Purchased Cloud PR-515 with "Quick Ship" on 07/22/25 with the "White Glove Delivery and In Home Repair". Received notification on 7/25/26 who would be delivering the chair. Also on 7/25/25 I received notification of a new shipping date of 7/28/25. Then the shipping date was changed to 7/31/25. Finally received notification that the chair would be delivered 8/7/25. On Friday, April 17, 2026, at approximately 5:04 PM, my chair stopped working. I attempted to contact SpinLife for assistance that same evening, but I later learned that the service department is only available Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. On Monday, April 20, 2026, I contacted SpinLife Service regarding the issue. I was informed that they would be submitting a service request for the chair. A very nice service technician called on 4/27/26 to schedule an appointment to service the chair on 4/30/26. During the visit, the technician determined that several parts were needed for the repair. The technician contacted Star Mobility, the contractor for SpinLife, by phone while at the appointment to identify and order the necessary parts. On 5/1/26, I received an email from SpinLife confirming that the parts had been ordered. Then, on 5/7/26, I received a notice stating that the parts were on the way, although we had actually already received the parts on 5/6/26. On 5/7/26, I left a message for the technician advising that the parts had arrived. I did not receive a return call; however, to be fair, Star Mobility did not send the technician a work order until 5/18/26, and that only happened after I made two phone calls to SpinLife. On 5/19/26, I then received a text instructing me to call a number to schedule service. Unfortunately, the number connected to a private residence in Ohio, and the woman who answered had no idea what I was referring to. I apologized for disturbing her and contacted SpinLife again to report the mistake. I was told the technician would contact me directly to schedule the appointment. By chance, I tried the Ohio number again on 5/20/26. This time, I spoke with a gentleman who explained they had experienced this issue repeatedly and was able to provide me with the technician's actual phone number. I may be overly particular, but area code 234 in Ohio is nowhere close to area code 706 in Georgia, which added unnecessary confusion and delay to the process. I finally called the correct number, and the technician returned my call. We scheduled service for 5/21/26. The parts were installed, but the technician discovered that an additional rod was beyond repair. He took photos to send to StarMobility/SpinLife for warranty approval. On 5/22/26, I called and spoke with someone in the service department who informed me that StarMobility had two days to submit warranty issues, but nothing had been submitted after 24 hours. Because of the holiday weekend, SpinLife extended the deadline until 5/26/26. We purchased this chair because my husband has congestive heart failure and needs to keep his legs elevated above his heart several times a day. I also underwent major surgery on 5/4/26 and needed the same accommodation during recovery. As of today, 5/25/26, we still do not have a working chair. For the amount we paid, we could easily have purchased two chairs elsewhere. This company has provided some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced -- terrible communication, constant delays, and limited "banker's hours" support. We worked out a price and I purchased their "White Glove" assembly and delivery service for an additional $100 and was told by the sale rep that I could get the color I wanted by telling the White Glove rep what I wanted while he was assembling the device - the implication being that I would be with him during assembly, When FedEx sent me a tracking notice it said that the delivery was to Hackensack, New Jersey, NOT my home in New York. the notice also said that the delivery had been delayed, so I called FedEx and they would not give me any information since the delivery name and address were not mine! I called SpinLife and spoke to rather loud and rude woman who informed me that the device was being delivered to the "White Glove" shippers where they would assemble it and the delivery it to me - a rep would call me when the scooter arrived in Hackensack. So much for telling them what color I wanted! The obnoxious woman then told me that all this had been explained to me in detail by the salesman when I placed my order - IT HAD NOT BEEN EXPLAINED and the salesman's implication was totally different from the actual arrangement. FedEx notified me that the scooter was delivered last Friday (TWO WEEKS from Ohio to New Jersey) and I still have NOT heard from the White Glove representative despite my purchase having been two weeks ago. I ordered my extra wide lift/sleeping chair (Cloud PR-510 Extra Wide) and when it finally came in it was comfortable for about a week. The bar at the seat and back was hitting me and the motor was clicking. It took me 4 weeks to get service to even call back then an additional 2 week for the tech to get here just to looks at it and order a new back and motors. This is covered under the very expensive in home warranty I bought. took another 2 weeks for me to get a package and it was the arm assembly. going on 2 weeks now and still don't know what is going to be done to fix this.... I received a Ziggo wheelchair that I ordered based on the measurements from my daughter's customized wheelchair and when I took the wheelchair out of the box it is extremely small. I contacted them to exchange the chair for the correct size and Grace refuses to exchange the chair for the correct size. She alleges the chair was custom made for my daughter, but it was not custom made because you purchase each component separately and it comes in three different sizes. Reviewed places to purchase a mobility scooter. We settled on Spinlife due their pricing and knowledge. They had great customer service. They answered the phone, not a computer loop. No leaving a message etc. With their help, we decided on the Pride Mobility Go Go Endurance Li with 16 amp lithium battery. Seemed like the best fit for me and came with a light and horn. We went with the cushion seat, not the mesh. Sure is comfortable. I ended up taking off the arm rests and it seems to work for me. The locking swivel to the seat is a plus. Thus far, it has been wonderful and as to the charge, it has yet to get out of the green, even using it all day. It takes after a days' use, about 2 hours to charge. That is great as well. We have a Chev Traverse. When we bring it along we take off the seat and basket and fold down the tiller. We lift the front onto the back of the hatch back and then lift the back up and slide it in. This way works for us. Should that become a problem, we'll just take it all apart, so it works well for us and fits nicely. When we purchased it from Spinlife we got the 2 Year in-home warranty for piece of mind. Of course when it was shipped, which was quickly, wouldn't you know it, it was right during the extremely cold weather snap that impacted all of us, but we got it nonetheless in great condition and in short order all the way down to South Texas. I made the decision to go to the freight carrier and pick it up from there as there were some timing concerns on our end. The freight carrier, SouthEastern Freight was fantastic and helped load it onto my pickup. Very respectful and customer orientated people. If I had a choice, I'd use South Easter Freight again in a heart beat. Spin life was great to deal with. Pleasant, courteous and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable dealing with them. There was NO pressure, just help. If I have to have additional mobility equipment, I'll use these people without a doubt. They assigned me a white glove specialists who couldn't be bothered to get in touch with me about delivery and set up for 9 days after they had taken delivery of the product, despite 2 calls to customer service about the issue. When he finally did call, he didn't give me any options