I was VERY nervous/intimidated bc I NEVER work out, like EVER; so I needed to take it real slow. The beginner class was PERFECT for this. I loved talking to my body, listening to my body, but be aware - after a triple digit summer day, you must be hydrated! In general that's a good rule-of-thumb when doing any extracurricular activities, but especially for this. Going upside down in the swing/hammock made me a little dizzy. After a few tries & classes, I realized I was actually getting motion sickness! But, that's my fault, not the coach's/facility's. I'm very squeamish! They did EVERYTHING to make the experience welcoming and engaging. I'm just a woos who need to give it a few more tries & a lot more water before passing out. If you wanna try aerial, I recommend this spot A LOT!

I understand there are many possible paths and Terri made each one crystal clear in every area of my life. I am referring her to my friends and family who are open to spiritual readings and would like direction. People who have a positive outlook on life and are ready to take personal responsibility for their path. Terri is empowering and I feel more empowered to help others. I admire her for sharing her gifts publicly and embracing her path. I know it's not easy because obviously there always people who have something to say, which hinders a lot of people unfortunately, but hey, we're not here to please everybody right? All I can say is MY experience was beautiful. Wow! SRT Healing session: I really didn't know what to expect because I've never heard of SRT, but I was pleasantly surprised. It felt like a spiritual spa. If you've ever treated yourself to a day at the spa, you'll know what I mean. After my session, I felt this cooling energy in my body. I love amusement parks with my family, it feels exhilarating to treat the kids to a day of fun and see their smiling faces. You just feel good inside and grateful for the experience, you know? Yup! It was universal studios with the kids awesome My husband noticed a difference in my energy without me telling him and I feel lighter. The Healers' Healer!…read more I'm very cautious about amateurs and charlatans in this area, but when I heard recommendations from multiple professional healers and spiritual workers whom I trusted -- and who themselves had been treated by Ari -- I went to Ari for a reading. She was remarkably accurate, nuanced and wise in assessing my past and providing guidance on key questions for the future. Very genuine and spontaneous, working primarily off tarot cards as a vehicle for clearly very powerful innate clairvoyant capabilities. I have in turn recommended Ari to a colleague of mine, and heard strongly positive feedback from them as well. I heartily recommend!

She's also announced there are gonna be at least 5 or 6 more here in Phoenix. Cool! I finally today got to try out her class in her studio, and it was amazing (but also very hard). Kjoy is the real deal, a very solid yoga class and you will be crawling out of the class. She will work you but you will thank her after the class is over. A friend of mine also joined me today to experience this studio. BSY at this location just opened about a month ago and the studio is offering a free week, so please go try it out! BSY has locations throughout the country and its great we now have one here also. The studio is painted in black and it's a nice space with a beautiful mural. There are cubby holes to store your items . Blocks are provided and you can rent mats here. I also saw a fridge selling waters and other liquids. There is a bathroom, which you walk thru a gym to get to. Two things to note here. Parking lot is small, but I was able to get slammed spot. The only thing I wished for was that there were celing fans in the studio. Kjoy originally taught some guest classes at Madison Improvement Club awhile back and then I didn't see her for a couple of years. I then randomly at Vikara yoga events bumped into her and it was such a delight to see her again! She also gave me a bunch of free passes for classes, and she's a lovely, bubbly person! I'll definitely be back to her studio and right now, if u join as a founding member, the annual fee is $480! That's a pretty sweet deal for a solid yoga studio! I'll definitely be a regular here and go check out Kjoy's classes, you will work really hard and your heart and mind will thank you for it!
