    Medi Bowl

Stopped by during a lunch break with some coworkers and had a great experience. The area was really busy, so parking was a bit tough to find, and we ended up grabbing a table outside while waiting for something to open up inside. Luckily, we were able to snag a table indoors just before our food came out. Considering how packed it was, the food came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted fresh and everyone in our group enjoyed their meal. The menu has a ton of options, which made it hard to decide. I went with the street cart doner and it did not disappoint. It was awesome. Definitely a solid lunch spot. I'd go back again for sure.

    Falafel remix bowl

This was really close to a four. I got the falafel remix bowl. The vegetables were amazing. I barely used the sauce, because I didn't really need it. I loved the crispy chickpeas, the regular chickpeas, and all the other. Unfortunately, I did not like the falafel. They had a weird taste. It wasn't real bad, but I didn't finish them. The ambience is fine. I actually really appreciate the number of outlets. They have. I was able to plug-in and work on my computer while eating. The service was good. I wanted a spoon to scoop up the final quinoa and vegetables in the bowl, but I couldn't find one in the tin container containers. I checked three and gave up. I would go back.

Best food an service the woman at cashier Zoe was the kindest person. Sauces legit . Get the diner basket

    Chicken OG Gyro Original Greek

I came on a weekend for lunch. It was quite busy off and on. I had the gyro and the sweet potato fries, and I chose chicken as the meat. It was delicious! It tasted very fresh and the restaurant was clean.

Spacious parking lot and the restaurant's space is very nice, clean, cool and fun place to hangout. Too bad that I can't say that to the foods. It just not that good. I love Greek foods and been to Greece a lot and ate there and other places in different states, this is just a cheap knockoff place. I can only speak for the gyros and street fried with beef. The gyro is greasy from the fries and the sauce is abit over powered and lack of favor, the beef is just decent. The fries is also greasy and abit of much the sauce and the meat is abit dried. I also ordered chicken wings and it was terrible. The meats are cold (near the bones) and room temperature outside and just simply salty. They do have a bar side which is fantastic and it helped a lot to endured the foods. The folks there are nice and cheerful. But will not come back for the foods, the drinks definitely.

    Kids Lavash Wrap Meal

Found this place because my friends and I were craving Mediterranean! I liked this spot because it appeared a little more upscale than your typical hole in the wall pita grill type place. Don't get me wrong, those places are great too, but just not the vibe we were looking for tonight. Spitz has multiple locations, but we ended up at the Lehi location. It's right next to the Traverse Mountain outlets, so it could be a spot you stop by after some retail therapy! Right off the bat, place is clean and decorated nicely. The staff are so so incredibly nice. The cashier in particular was so sweet and friendly. Service was great and food came out fast. I got the kids lavash meal with mixed meat. The description said "wrapped meat", which is exactly what it was, a wrap with shaved meat inside. I also got a side of their sweet potato waffle fries. The wrap was delicious and I was especially glad it came with a side of sauce. I couldn't really tell you what it was, but it gave it the moisture it so desperately needed. Typically, veggies and or hummus cuts the dryness, but since this was only meat inside the sauce was a welcomed addition. I don't usually like lamb, but the mixed meat was actually delicious and well seasoned on its own. The sweet potato fries were 10/10. They were crispy just how I like them. My portion was great for a kids meal, but I think the wrap combos were a bit lacking. Based on their pictures they looked like they would be busting with food, but it's a very normal portion. We even thought maybe we could share a couple of combos, but we probably would have had to order more food. One of my friends got a side of pita bread with hummus and the pita was a healthy portion, but the ratio to hummus was off. It was a ton of pita sticks with a small container of hummus that was only filled half way. Overall, really tasty food! Everything looked and tasted fresh.

    Doner Basket

Good and quick service. My order was ready shortly after I placed it. I appreciate they have to go boxes right there for you to grab. This was my first visit here so I was unsure of what to order. I decided to order the donner basket that had everything in it. I had the lamb and beef combo. The meat was tender and the hummus was so good. I really liked the pita strips.

