My nephew wanted to get something here so we joined him. They are a global fashion and lifestyle brand that sells clothing, accessories, footwear, stationery, and homeware. Clothing includes denim, shirts, jackets, sleepwear, lingerie, and more. It was fun walking around the store and seeing the different neat attire and stuff. I only saw one or maybe two staff members on the floor. It was almost near closing time. I haven't bought new clothes in such a long time. I wasn't planning to start that night. I have plenty in my wardrobe. How much clothing do we need really? LOL Anyhoo, I love the play on words Cotton:On! It has a good ring to it. At this point in my life I can start to afford quality over quantity. At $33 for each casual tee (3) for $100 at time of sale, I feel like I'm getting a great balance of each of the above criteria. He provides the kind of customer service that is becoming increasingly rare in retail. Most recently, I had a sizing issue with several shirts I ordered and needed to exchange them for a smaller size. He made the entire process completely effortless. Even though I ended up exchanging them for shirts made from a different material, he didn't question it or make the process complicated. He simply took care of everything, ordered the replacements for me, and even had them shipped directly to my house. What I appreciate most is that he is never pushy or focused on making a sale. He treats his customers with respect and genuinely wants to make sure they are happy. He consistently goes above and beyond, and experiences like this are a big reason we enjoy coming back to the UTC location. You just don't see this level of service very often in retail anymore. BYLT is fortunate to have someone like him representing the brand. Highly recommend this location.
