I appreciated an attendant being out there to direct traffic on the long lines to the self wash station which help me get the touch less wash that's in the far right corner. I choose the $16 wash that offers under carriage wash and spot less drying. It did a nice job covering the car with soap and rinsing. See pics. I was disappointed in the spot less drying feature as it didn't dry the car properly and it wasn't spot less. I had quit a bit of water marks on my front window and other parts of the car. This could be because the drying session was very short and not that powerful which I would suggest increasing both for a more effective drying session. I took one star off for this reason. However, I would consider re visiting when in need to wash salt off my car again.

I waited nearly an hour before my car was serviced, and that time also included a breakfast break for the shop owner (only person working). The first time I visited last year was mostly fine. After the second time I noticed my dashboard and trunk were not touched. I chalked it up to a simple oversight and I cleaned them myself when I got home. My third visit this weekend was a repeat of the second time, plus I noticed that there was no vacuuming done under or in between the front seats. I found months old popcorn, a partial leaf, and lint on the floor between the driver seat and middle console. Additionally, the next morning I noticed that my driver side wheels still had some black residue, clearly indicating that a subpar cleaning was done. According to the website, everything that was not done was included with the mini detail so I was definitely played. I was also charged $120 for this crappy service, despite the website noting $115. I've frequented this place because they offer shop services (as opposed to just mobile) and the location is convenient; however, after my last visit I will not return. I'm convinced that the owner knows exactly what he's doing - he doesn't want to fully complete the services booked but is happy to take your money. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop but if you do visit, inspect the work prior to making payment.

I have been meaning to get my car washed since I got back in town and noticed some birdies had left…read moreme some presents. It was a nice day today and I was in the Gambrills area and quickly remembered Auto Spa. I had a monthly membership prior and loved taking my car to get washed often. It's not that hard to vacuum the car but somehow my back floors didn't get vacuumed at all. To be fair I must mention that it wasn't a plan trip so I did have groceries in my car but I made sure they were on the seats and not on the floor nothing was on the floor besides the mats and some food debris. It seems like they have quality control because I noticed a young lady walking to each car and inspecting it before beeping the horn and telling whoever the owner was to come on. Wasn't high quality though because she missed the dirt that I'm guessing was dropped on top of my center console as if the vacuum was turned off, before taking out of my car. I had a big tip waiting because there was quite a bit of dirt on my floor still although I went ahead and picked up most of the big items and moved my seat to get things underneath as well such as nail files, pens, things that had fallen in between the cracks.

You never have to worry about the future weather when deciding to get a car wash. They also seem to hire teenagers and young adults from the area. CONS: lines can be long and slow. Never a perfect wash but hell I'll be back tomorrow maybe you'll get it right then. TIP FOR MGMT: improve on wash/dry then monthly subscribers won't need to come every other day.. in turn shortening your long lines.