Our waitress was fantastic--attentive without being intrusive, regularly refilling our cups and checking in to see if we needed anything. I ordered the Soltani, and it did not disappoint: the ground beef kabob was incredibly flavorful and practically melted in my mouth, while the steak was good, though slightly tough. The rice and grilled tomato were a perfect accompaniment known that tied the whole dish together nicely. Everyone in our group was very pleased with their meals, and I'll definitely be back and recommending Zeitoon Cafe to friends.

Half of the restaurant was being renovated. People were working on the remodel as we dined. I am sure it will be nice. We ordered quite a bit of food, what we got was the perplexing part. They brought a delicious barley soup, no explanation, but was nice. 3 of the 5 things we ordered were incorrect. I mean really? We were the only people in the restaurant! So many people checked on us to see if it was ok. I was embarrassed for them. The koobideh was fantastic but we ordered two mix- we really wanted to try the chicken. Fesenjun is delicious, I have never had with beef before, usually is chicken. The yogurt was good, needed a tad bit of salt. The gormeh sabzi never came, instead we got an eggplant curd, which was good but.... Overall good food but such a strange experience. We so bad wanted a great Persian family meal on a Friday night. Nonetheless, this place is a gem for the area. Try it, I hear they are adding Afghan food to their menu when the remodel is done.

With every order you received a Pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) that will make you crave more! I ordered the tri tip madeira bowl and the steak was well seasoned, and well portioned. I recommend asking without spice. We also ordered the chai, excellent spice to sweet ratio. The servers were very accommodating and even helped us when the toddler made a tiny spill. I had the equivalent of a kale Cesar salad and the salad came with a spicy mango dressing. I wasn't impressed with the dressing and neither was a fan of the salad based on the dressing alone. But the salad was redeemed by the Parmesan crisps and the many other delicious toppings that went well with the salad. I might just ask for a different dressing next time. The cheese bread that came with the meal was delicious and warm. I think their menu could also be more readable. There's a lot of items up there and it can be hard to read. One thing I do like is that once they give you the number when you order, they will find you and bring your food to you. There's a few tables (around 4) outside, so this place is conducive to having pets with you at lunch outside as well.

My wife and I stopped in for an early dinner on a Saturday. They had New England Clam Chowder as a…read morespecial and we ordered a bowl to share. I ordered the Beef Shawarma and my wife got the Musakhen with fries. The Clam Chowder was good. I've certainly had better, like at Market Street in town or at the Brigantine in the San Diego area. The server was kind of stumbling over his words when he described it and until it arrived I wasn't sure if it was going to be New England clam chowder or Manhattan. He proclaimed that it was the best clam chowder you'll ever get at a Middle Eastern restaurant and I can't really argue about that. The Beef Shawarma is served in a wrap that is open at both ends and cut in half. They put a small portion of pickled items on the plate and dust everything with sumac powder. The beef is thinly sliced. I really didn't enjoy the flavor. The greens in the wrap were extremely bitter and in my opinion it made for an unpleasant flavor. Maybe I just got extra bitter greens on mine but it was overwhelming everything else. I didn't like that the wrap was open, I had to lean over my plate as I ate because the sauce was dripping out and I didn't want to get it on my clothes. Eventually I gave up and used my fork to pull the meat out of the other half so that I could avoid the bitterness. The Musakhen (that's how it is spelled on the menu) was also a wrap. I tried a bite and I liked that better than the beef Shawarma but I still didn't really like something about the flavor. The fries were nicely crispy and fresh but there is a seasoning on them that really wanted to be on my fingers more than it wanted to be on the fries or my napkin. Like no matter how hard I tried to wipe it off there was still some of it on my fingers. Once again there was something about the flavor I didn't really like. My wife eventually offered up some of the aioli and it made it a little better but once again I didn't really like the flavor of the aioli. So for whatever reason the flavors there just aren't for me. My wife on the other hand was very excited about everything and was talking about all the things she was going to try the next time we visited. I didn't want to be a negative bummer during the meal but I was thinking she was going to have to come back with someone other than me. The restaurant is nice and they have very good service. There were a few other tables of large groups and it seems like this is a place that works well for get togethers. Parking is not adequate at all. We got a spot but only because we got there at 4:50 for dinner. I overheard other people talking about the trouble they had finding a spot.
