Not The physical requirements/parameters I asked for, and not personality/characteristics, either. When I questioned the physical parameters (height), after meeting him, I was told that they give or take 2 to 3 inches. Why even ask me what my parameters are if you're not going to meet them, LOL! He was very short, thin and our lifestyles were not at all compatible. In fact, he's not even in the area five days a week, he works out of state. I'm not sure how someone like that can even sign up for a program like this. The only reason I'm giving this company two stars is because they were all very nice to me, the meetings and interactions have all been very good. They even called me a few days ago to apologize for not being able to find a date for me. Bottom line is, they don't have a very large database of people. Why? This shit is super expensive! That's why. Goal: figure out how to get some of my money back. Unless they can show you numbers of how many people are in their database, I would not recommend you sign up for a program with this company. The Unresponsive Accounts: Two of the provided matches were complete "ghost" accounts where the individuals never engaged or responded. For a premium service, this strongly raises suspicion that the database relies on inactive or unverified profiles to fulfill an internal match quota on paper and burn through a client's contract. The customer service is where the organization completely fails. When a match flaked on a meeting and I raised my legitimate concerns about the breakdown of the service, the matchmaker actually laughed at my situation. When I called this behavior out, the representative offered a defensive deflection, claiming they "were not laughing at me, but laughing at the circumstance." Laughing at a client's frustration when they have paid premium money for a professional service is entirely unacceptable. When the company followed up, their official stance was to completely deflect responsibility, stating, "We aren't responsible for whether the matches we paired you with choose to communicate with you or not." If you pay premium prices, you expect verified, active matches and professional integrity, not unverified profiles, a dating coach who is off topic and talks over you without answering your questions, and staff who laugh at your hurdles. Admittedly, I made a horrible emotional decision to give her $7.000 up front but her service sounded perfect for a busy woman, they accommodated my need to email me the referrals since I travel every week and sent them for about 7 weeks. I have sent weekly emails, called all phone numbers listed - by the way they have generic answering messages and when you call Ken he answers as an individual not a company. I am sure you have noticed the good reviews on this site are very brief and not from Arizona. I realize the "contract" is in their favor but there is the "court" of public opinion as a resource.
