I was having a hard time finding retailers with frame selection in the $100-200 range, many had frames that were much higher in cost. My experiences shopping at other retailers were either with staff that didn't seem interested in helping, or were blatantly trying to upsell more expensive frames and lenses. After an exhausting and last-minute search, I came here and was immediately welcomed by friendly staff who were more than happy to assist in picking out glasses that might look good, despite how busy the end of year rush was. They were really helpful and patient while I went back and forth between a bunch of pairs, and helped me pick out a pair I was happy with that was within my budget. They got my order placed that day. They were ready within the estimated window and the pickup process was easy and I was on my way. Very happy with my new glasses! She was thorough and efficient and also specialized in my eye condition. Ian helped me pick out my frames.
