Oh I'm in heaven. This place is amazing. Friendly and clean! You have to take your shoes off as you enter. Slippers are supplied. I was taken into a room where my feet were soaked in an aromatic hot water bath. I felt relaxed from the get-go. My massage therapist was Anna. She was fantastic. She spoke limited English but was able to communicate well enough. She asked what level of massage I wanted, from strong to mild. I went for strong but told her I may ask her to go down if needed. She was excellent and massaged really well, from the knee down. She focused a lot on my lower legs which she explained would help with sore feet. I trust her! My hour flew by and she carried on for an extra few minutes. How awesome is that? I feel thoroughly rejuvenated and can't wait to visit again! read more

It was my first time here because my sister and her husband suggested this place for me. I gave them a try, maybe I didn't get the treatment expected. Maybe I was the last client of the day and the masseuse was tired. There's a lot of maybes. But one thing I know is that, for an establishment to make a good if not great impression on a new client so that they would revisit again, you should at least converse with them, ask them which area you want them to focus more on. Maybe I was caught on a bad day. But I wouldn't travel from Vaughan to Aurora for mediocre treatment. read more

Anna's back walking and massage were awesome. It can get intense, so if you're after a relaxing massage let her know at the start. But, if you like it to hurt in a good way, go for a 2 hour session. Anna has a lot of experience and knowledge, one of the best massage experiences that I've had in a long time! Also, these women work very hard and appreciate your tips. My husband frequents this body massage and spa and decides to take me there after work today :) We did not make an appointment (but booking an appointment is highly recommended!) We walked in and they were able to fit us in for a 30 minute foot massage with Chinese herbal foot bath before the next customer arrrives. The massage lady I had was very nice, polite and speaks English. I was wearing long jeans, so she offered me this one-size-fits-all pair of shorts to change into. She started by soaking my feet in a 10 minute herbal foot bath and then proceeded to massage my foot and legs. She was able to adjust how much pressure to apply and I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely come back :) The foot massage for 30 minutes was $25. Yelp has a check in offer for $5 off your first visit... but I didn't use it. After having some lower back pain I decided to make a last minute appointment. I was able to get a massage 1hr after I had called in which was great. I went for a 30 minute full body which was great but next time I'll definitely go for a full hour. They targeted my lower back and helped relieve the pain I was experiencing. Booked an appointment and went in 15 minutes before my time. They said I needed to wait because no one is available I said it's not an issue as I did arrive early. 25 minutes later I was finally taken into the room. Before I even get a chance to say or do anything first thing the lady asks me is if I can change my one hour appointment to 30 min. I said no I'd like to stay the hour. After some arguing and making excuses up that don't even make sense I finally gave up and said screw it im out of this place. (Not to her, to myself) Service crap, can't say anything about the massage Beb never received one. ( this was around 8:15-8:30PM. I get that it's late and you wanna close early but I had a booked appointment if you can't keep it don't make appointments. read more

Found this spa on Yelp and decided to check in with my wife since it was offering discount for first time customers. $40/hour per person is not bad. Place was clean however wasn't as fancy on decoration as some higher end massage spa. We decided to try their 30 min foot and 30 min body combo. We started off with 10 min foot bath. There was some Chinese herb in the foot bath I think. It was pretty relaxing especially for rainy day like today. For foot reflexology they massaged mainly feet and also lower leg up to my knee. We then move to couple massage room. I told my massage therapist I want deep tissue massage and focus mainly on my shoulders and she did as told. My wife wanted softer massage and she said her therapist did good job too. We will definitely come back again for more massage. read more

No better way to start my morning than a morning massage at kelly massage spa! Had to wait 5 minutes as i arrived early. It was my first time at this franchise. I'm usually go with the saying you get what you paid for! However, since they just opened shop I tired their 30mins massage special for $19! it was a steal. The intensity of the massage depends on the girl you get. I've gone 4 times and have done a couples massage each time and it's definitely worth the money. They do take extra care to make sure you like your massage. I'll keep going back here. I often recommend to my girlfriends. I'm not sure how legitimate this spa is, however, so that's why I gave it a -1 star (or any of these places in the suburbs to be honest with you.) read more

I went for a massage yesterday as I have issues with my elbows and shoulders and they were really sore. It was the only reason I went for a massage. I told the attendant when we started to focus on those areas. I had to reminder 3 times during the session focus on those areas, but she wouldn't listen. Very disappointed. read more

One of the worst experience. The massage therapist had no power during the massage. It's just a light touch on the skin with soft strokes. Definitely did not penetrate the muscle tissue. I asked specifically for deep tissue on certain areas on my back . Soft strokes are not deep tissue massage. She didn't know what she was doing. Will not return . read more

This is my second time going here and the masseuse didnt feel like a real masseuse at all. Zero technique and didnt even massage like half my body. No quads and no pec massage. Very disappointed at this place. Would not recommend. read more
