At this point in my life I can start to afford quality over quantity. At $33 for each casual tee (3) for $100 at time of sale, I feel like I'm getting a great balance of each of the above criteria. The tees are comfortable and well built. I have a shorter torso but broad shoulders and and they have this size called Marge that fits me better than any clothing brand I've experienced. At around $70 for pants / short and $85 for button ups I think I'll give their other products a shot as well.

On my most recent visit, I checked in for a 6 PM appointment, was told it would be "about five minutes," then sat waiting while the store was relatively quiet. Once I was finally brought back, I was told the sales associate I had been booked with was unavailable and someone else would step in while she finished another fitting. Then I sat in the fitting room alone for another several minutes with nobody assisting me. The first experience was somehow worse. I checked in, waited, then eventually decided to reschedule because it was obvious the store was overwhelmed. During that process, the employee helping me repeatedly forgot my name despite already checking me in multiple times. Earlier during that same visit, another associate had forgotten the suit sizes, colors, and event deadlines I had already explained. What's frustrating is that this isn't a budget suit shop trying to survive high volume traffic. SuitSupply presents itself as a premium experience, and at these price points, basic organization, punctuality, and attentiveness should be expected. I genuinely like the suits, which makes this even more disappointing. But after multiple appointments with the same issues, the service feels disorganized, inattentive, and far below the standard the brand projects.

I only saw one or maybe two staff members on the floor. It was almost near closing time. I haven't bought new clothes in such a long time. I wasn't planning to start that night. Did you know Seven for Mankind is the sister/parent company of Spendid. They car Seven for Mankind at this store as well. There was a 50% off sale (certain full price clothes) and an additional 30% off select sale items. I was surprised by a decent selection of sale items. The girls were SO helpful. The dressing room I had was nicely lit and spacious. I ended up buying the full price items minus 50%. But, the shorts were still hella expensive at half price. I think they were the collectors version of the brand or something? They were so comfortable and flattering though. I bought them because they weren't final sale (unlike the additional 30% off items). So hopefully the items work out!