in terms of delivery time--just told me that they would be there the very next day within a two hour window. I needed to have the joystick on a Jazzy Carbon that I have had for less than a year adjusted or replaced. It will literally take less than five minutes and it is still under warranty. Lying Biz Taking 4 Months to Deliver Scooter SPINLIFE is a horrible company that just collects your money and does not care about you. They will not lift a finger for you after they have your money. Knowing this company treats older people like the way they treated me, is heartbreaking. I have learned a lot in the last four months I have waited for my scooter. I have had conversations with SPINLIFE, Golden Technologies (the manufacturer) and YRC Shipping (freight shipper) multiple times over this. SPINLIFE is a DROP SHIP company. That means they don't have a store or warehouse with stock. When you place an order with SPINLIFE, they pay and place an order with the manufacturer of the item you bought from them. You then wait for the Manufacturer to send the item, not SPINLIFE. Again, all they do is collect money. That's it. SPINLIFE will not tell you what is back-ordered truthfully. I know this because I spoke to the actual manufacturer, Golden Technologies, of my mobility scooter about 1 month after I spent almost $3,000 with SPINLIFE. Golden Technologies confirmed that ALL scooters from most manufacturers are taking months to deliver because of parts issues overseas. There is nothing on SPINLIFE's site that says mobility scooters are taking months to be made. SPINLIFE is giving short back-order dates that suddenly get a lot longer after you pay them. I guess they worry that they will lose business if they do. SPINLIFE are liars. To make matters worse, after 3.5 months, I got a call from SpinLife's shipper, a freight company called YRC Shipping, to make arrangements for delivery. My scooter has arrived in Seattle! The nightmare is over....NOT! There is yet one more huge headache to deal with: The shipper never delivered my scooter. I called asking where my scooter was. They apologized and rescheduled. Then they never showed up. Again. We just called YRC Shipping and they have shipped my scooter BACK to the manufacturer, and it is currently in Chicago with no explanation why. I am in Seattle. My scooter was so close and now it's gone. :'( This was after I sent an email to SPINLIFE asking why YRC Shipping hasn't called to set up another delivery appointment. SPINLIFE never bothered to lift a finger. All SPINLIFE did was open my account, look and see I have a ship date. SPINLIFE never bothered to find out that my scooter arrived here in my city, in mid-September then was shipped back to the manufacturer for no reason. This was one of the worst experiences I HAVE EVER HAD with a company and I truly feel like SPINLIFE takes advantage of older people on a daily basis. This kind of behavior seems to be just a regular thing with them. I am younger and know what's going on. It was even hard for me to navigate the run-around SPINLIFE gave me. It's very hurtful to know this is how they treat their elderly customers. They know how to smooth-talk you and act caring on the phone. Don't fall for it. They do NOT care about you. I have Never had an issue with the customer service or shipping. I ordered a Golden Ally power Wheelchair on 11/3/24, Was delivered 5 days later, after i switched the controls to the left hand (since wife is left handed), i got an error code that told me to check wiring harness and control wiring. I called Tech support and spoke to BRIAN. He went over my issues, since i never turned the chair on after 12 hours of a battery charge as recommended. He advised that he will contact Golden and get a NEW chair sent. I received that chair today, it works fine. I contacted Golden to set up a return and that was fone as well. My 84 year old father was in the hospital for month for treatment on his legs. He is dependent on his wheelchair and was having difficulty getting out of his bed. During his stay at the hospital, our family pulled together and decided to get him a bed that would make his life a bit more pleasant. The decision was to go with Spinlife. I contacted the company and spoke with salesman Caleb Carter. I told Caleb that my father was being released from the hospital on April 7 and that l would like to have the bed delivered and set up for his arrival. Caleb said to me that he knew the warehouse crew and that he would guarantee delivery and set up no later then April 5. On April 5, the delivery had not been made. I tried to contact Caleb with no response. I left numerous voicemails. I contacted customer service who told me that there was not a delivery schedule for that date. Customer service could not tell me when the bed would be delivered. I called Caleb the next day and left two voicemails before he finally called me back. Earlier this year my mother bought me an expensive Jazzy Air 2 wheelchair. I have MS and the chair was supposed to help give me more independence and security. There were problems from the very start. The chair was listed as in stock and ready to ship, yet that was a lie and it took months to even get it. Not to mention all the phone calls and emails about it. When I finally got it, it beeped like crazy every time I turned it on. I'd have to stop, raise it a bit, lower it, turn it off, then back on. We called and were told it's normal (!!). After weeks of being annoyed and distracted by this, we called again and insisted someone come look at it. He said it was a an issue with a sensor and fixed it. Not long after the return window closed, I was on my way into the bathroom. I stopped the chair in the hall as usual. I got up and the button hadn't pressed so when I was standing and went to make sure the chair was as low as it goes so I could get back in easily when I came out of the bathroom, I pushed "up" to lower it and it went forward into the back of my weak legs and over my left foot! I couldn't pull my foot out and had to back over it! At which point my legs gave out and I reached behind me to grab the arm of the chair, but only reached the flimsy joystick area which bend down and gave zero support! I then fell onto the floor. I had to have paramedics come and left me off the floor and take me to the hospital. It was hours of lying there in triage before getting to a room and having xaprays of my legs and foot. Luckily nothing was broken but it destroyed my legs to the point I can no longer get into the bathroom or even shower! I am in a hospital bed in my living room 24/7, I have to use a walker to take a couple steps to a bedside commode and shower using a pan of water from my bed! What annoys me the most is the fact that the controls aren't even accurate! Anyone who has played video games of any kind knows that FORWARD on a joystick is also used for UP and BACKWARD is for DOWN. If I had pressed DOWN to lower the chair, it would have accidentally went BACKWARD and NOT forward against my legs and over my foot!! You press the joystick on any other control forward to go up a ladder! You don't press forward to go DOWN! Also, if you use a scooter in a store, if you stand up from it, the scooter stops working! It's a safety feature! This chair keeps going when you're out of it and that is NOT safe! The joystick is already too easy to bump as it is, but dangerous when there's no safety feature. So now I'm stuck with a chair that cost thousands of dollars (because I'm not losing more money by paying a return and restocking fee!) and I could have used the money to get a ramp so I could leave my house in a manual chair. I was supposed to feel safer with this chair and be able to move around on my own. Now I'm confined to a bed and have to have my mother (in her 70s) here at all times to help me to the commode! I'm now a prisoner in my bed and terrified of the wheelchair and won't even look at it because of the damage it did to my legs. People need to know about the backwards joystick and the dangers of this chair. I'm traumatized by the thought of it and am stuck with it now! read more

