But today was the day! As soon as you show up, you know this isn't your typical coffee shop. The outside of the place looks like it could be an Inn in the neighborhood (which who knows maybe it was at one point.) The vibe inside gives off quiet workspace/library, and definitely gives off the lobby of an Inn (think Gilmore Girls.) There was some people scattered around but I didn't take a deep look inside since I was just passing by. I ordered my ice vanilla latte. The first thing I remember realizing was that it wasn't very sweet. Which is not a bad thing, sometimes they can be made really sweet other times they can be not so sweet. This latte was in the middle. I could taste the creaminess from the oat milk too. I would definitely check this place out again and try out some of their other drinks that they offer. I would even like to stay in and work inside and see more of the environment inside.

At one point in the past, they had a full working kitchen with a much bigger variety of cooked to order breakfast and lunch items. The friendly staff working today were unsure when this will be up and working again. Hopeful they will bring it back for some point. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing and pleasant morning or midday/afternoon work session. In addition, they sometimes host live music for a fun evening on their huge back patio and garden area. In addition to coffee and espresso drinks, Core Coffee has tea, beer, wine, seltzers, refreshers, and smoothies. If I'm not mistaken, there may have been a happy hour sign. I tried the iced mocha crumble macchiato. It was good but I think if they added cookie butter crumble, it would take it over the top. I'd be willing to try this place out again

I ordered a salted caramel latte with cupcake cold foam, and it was surprisingly not overly sweet--just really good! They have a great variety of syrups and options to customize your coffee.
