    Seasonal Latte - so yummy!

Cozy Brew is the perfect family-friendly hangout! We frequent this local spot. The service is friendly and fast! The atmosphere is warm & welcoming offering books and games for all ages to enjoy while they visit. The overall vibe is a positive community feel. Their seasonal bites and beverages are all delicious too! They also serve coffee, tea, beer and wine as well. The customized coffee mugs are a bonus touch with their name engraved. Loved seeing that - makes it even more cozy!

Servers are all very friendly and helpful! The interior of the cafe is clean and welcoming. A great place to hang out or have business meetings!

Pimento cheese grits with eggs and crispy bacon: an outstanding dish!

Cozy Brew Cafe is one of those spots you can count on every time. We've been here numerous times and it's never disappointed. Whether you're stopping in for coffee, food, or just a place to relax, they've really got it all covered. My wife loves their coffee, and with so many options on the menu and daily/weekly/seasonal specials, there's always something new to try. As for the food, it's consistently excellent. Today I had the pimento cheese grits with eggs and bacon, and they were a home run! The grits were perfectly cooked (not runny or bland), and the pimento cheese added just the right depth of flavor. The bacon and over easy egg complemented the whole dish really well. My wife had the chicken salad croissant, which was fresh and flavorful with a soft, buttery croissant. They've also got beer and wine, a great-looking bar, and a large, inviting patio that feels private and peaceful. Perfect for everything from brunch to happy hour. This place really wears a lot of hats: coffee and a pastry in the morning, brunch or lunch with friends, a chill happy hour spot, or even a quiet place to knock out some work on your laptop. Cozy Brew has built something versatile, welcoming, and always enjoyable.

I really wanted to be able to give this place 5 stars because our experience started out great. Our server was wonderful and was very transparent about how her shift ended at 1, so we knew to expect that she'd likely be leaving before we left. This place is super cute and has very comfy chairs! You can sit either inside or outside on their patio. Our lattes came out and they were delicious! Our chicken biscuits and my friend's cheese grits came out and looked amazing! And then came the whipped goat cheese dip - which looked like its was taken off someone else's table and just had crispy onions added on top. The crostinis were just pieces of toasted sourdough and from the looks of it we were about to be disappointed. The grits and chicken biscuits were wonderful! I definitely recommend the chicken biscuits to share. You get two biscuits with a hefty piece of chicken on them, pimento cheese, a pickle, and a honey drizzle. The grits were super tasty and had pimento cheese in them! Then came the sad part of our experience - the whipped goat cheese. What promised to be "shareable" was barely enough goat cheese to top the six pieces of sourdough bread (we only ate four slices total). The menu said there would be bacon involved, there wasn't a single piece of bacon in there. The whole dish seemed to be lacking something to tie it together. Maybe it would have been better with more cheese, or with bacon, even adding a bit of jam would spice up the flavor. It was a very mediocre dish for the price point. As mentioned, our server came to our table just before one and asked if we wanted to close out with her or have our tickets transferred to another server. We planned to be there awhile longer, and expressed this, but said we'd close out with her - after all, she did most of the work! Service stopped for us after that. Nobody refilled out waters, nobody came to see if we wanted anything else (we would have ordered more). It was like table service didn't exist. I stayed for another hour and my friend was still there when I left. I'm hoping next visit will be a better one, as this just didn't quite fit my expectations!

I only got something to go from here, so I can't speak on how the sit-down service is, but the folks at the front were friendly. Inside was small, but there were enough seats for a few guests and there was also a large outdoor patio. My latte was amazing. Tasted great. Wasn't too sweet and I could really taste all the flavors and the actual coffee. I also got a cinnamon roll with fruit. It was meh. A little dry and unseasoned. Tasted like plain bread. Overall, my experience was pretty good and I will go back to sit in and get real good!

I love coming here every once in a while to study. The service is always friendly and the restaurant is clean with clean bathrooms. The pimento cheese grit bowl is to die for and the seasonal coffee menu always has some bangers on there.

This is a really cute spot! The outdoor space was really nice and surprisingly big. The staff were super friendly and attentive. I got the shaken espresso with their homemade pumpkin syrup and it was perfect. Wasn't too sweet and had the perfect amount of oat milk. There was a surprising amount of food options for a coffee spot. I got the pimento cheese grits which I loved. The grits were cooked perfectly and were well seasoned. The eggs weren't overcooked, although I do typically like them a little more runny. The bacon was also good, but it seemed to be there more for aesthetics since you couldn't really mix them with the grits because they were full strips. The portion was really the only thing I was disappointed by. It's good if you're watching your calories but for $14 grits I shouldn't leave hungry.

Salted Pumpkin Cold Brew. Creamy texture up top, strong coffee down below. They meet in the middle for a delicious drink!

Cozy Brew always lives up to its name. The coffee drinks are delicious, the food is wholesome and yummy, and the service is always sweet! My regular go-to is the Salted Pumpkin Cold Brew (I think that's their seasonal foamy slurper) and I can't wait to see what they come up with once they transition to holiday themed drinks!

I had been eyeballing this place for a lil while now, so I decided today's the day I give this place a shot for my lunch and midday caffeine fix. It was such a cozy, relaxing atmosphere when walking in, the ladies behind the counter were extremely kind. I also saw that they utilize their own beans, which is a plus for me. The s'mores iced coffee was definitely a part of my normal palette, not too sweet and not too strong. The only reason why I give this a 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the Caesar wrap I had. The fried chicken inside of it was super dry and tasted like it was chicken tenders out of the freezers. If recommendations are allowed with these posts, this wrap would have been so much better with a grilled chicken option and freshly fried chicken. I will definitely be back and will try a different food item next time.

