One of the fake nails from my previous set fell off, so I requested a fake nail on that toe again. I showed a reference photo, all solid colors but French tip big toe. There was a diamond in the picture but I said multiple times no diamonds, no designs, I just want the same color arrangement. She did not give me a fake nail on my big toe. She just used a bunch of acrylic to build it up, and it ended up being very thick and bumpy. That fell off 2 days after my appointment. The fake nail on my other big toe, from my previous set, also fell off because she didn't reglue it at all. She gave me a sloppy design that I didn't ask for. I said no designs multiple times but she did it anyway. At that point I was too frustrated to confront her, I just paid and left. I got charged for two fake nails when I didn't receive ANY, and I still had the one from last time! I also got charged for the design I never asked for. I paid $67 for this. Nearly $70 for some minimal effort attempt. She left polish all over my toes AND CURED IT. It was in multiple places. That's how you get contact dermatitis. I left a message through their website and I never got a reply back. I feel as though they should be trying to fix this. Lindsay/Lindsey did my feet. The pedicure was done by an older woman who was harsh and did not say a single word to me, I asked her for the colors and she didn't say anything and about 10 minutes later she got up and brought the colors. She was harsh with my feet grabbing and pushing them and pointing at me to do stuff but still not a single word and by the time she was done I just felt so uncomfortable, she didn't even clean the edges of my cuticles and had gotten nail polish on my toes without cleaning it off. After that she got up and left, the receptionist had not informed her that I also had a manicure and went to go get her. This time she came back and I could tell she was very annoyed and started rushing the manicure, my nails came out crooked, she snipped my cuticles and I ended up asking her to stop and she even left some of my nails hanging off. Again she was harsh with grabbing and pushing my hands away but still no communication and at this point I just wanted to leave. She finished up and moved on to the next client and I called my mom for guidance on what I should do and she told me to complain. She ended up calling the salon for me and they told her they would give me a 15% discount on the phone but only ended up giving me a 10% discount even after looking at the paint job and agreeing it was poorly done. I ended up having to fix them at home anyways. The "tech" who did my nails was Holly and I really would not recommend coming here unless you want to pay inflated prices for a half-a** job.
