Small update, I saw their response here and did as they asked and sent them an email. Surprise, surprise, no response LOL nothing but a bs automated response on yelp to save face along with ZERO intentions of actually making it right. I hope your company goes bankrupt ASAP!

Been searching for a similar taste from Berlins Döner, and let's just say Spitz marks the place! Almost the same taste as if you were in Germany all over again! I tried the Berlin wrap and it was delish! Ordered a side of fries with it and the seasoning in the fries were also exquisite. Cool little patio to enjoy your food al fresco. There was street parking and a couple of parking spots at the location itself. Totes coming back after work!

First time here last night. The service was nice and friendly. I ordered street doner. It was good but a bit dry in my opinion. Also, most likely I will order it with extra meat next time. However, I was pleased with the meat quality. It wasn't greasy or cheap meat at all. It was good quality meat. Fries was good and fresh too. Bathroom was dirty and unattended. I will try this place again , and try their other items. They have parking area outside.

Ordered Spitz for my lunch at work & it kinda reminds me of a Mediterranean chipotle ... KINDA like cava with less options lol I personally thought the beef was a bit dry .. but everything else was good! Would I come back? Maybe not -- I prefer cava over this any day. This is a great spot to try though but wasn't my cup of tea :'(

Stopped by for a quick lunch and left full and happy. I ordered one of their bowls and shared some fries. The bowl was good and had plenty of toppings. The chicken was a little over seasoned (if that makes sense) for my liking. It almost felt like some seasoning than chicken but overall it was a good spot and I'd come back. They have a cute outdoor patio as well.

Unfortunately, I don't know. If memory serves me correctly, it's like 3-6 during the week. They have a great happy hour deal on fries during that time; I've had them before.

Yelp review rated this place a 4.9 stars rating from 260+ people (an almost perfect rating). I read…read moresome of the reviews which seemed very exaggerated which created doubt...I was completely corrected. First bite to the last, the meal was delicious. We got a couple of hot sandwiches. A Pastrami and a Philly Cheesesteak which they recommended. It was unbelievable how good the sandwiches were. The rolls were warm and crispy, and the flavors were well balanced. The Pastrami had a brilliant balance between the mustard and pickle. The Philly Cheesesteak had the same brilliant balance with the meat and cheese that was in every bite. I was torn between the two great sandwiches. I'd have to say that this place has become, so far, my favorite spot for a Philly Cheesesteak and Pastrami. This place is a must return kind of place for me to stop by for a bite (even when I'm not hungry), and I can't wait to recommend or bring people here. Chefs made the sandwiches perfectly and were quick to get us our food. No private parking lot. No chairs but only tables to stand and eat your food, but it was worth it. Bring enough $ to tip handsomely, because I'm sure you'll want to.

The sandwiches are delicious absolutely delicious. We ordered the Panini Deluca and the Bird & Brie. The Deluca had just the right amount of spice, while the Bird & Brie with green apples and fig spread was one of the most amazing flavor combinations I've had in a sandwich. They were sold out of the pistachio spread, but that just gives me a reason to come back next time. Service was fairly okay; we waited about 15-20 minutes for our order to arrive. Overall, definitely a spot I'll be returning to for more sandwiches.

I mentioned this because we missed it on one of our attempts. Finally, on Sunday evening, my husband and I had a chance to visit Butcher and Booze. Very interesting store, with a delicious smell. There is a huge section of drinks where you can find very unique wines and alcoholic beverages. They also have a section of Japanese drinks, and in another corner, different kinds of unique seasonings, BBQ charcoal, and other BBQ supplies. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Next to the drinks section, there are several tables available indoors and two tables on the sidewalk for outdoor dining to enjoy your meals. Their food menu is very interesting, and we tried the Philly cheesesteak and pastrami sandwiches (which they prepare completely in-house from A to Z). The sandwiches were super delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. One thing that surprised me was the amount of salt they used -- it was exactly the right amount, and we didn't get thirsty after eating them. These sandwiches are some of the best we've tried so far, and I highly recommend giving them a try. I noticed a huge samovar (large kettle) and another kettle in the corner of the open kitchen, and I asked about them. Argisht, who noticed my interest and who I believe is behind the kitchen and the delicious food success there, started a very warm and helpful conversation with us and surprised us by serving cups of tea. The tea tasted super soft and delicious. If you have ever tried Middle Eastern tea, you will love this tea. Luckily, they are selling it in the store, if I am not wrong it was Sri Lanka tea, which I have never seen in any store around Glendale or Burbank. Thank you for the great food, awesome store, and very positive and friendly service. With just one visit, Butcher and Booze will become one of your usual spots, so don't miss it!

We came here on Christmas Eve hoping to try their sandwiches but to also buy some meat as a white elephant gift. First off we were greeted warmly by the staff - not just the cashier but every staff member working behind the counter. On top of that, they gave us a shot of cognac for my husband and I to try. We decided to try buy some wagyu burger patties for the white elephant (we ended up winning these back during our white elephant - they were excellent!). The patties were juicy, rich, and so tasty! Can't wait to try other cuts! When we checked out, they offered us two small complimentary bottles of champagne and some produce from their refrigerated area. this was so kind of them to do so. This place is like your one stop shop - hot food, butcher, alcoholic drinks, liquor, and other cooking goods like seasonings, caviar, butter etc. Unfortunately they were not serving sandwhiches that day so we didn't get to try but we will definitely be coming back to try! Thanks so much to the staff and Butcher and Booze for treating us like fam.

It was getting late, so while I waited for the kid in the car at their activity, I went on The Heights website found an order form and placed an order for some sammies all in 5 minutes. I didn't even ask the hubs or the vegetarian kid what they wanted. I went with what I thought they'd like. 15-minutes later, I was picking the sandwiches up at the walk-in only shop. There was no line and better yet, they were wrapped up and ready to go when I walked in. The smiling lady asked if I wanted napkins or utensils. They have case after case of cold drinks so we picked out a couple of drinks, paid for those and left. It was easy and fast. Enjoyed the yumminess at home.