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a LiteRider Envy on May 2. It was delivered with a seat and battery from one model and a base from another! It could not be assembled! Instead of owning their serious quality problem, neither SpinLIfe nor Golden Technologies would accept responsibility. They would not remove the unusable parts from my small Assisted Living apartment nor would they bring and assemble me a new chair. To get my refund I had to have friends box up their mess, take it to the front desk of my facility to return to Golden Technologies. They said they would waive the return fee! I didn't return the chair because I changed my mind or didn't like the color. It could not be assembled! It was a manufacturing error. PIck up carrier was supposed to come June 4 and did not show. It will take about 3 weeks after receiving the returned chair for me to get my refund! read more

I have a Jazzy wheelchair. I called Spinlife for a battery replacement. I spoke to a pleasant salesman who sold me 2 batteries for almost $400. I bought the batteries and received them within a week. Unfortunately, right after installing them, my brother found the same batteries for less than half that price. I emailed Spinlife and asked how they justify charging such exorbitant prices, but no response. This company way overcharges. read more

This company has no product or has ever seen or touched the product . They are just order takers and drop shippers . They take and order and submit it to manufacture and it's shipped out of manufacture's warehouse. Spinlife never actually sees or touches the product. read more

I have spent a lot of money at Spinlife over the years. But I have never needed anything serviced until now. I needed to have the joystick on a Jazzy Carbon that I have had for less than a year adjusted or replaced. It will literally take less than five minutes and it is still under warranty. But they wanted $249 paid in advance to come out and service the chair. A new joystick costs less than that. It's a worthless warranty and I will do never business with Spinlife again. read more

Excellent customer service if you have minor issues, otherwise forget about it, as shown on the photo they tell you they will work with your insurance, I found out the hard way when I paid for my chair and was told I wasn't going to receive a reimbursement. They tell you on their own site that they will DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, Order your equipment from someone else. read more
