirm that she will be refunding the full $1,072.09 that was charged to my credit card. Atty responded 'Yes', but she needs Dory to process the refund. We returned promptly at 5 PM to be told by Dory that she will not give us a refund for the microblading because she had to pay Azita, and Azita will not agree to the refund. So, you decide. Do you want to take a chance with this spa and Azita? It will cost you your looks and your money ! UPDATE to address Dory's Response: Dory, you clearly have no shame or dignity. But that was so obvious last night when you ranted at, threatened, and bullied me for one-hour-and-a-half. Yes, it took one-hour-and-a-half of having to be subjected to your nasty behaviour before you finally refunded a portion of my money for facials that I have not taken. Asking if we had been lied to when you overturned your mother's agreement to give us a full refund is not profanity. We were shocked at your abuse when we returned at 5 PM to get our promised full refund. Even now you try to force me to accept that the terrible work done by Azita is acceptable. Please see the picture of my eyebrows. And NO, I did NOT express that I liked my eyebrows after my procedure. I was in pain and tired; I just wanted to go home to recover. But you and Atty loudly proclaimed how great they were. I was red and swollen at the time, so what were you raving about ! This speaks volume as to the level of standards you find acceptable. Why would I accept any other service from you !! Your salon is empty of clients at most of the times I was there. You are not able to process a refund without calling the credit card company. What other business has that problem !! That probably means that you have a poor rating with the credit card company. Please do continue to argue with me. Let the readers see your lack of professionalism.

This was the first time I've been to a spa so I wasn't sure what to expect. We arrived 15 mins early to our appointment - we did not have to wait long to get our room. We changed out of our clothes and got underneath the towel till our masseuses knocked and came in to start the massage. There was a language barrier as the masseuses spoke Mandarin and just a bit of English. We had to signal to apply less pressure as they were both applying a lot of pressure in the beginning of the massage. They also asked if we wanted oil for the massage. We had booked a one hour massage and I believe they ended right on time. For an hour I just focused on the music in the background and the gentle massage on my back, neck, legs, arms, and head. The spa was clean and a peaceful environment. Massages were reasonably priced and I was told the tip was split 50/50 between the masseuses. Note these are not RMTs though so they can't be claimed if you're looking to use insurance benefits from work. The spa is centred for massages only, so there are no additional amenities if you are looking for a place to lounge and relax around afterwards. We got our massage and promptly left after paying. I did feel more relaxed after the massage. It's a bit further out from where I am so not sure if I would go out of my way to visit. Would recommend if you're nearby!