Really cute and ~cozy~ cafe with coffee and alcoholic beverage options plus food. My friend and I came for trivia on Wednesday night and had a blast. Our waitress, Keegan, was so sweet and fun. The cafe itself is pretty large or at least has quite a bit of seating, a nice bar, and the outdoor patio area is huge! And beautiful. We each had a wine flight and I loved all the ones I chose. They also have a nice selection of beers. We split the Parmesan and Herb fries. WOW! These were amazing! I was really surprised. I saw other dishes go by that looked equally as delicious and I'm told they have some of the best brunch in town. Parking is easy as they're in a large shopping center. I love that this now exists on this side of town vs downtown because it was much needed! Highly recommend!

Wow! What a great addition to the Battleground area. This cafe is indeed very cozy and quite delicious. They offer a variety of drinks - coffee, tea and alcohol. So you can get a latte, an earl gray, a glass of bubbly or a nice cold one. Whatever you're in the mood for - they've got it! The food is also amazing! My favorite thing on the menu is the fried pickles. Now, I LOVE fried pickles and lemme tell ya- these are the best I've EVER had. There's something about the batter that is just so perfect and crispy and flavorful. The pepper crusted goat cheese with roasted red pepper and confit garlic is also incredibly tasty. It comes paired with crackers and bread (we had to ask for more). I love to get some goat cheese and a lil garlic clove and schmear it on the cracker. Bon appetite The servers are always very nice and sweet. Sometimes due to the business, the service can be a bit slow but it's worth it for the quality of the food and drink. Over all, I definitely recommend this place.

Came back to visit Cozy Brew and the only drawback last time was understaffing. The food and beverages have been excellent since they opened. Great news. Service was terrific. Quick and efficient! Oh and the bacon and egg croissant is delicious. The croissant is lightly toasted, giving it a crunch. The egg and bacon are fresh and flavorful. Very enjoyable addition to a smooth latte and my wife's cold brew. Way to go Cozy Brew! You are clearly working to make the experience better and better!

Love, love, love this place!! Food, coffee, wine, decor; the owner did a fabulous job with setting this coffee shop apart. We're so happy to have this space in greensboro!!! Great for grabbing a glass of wine, hanging on their peaceful patio or if you need a place to have a small meeting.

I remember the vibes were pretty welcoming. I have gone once since then but during the day and the vibes were pretty chill and low-key but nothing too crazy. Just a typical experience but also a really good college outing memory. The matcha I had from there wasn't particularly my favorite but they used to keep their espresso machine up at night during the performance, I'm not completely sure if I remember correctly if they sold liquor or alcohol but the drink that I did have from there the first time I went was pretty good. The ambiance is pretty normal for greensboro, I feel like almost every establishment you walk in, there will be cracked floors but I just remember the staff was pretty awesome and as far as pastries, they had a pretty good variety and gluten free options and other food sensitivity options. Nowhere nearby have I found authentic Italian baked goods except for a former co-worker, whose Sicilian mother once made us delicious wine biscuits and pignoli cookies. That's what I was hoping to find today - along with biscotti, cannoli, etc. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. I got the pistachio lobster tail and a mixed box of cookies. The lobster tail was basically a crispy croissant filled with pastry cream that had no discernible pistachio flavor. Tasty but definitely more of a French pastry. The cookies were all supposedly different flavors but I couldn't tell them apart. They were a basic shortbread dyed different colors, had gummy, flavorless fillings and tasted old. There was 1 biscotti in the box and I'm sorry to say that my not at all Italian mom has made better biscotti. Definitely very pricey considering the quality. It makes me sad that there is still nowhere to get good Italian pastries here.

But today was the day! As soon as you show up, you know this isn't your typical coffee shop. The outside of the place looks like it could be an Inn in the neighborhood (which who knows maybe it was at one point.) The vibe inside gives off quiet workspace/library, and definitely gives off the lobby of an Inn (think Gilmore Girls.) There was some people scattered around but I didn't take a deep look inside since I was just passing by. I ordered my ice vanilla latte. The first thing I remember realizing was that it wasn't very sweet. Which is not a bad thing, sometimes they can be made really sweet other times they can be not so sweet. This latte was in the middle. I could taste the creaminess from the oat milk too. I would definitely check this place out again and try out some of their other drinks that they offer. I would even like to stay in and work inside and see more of the environment inside.

Though most seats were filled when I visited, it was super quiet, like a library. I felt a little uncomfortable having a conversation, afraid of bothering others. I'm not sure if it's always that quiet or not. Street parking is somewhat limited, but there is a church with a parking lot just across the street. That said, I visited on Easter, so the church lot was full, but we were still able to find a spot to parallel park at the end of the street. They serve a decent variety of coffee and other drinks, but have a limited food/pastry menu. I got an iced lavender vanilla latte with oat milk, which is something I order at a lot of places. Sometimes, the lavender tastes so artificial it reminds me of eating soap -- I think certain brands of syrup taste better than others. That was not the case here. I don't know what brand they use, but it must be one of the better ones, because it tasted mild and delicious. Both lavender and vanilla came through. The espresso was smooth and not bitter. The ratios of everything were great as well -- not too much oat milk but not too little -- the perfect latte.
