When we raised concerns on several occasions, the attitudes of some team members worsened rather than improved. During subsequent visits, staff made condescending and inappropriate remarks, creating an uncomfortable work environment. There was also an incident of petty theft that was caught on camera. When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and we would not recommend this company for office cleaning services. (Update) And they are lying. I have many emails showing proof of theft and the team acknowledging the theft, of the conversations with the team of them returning the stolen items. These guys are scoundrels. Wow, I am not surprised , I also encountered very shady behaviors from their team during the work. If you do decide to give this company a try, please be careful.

The 3 ladies were scheduled for 8am and arrived at 745. They entered via my lockbox while I was at work. It took them about 3 hours to complete the job. When I arrived home from work I was beyond impressed with the work they did. My house was immaculate which says a lot being that I am a pet owner and a petsitter. We used Noble twice as part of a move in to our new home and move out of our old house and they were AMAZING! With a move, timelines can be tight, but Noble was able to get cleaners (and a steaming company) to both houses with just a few days notice and make the entire process seamless for us. They were proactive about letting us know the timing for their team and while we were not able to be there, their team sent us photos of the results (which we then verified in person--results were amazing). For cleaning our move out house, they called to say it would be one more hour (and a higher fee than the initial quote off the internet). We had ZERO issues with paying that. It is hard to do an accurate quote without doing a walkthrough, so if you book them online and the final cost is a little higher, give them grace. They do a really good job and are fair, communicative and transparent about pricing and scope of work. As said, our former landlord loved their work. We will hire them again this fall to clean before and after for one of our parties. They have a really great team and deserve your business (and cash tips).
