Consider this:…read more ~~~~~ I went to Sportsmen's Warehouse in Mesa several years ago to buy an assortment of primers for testing reloads for my new 44 SPL revolver. I had to stand in line for FORTY FREAKING MINUTES while those guys at the counter jabberred and jabberred like best buddies having a beer about the merits of this weapon or that one. I have SERIOUS back issues and it was shear freaking misery for me to do this. I told the guy who finally waited on me, "Hey, man. I know you don't run this place, but my wait to buy these primers was just NOT ACCEPTABLE. Perhaps you ought to have two lines? One for lookie lous and one for people who actually want to BUY SOMETHING?" I made a point of being calm and nice, even though my back was afire. I told him politely that they would NEVER see my face again at that counter. I'd rather pay the UPS hazard fee than stand in line for 45 minutes. That's a NO BRAINER. The guys who run that place HAVE NEVER THOUGHT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS' EXPERIENCES. Not. Ever. That's why they s**k.

This location boasts 2 floors, with everything from kayaks to baseball bats and shoes for every sport to clothing for the kiddos. They carry major brand names such as Yeti, Hydroflask, Nike, Puma, etc. I was pleasantly surprised to also find ratchet tie downs for pick up trucks in the kayak/SUP section. They had a great sale going on before the 4th. I was able to snag my life vest for just $20! I won't be using it too much, but you gotta be safe no matter what! I was browsing around and trying on different brands when an employee asked if I needed any help. I politely declined. I did drop a star due to the fact that when I checked out, there was only one register open. There were about 3 of us behind the person who was paying. Eventually, another register opened up so I was out and about in a few minutes. I would have also liked to see scanners throughout the store to check prices. There is an abundance of parking in the lot outside. Employees are friendly and they offer a military discount when you show your valid I.D. I would recommend coming in for all of your sporting good needs!

The first thing he says to me while looking at the register was " Find everything you're looking for?". I asked him how are you and he gave me the most sinister look I have ever received. He did not make eye contact with me again until I asked him if he was the manager and he said that he is the "2nd highest in charge". It's not my fault that you hate your job and hate your life. Swimmers... if you are "serious" about your craft, then East Valley Sports may have what you need…read more I'm not gonna lie, prices are higher than most major retailers, but they offer some of those specific/unique swim-related items that big brand stores typically don't carry. They do have Grab Bag bins around the store with gear that is 40-50% off the MSRP (which means you know it's high already), so that can help. As a swim coach for a high school team, they did a great job with our order, and communication about our orders was clear. It is located in the "far" east valley, but easily accessible.

lol! What a tragic excuse for a store. No way this is in business much longer…read more Lots of orcs working there. Guess they were too involved with the fandom and not the business portion of the establishment. Some green/purple haired anime girl helped me. Was very rude from the beginning because I wanted a certain game of thrones sword. Was super nice to her as well and there was a "sale" tag on it that no other sword had. Asked her to honor it and she was like "it is the box number" in an evil lord valdamore type voice. I felt the sin oozing out of her, and almost had to engage my new weapon to cleanse the establishment in defense of her evilness. Luckily, I was able to escape. I let her know that I would be writing them a crap review as well so here we are. Stick to online. Swords are the quality of the poop I took this morning. The customer service is of the same level. The owner is the same level, except more like fiery diarrhea. Not good people here and a way below average establishment with stupid prices and bad quality items. Hopefully this saves you the trouble before it begins. Stay safe y'all. Seems like everyone has been doing the lords work based on the 2.3/5 stars already given to this trash establishment that should go out of business any month now. Would probably save money going completely online I mean the anime girl just looked at her phone the whole time anyways and then I asked her for help and that's when she just unleashed her true evil spirit.
