She asked another staff member to help bag a specific sandwich for an order, several times, and it went in the guys ear and right out the other. I could also hear them scrambling in the back working on my order, and complaining about how many Italian hoagie orders came in right at the same time. Maybe they were behind, maybe they accidentally let mine go with a different order? This is all speculation but they were definitely overwhelmed and it shouldn't have taken that long for my order. The cheese steaks were good, and the Italian hoagie was very hearty! They do not skimp on meat, but the hoagie bread was so hard most of it was thrown away. I don't care for shredded gums. Photos of barely half the pasta with sauce, and that's surface area only; it's not seeping down anywhere. I don't need so much pasta! Please just make it proportionate to the sauce! Otherwise the sauce gets spread thin and it's pretty much a ruined dish.
