The business owner/manager Marko sent me a reply on Yelp within an hour of my review going up. He was apologetic and understanding and told me to come in and he would make it right. I went in the next day and showed him the dress. He was very courteous and respectful. He immediately gave me the 16$ back, and asked me to let him fix it, and if I wasn't happy with it (I was worried the dress would be too short if it was evened out and hemmed correctly), that he would reimburse me the cost of the dress! I gave them a second chance to hem the dress, and I just picked it up an hour ago. It was done very well, and it was pressed. The length was not that much shorter than what I had originally wanted. The BEST VALUE hands down for wedding dress cleaning. I called 6 or 7 places in the South Bay and Spring Cleaners had the best rate BY FAR (some were as high as $500!) I had a yelp deal so it cost me just under $100 and it was ready within a week. My dress was custom made silk and had some hand dyed colors in it so I was a bit nervous about getting it cleaned. They did a fantastic job and even sealed it nicely in a display box. I highly recommend Spring Cleaners! read more

So happy with their services! I brought my wedding dress and husband's suit in for cleaning after our wedding, since everyone seemed to have trampled over my small little train when the bustle broke. I got it back in pristine condition, with not a speck on the train. I even asked them to fix the bustle (there was a little miscommunication, since they gave me a wrist strap instead of the kind that buttons under the bum), and it was no issue. Husband's suit came in beautiful shape. Also, awesome prices for what they did! Coming from a small town in Arkansas, I had to get my dress and suit steamed while there for the wedding, and not cleaned. It cost just as much as what they charged here, including the cleaning and bustle fix! That's a pretty good deal in my book. Definitely going back with any of my cleaning needs. read more

This place is easily one of the best (if not the best) cleaners in the LA area. I found them on Yelp and had my friend's wedding dress cleaned and preserved by them. They called me to look at the dress before they packaged it and they did a beautiful job on both the dress and veil. The price was great for cleaning and preserving, the alterations were perfect and they were transparent about everything. I live about 5 miles away from their location (easily 20-30 minutes in traffic...even longer since it was a Friday afternoon). When I came to pick up the finished dress they were running a little behind but offered free delivery for the inconvenience. They said they would deliver the dress to me by 6pm and they were there at 6pm on the dot. I was further impressed because they were on time in spite of Friday traffic. The staff is pleasant, knowledgable and very efficient. I would recommend this cleaners to anyone looking for a good experience, quick turnaround and reasonable pricing! Spring Cleaners is the best. By way of background, we were fiercely loyal to our cleaners in Marina del Rey for 15 tears but they were sold and went downhill quickly. So we had to find a new dry cleaners and test drove Spring Cleaners about 2 years ago and have been using them exclusively since. Marko and his crew do an amazing job with all of our things, including some very $$$ cashmere and Paul Stuart suits. Even better, they are extremely flexible with pickup/dropoff in Playa Vista when we are not passing through ES. In a bind this week because our drying machine imploded and need a few days of fluff/fold until our new appliances are installed. Called Spring and they have very reasonable F&F rates and can still help us with pickup! Truly the best cleaners in the area, no one is even close. read more

I saw a coupon for Spring Cleaners and decided I'd try it out. I dropped off about 20 dress shirts for cleaning. When I picked them up, 3 out of 4 white dress shirts had dark, orangish brown stains around the front fold of each collar. The stain for all three shirts was exactly in the same position and, needless to say, that's not how I dropped them off. I have dozens of dress shirts laundered every month, including the three white shirts in question, and have never seen anything like this. When I brought this to the owner/manager's attention, he first said they were collar stains. But dark brown orange and only around the front of the collar? Plus, shouldn't a dry cleaners be able to remove collar stains? He assured me that they would remove the stains later that day. When I returned, a store employee said that they were not able to remove the stains and that they would pay to replace the shirts. A few days later, I brought documentation and/or receipts, as instructed, for each of the shirts in order to get reimbursed. The owner/manager again attempted to say that they were collar stains. When I pointed out how this was absurd, he then said that it was the result of cologne (I don't wear cologne) or some other chemical on my neck. He said, quite tellingly, that an employee applied the dry cleaning chemicals, and then the stains appeared. How is that the customer's fault? Instead of reimbursing me for the shirts, as promised, he had me fill out a form to make a claim with his store's insurance provider. (Strangely, the document apparently was not for his store, as it referenced an "L.A. Leather Cleaners.") Marcos said that the insurance company will decide whether the stains were his fault or mine and that it would take at least a month to process. I've never had problems with dry cleaners before and never asked for or needed reimbursement for damaged dress shirts. Depending on how the manager/owner handles the insurance claim, I will revise this review and provide an update. But bear in mind that, although this store has decent prices, the quality suffers. ***Update**** I have revised my review from one star to two stars. I followed up with the manager to see if he submitted an insurance claim regarding my white shirts, but he had not. However, the manager and I reached a resolution of this matter to my satisfaction. read more

I will never return to this cleaners. I brought in a scarf I purchased from another country. Brenda inventoried all my clothing including the scarf. When I picked up my clothes, the scarf was missing. Thank God I kept the receipt because Brenda decided to delete the item in the system and did not call me about it. Once I called she tried to act like I never gave it to her. If I never gave to her then why did she put it on my receipt?! Either they stole it or lost it either way I will not return. Very responsive via Yelp/text, most affordable pricing I found, and very happy with my bridesmaid dress alterations! I messaged them on yelp for an estimate and was given a number to text to make an appt. I made an appt to bring them the dress for a more accurate estimate and expected the tailor to be there but she was not - I would probably call next time to check because I decided to get it altered there and had to come back the next day for the tailor to pin it, but that's partially my fault for not clarifying. Turnaround time was only a few days and I had a ton of alterations needed - hem, sides and bust taken in, strap shortened. I think the tailor was Maria, she and an employee spent a good amount of time with me in front of the mirror pinning me and making sure I was comfortable with the fit and length. I tried it on when I picked it up - it fit perfectly then and at the wedding. Will be coming back here for all my future alterations. read more
