I noticed several things she missed and asked her to dust the fan and she dusted one fan and seemed in a rush to leave but I thought this was because she'd run over time or had to go to a next appointment so I tipped her and she left quickly. When I told the woman on the phone she didn't clean the fridge and other things she was apologetic but told me the fridge wasn't on the checklist so I checked the checklist they sent and went around to the things on the checklist and as you can see from the pictures the other things on the checklist were not clean... The worst part is this is a move in cleaning. So there was no furniture she had to work around and no furniture to clean! For 3 hours with no furniture everything should be clean. In the last few times I've used them, Daniel would change the rate price on me at the last minute and would notify me either day prior or day of so it would be impossible for me to find another cleaner at the last minute. He increased my rate because I renovated my home and added a bathroom. Then from there he increased the rate again significantly the night before the appointment stating that it was because I didn't do a cleaning last month. I was away for work for a few weeks so I obviously wouldn't need a cleaning but I did try to book them that month in question and they weren't available before my trip so I opted to have them come after my trip which is why I couldn't book them last month. Felt like they were extorting me and putting me in the last minute situations knowing I had no other option to be fulfilled in time.

My weekends have been FULL and cleaning hasn't happened. Other than kitchens and bathrooms, trash and laundry there has been NO cleaning here in weeks AND, despite living here for 5 months, we haven't fully unpacked. In despair I placed a Yelp! Project bid request for another company and Bright also responded. They were the only company who offered three people at an amazing rate and almost immediate time. I could have cried They have an amazingly professional portal AND they take credit cards, which is super nice. The time was set for 8:00am. My doorbell rang at 8am! They brought all their own stuff and they are SO QUICK, efficient and well-trained. With my minimal instructions, they got my six spaces done and 20 boxes emptied, broken down and stuff put away within 6 hours. This is the cleanest and most organized my space has ever been. I loved the experience. They were SO SWEET AND RESPECTFUL. They saved my sanity. SAVED IT. I cannot tell you how awesome this experience was. I have five kids and most people take a LONG TIME to get through the clutter that my kids can create. Not these ladies. When I tell you, they finished my sons (9&4) disaster area of a room in 30 minutes, including putting away and folding clothes, I'm not joking. Every time I thought I'd just set them up in a space and let them work, they were like "we're done!" Bottom Line: Whatever you're booking them for, or thinking about booking them for, do it!! And be prepared to tip these ladies, they WILL EARN IT. (And no they don't ask or expect it), they're Uber professional. Saved my sanity.
