Blueberry Streusel Roll** and Original Cinnamon Rolls**
    Audrey R.

finally tried spirals which has taken a permanent residence to my Instagram feed - we went about half an hour after they opened on a Sunday morning and there was no line whatsoever. it is a small shop with just two stools to eat inside so we sat outside on a bench. - the monthly flavor was a tiramisu, which sounds fun, but we were deeply called to the original with that cream cheese frosting. the frosting was perfect. it had the tang of a cream cheese frosting, but had just enough vanilla flavor to keep it cin bun glaze like - the roll itself was sitting in a pile of goo, and the glaze was smeared thickly along the insides. meaning, no dry bites. they warm it up, which allows for it to be quite soft - the blueberry roll was drowning in a compote that was not too sweet to detract from the roll itself. the frosting had an almost nutty taste and provided a great texture change. - the rolls are very large and each about $9. my only critique would be adding a little table outside and adding more cream cheese frosting options as it is objectively the superior frosting. the other flavor choices were all topped with a flavored buttercream frosting.

    Strawberry Matcha Roll

Got their strawberry Matcha roll. The Matcha cream cheese frosting balanced out the sweetness and the strawberry frosting, though it did have a slight artificial taste, balanced it all out with the darkness and sweetness. The portion size is huge, which is great. You have the option to get it heated up to eat immediately. I think it's good and the multiple options allow there to be something for anyone. However, I don't think it is the best or my favorite cinnamon roll in the city.

Creative cinnamon roll flavors that rotate monthly including sweet, savory, vegan, seasonal. The rolls are large and covered with a thick topping. Love the signature little cinnamon roll cookie on top. Best to grab a fork and dig in! Haven't had many cinnamon rolls, but Spirals has set a high bar for me to compare others in the future! I hope some flavors that I saw last year like strawberry shortcake, cookies and cream, cookie dough make another appearance on the menu soon. Congrats to Arin and all of her success.

Ordered cinnamon rolls this past week to share with coworkers and they were a hit! Only thing that would make them better is if they were warm (I'll have to try that next time). My favorite was the classic cinnamon flavor, but all the favors I tried were great. Very moist, buttery dough that is packed with filling and flavor! I will definitely be back!

First time here, so we wanted to try the OG cinnamon roll along with one of the monthly rotating flavors. Although we came on March 1, they were serving one last day of the February rolls, so I opted for the Banana Milkshake roll (and I got the very last one). The OG was an excellent version of a classic cinnamon roll. The dough was light and airy with a whisper of cinnamon, while there was a glaze on the bottom that gave a more intense burst of cinnamon. The cream cheese frosting was so delectable. My husband liked the banana roll a lot. I'm not sure I would get it again. The banana flavor reminded me of banana runt candy, which isn't my fave. We were here around 1:30pm on a Sunday and there was no line. People were already eating at the two available seats, so we took our rolls to go.

First Impressions: I tried to call ti see if they had the burrata roll available but no one picked up the phone. Very disappointing service. Went there anyway. The Noms: Ube cinnamon roll- very good, soft and warm and cinnamon-y in all the right ways and could taste the ube in the frosting. Wish the dough itself was more ube tasting, but still a decent cinnamon roll. Waaaayyy better than the cinnamon rolls they have a Sunday, which is all hype. In Conclusion: still waiting on the return of the burrata roll. I'd come back again for that because it just looked amazing and a lot of people are gushing about it. Hope to see it return so I can return.

Spirals is an essential visit when trying to crown the best cinnamon roll in the city. They have a variety of flavors, but I opted for their original to get a good baseline. It was soft and bready, and tasty, but I can't say that they were my favorite of all the options that are out there now. I do think they have creative ideas for their rotating menu items, including a tiramisu one that I would like to try, and would def come back here if in the area. I think you should go and decide for yourself! It was sweet, not too sweet, and the cream cheese frosting was cream cheese forward with a slight funk. The cookie had a nice texture. The workers were nice, too and very helpful. It's a small space with a few chairs that you can sit at, lots of natural lighting.

Came here with a small slew of social media cognizant people who were following the trend as well. Small line at open - 9am. Ordered a regular roll and gingerbread roll as well to split. Tell ya that original was gone before I got a bite huh??? WOW! WOW WOW! BOW WOW YIPPEE YO YIPPEE YAY!! The gingerbread was good - a little too much all spice and clove for me in the batter.

I see some mixed reviews but I enjoyed the cinnamon rolls. Ive been here twice so far. I ordered the Original cinnamon roll and the cookies & cream and I enjoyed them. They are pretty big and filling and not overly sweet. You will feel quite stuffed after eating one. They had a unique flavor - pesto burrata roll which I have yet to try. There isn't much seating inside so most likely you will have to order it to go and fyi they are closed Mondays & Tuesdays.

    Apple Pie Roll $9.25
    Kathleen S.

Recommended as their favorite flavor among the options by two of the staff, the apple pie roll was a solid choice. I was looking for something not too sweet or decadent, with minimal frosting, which the apple pie roll delivered. Loaded with cinnamon flavor and bits of apple, it certainly did evoke an apple pie flavor. I did think the bread was a bit dry. The cinnamon roll was substantial and hefty, making the $9.25 price tag somewhat reasonable. They did have a very intriguing savory stuffing flavored roll on offer. I would definitely return to try other seasonal and limited edition flavors. The staff were super friendly and patient. They offered to heat the bun, but I took it to go. The space had two barstool chairs, so the bakery isn't set up for people to dine in.

I had a great experience here! I came on a Saturday. I was between the original and the apple pie but I was swayed to get the apple pie since it was one of the last days to get it (seasonal flavor). They heated it up for me and I ate at the 2 person counter by the window. I was able to chat with Arin who was so lovely! We talked about different flavors they have created and potential new flavors. The apple pie cinnamon roll was yummy! It wasn't too sweet at all, which I think makes for a great cinnamon roll especially when you're eating the same bite over and over again. I will definitely be back to try new flavors!

I really liked their classic cinnamon roll. It's not the best I've ever had but it was yummy; unfortunately I didn't have enough stomach space to try the tomato soup roll but I think I need to go back and try it. The young woman behind the counter was super sweet and helpful which made the experience all the better!

Pesto Burrata Roll ($8.50) - I've never had a savory roll like this and I was blown away. It was so simple yet the pesto was so flavorful and the burrata was so fresh and paired so well together. Pumpkin Roll ($9.75) - Their pumpkin rolls smelled heavenly and I couldn't wait to try them. The rolls were fluffy and the icing was perfectly sweet.

Went to the Flatiron store both times and didn't have to wait long to order. The staff were great and packed all of the little cakes nicely so that they survived the trek back to our condo. Mango--all around favorite, wound up buying like 4 of these cause half my friends preferred it and I liked it a surprising amount Blueberry--very mild, no tartness, not too sweet with good blueberry flavor Orange--fresh and orangey in the middle, loved this one Pear--reminds me of cinnamon apples (I guess this was cinnamon pears), which isn't my favorite flavor but others enjoyed Banana--made me sad cause I LOVE banana flavored stuff and this just... wasn't? It had old tasting banana paste in the middle assuming because it's real banana and not artificial, is tiny, and didn't taste good Yuzu--nice yuzu flavor and disappeared fast Cloud--forgot the actual name and apparently didn't take a picture, it had chocolate/hazelnut mousse with some sort of caramel and something crunchy, also delicious All of the petit gateaus were on the mild side which is a big plus for me. Appearance was top notch and the balance of cream to filling on point. I'd like to try some of the other pastries next time for sure.

Hands down the best thing to try is the mango (so flavorful and some parts feel cold like ice cream) and I also really liked the pistachio. Cloud is safe, Not too sweet and it's soft mousse. Yuzu (the flower dessert) had a hard rice cake under it which I was not a fan on. Everytime I have gone, the lien move pretty fast. Seating is whatever table you can find. Something with eggs, and meat, and a hot beverage as winter is fast approaching. Anything else would do fine, but the first two were an absolute must. Daily Provisions fulfilled those obligations. Though pricey, and probably why I will not return, they make one tasty breakfast sandwich. It might even outdo Panera! If only I could see how it is made rather than just wrapped and packaged for me, with me assuming they just took a pre-packaged sandwich and heated it up. I really hope they do not do that. The taste of it tells me they do not, but I have to surmise. I also got a hot chocolate, which is super rich. It is not super hot, but if you are not careful you could have an accident on the sidewalk because of the milk they use. Drink it slow and steady. Or pace yourself between sips. Do not let the body recognize this is full of the things that make bowel movements happen. Thankfully, I held my ground. They also sell crullers. I love a good cruller. Choux pastry donuts full of rich flavor, without all the density of an actual donut. This one may be too rich. It is also quite expensive. Nearby Donut Pub does a better job with them. I had to be careful eating this. Being careful and knowing how much it cost to get a breakfast here are what keep it a three star review. However, their offerings will keep you out of the cold and give you strengths on days you need to be picked up.
