People post Tracy is awesome, but her salespeople are rude and put too much pressure on you to join their service. I just got a call and the lady was upset I couldn't meet Tracy on Friday (today is a Wednesday). I live in Gilbert and the office is by the Biltmore. I told her my sister just moved in with me from California and we're busy getting everything organized and I wasn't ready, she could call me back. First she asked how old my sister was and when I said 58, she said don't you think she can do it herself. Then she said I was making excuses and would never be married. I first ran into this service at the Women's expo and wanted to use them, but forget it now. I don't know how the lady thought I would even think about it the way she was talking to me. She also sounded like she was eatting while talking or had marbels in her mouth or something. Tracy, find some better salespeople if you want to get more ladies to join. read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS - if you can call it a business. I have yet to meet anyone, they have stopped sending referrals and are disregarding all contact. On October 8, 2011 I received a call from Ken their "Director of Sales" letting me know they had gotten my name from someone stating how wonderful I was and I would make a great partner. When I pressed Ken as to how they got my number (mind you this is my work cell he called) he was vague and dismissive, focusing on how great a matchmaker Tracy is. I have to admit I was not myself that day as I had just had another unsuccessful "meet' and I was curious to find out how they got my since my neighbor (whom I thought had provided them the informaiton), made it clear she had nothing to do with it, Much to my surprise Tracy was working that Saturday and I met with her at 2pm. All seemed legit, from the nice offices (by the way these are business suites that can be rented out by anyone) to the semi- formal "test", to her direct apporach which I prefer. Bells should have been rining when she inquired about my financial status - in hindsite I believe they use this to determine which "package" they present. Admittedly, I made a horrible emotional decision to give her $7.000 up front but her service sounded perfect for a busy woman, they accommodated my need to email me the referrals since I travel every week and sent them for about 7 weeks. I have sent weekly emails, called all phone numbers listed - by the way they have generic answering messages and when you call Ken he answers as an individual not a company. I am sure you have noticed the good reviews on this site are very brief and not from Arizona. I realize the "contract" is in their favor but there is the "court" of public opinion as a resource. read more

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! I do not know where to begin. Firstly, I found them in an on-line Ad. The company's real name is L-Strong or Love strong a consulting service. Unfortunately for me I was coerced into signing an agreement. Tracy took my drivers license and credit card as a form of ID and put it aside so you can not reach for it while she does all the talking about what I need etc (good sales work too). I was there listening to their sales pitch for about 2 hours so I went ahead and signed up. I have been trying to get out of the office but she knows what to say to keep me there. As soon as I left the building. I called to cancel also disputed charges. The total package was $3,900 (almost $4k but I put down $1k via credit card) This package was $6,995 when she started. I do not want to go into all the details its been 3 months and I have not got my $1000 back. TTM disputed my money. They were calling and sending me invoices for almost $3,000 saying I signed a contract so I have to pay up. I called TTM to leave me alone, the guy that works with Tracy left me a nasty voicemail, his last remarks was 'bring it on ......, and they do not care about the negative impact. Its been very difficult for me over the months. I have never used their services, Yet they refuse to refund $1000. Be careful, it looks like they might be new in phoenix as I have investigated. read more

They are tricky!! Leave your credit cards and checkbook in your car as well as your drivers license. They can do their "background check" another time. read more

I'm 51 years old and never thought in a million years that I'd be using a dating service. My daughters talked me into it and lo and behold, I gave it a try. I've met two very nice women so far. We've dined together and I've had just a wonderful time with both. I'm so glad that I gave it a try. Thank You Tracy!!!! read more

The only thing they sell are dreams then they take your money Be very careful

TERRIBLE company!! Tracy is a salesperson NOT a matchmaker. I paid $2495 and got NOTHING but rude people in the Love Strong office a a promise to refund me after I called the local TV and they did a segment on the company. After 6 months of waiting for my refund and a year of fighting with them I am pursuing this through Small Claims Court. read more

I strongly suggest not even considering doing business with this organization or this woman. The sales process is misleading, including things that are just not true. It is an extremely high pressure sales pitch, including her willingness to ridicule anyone who won't purchase her service. It's also the common bait and switch on fees, her starting with incredibly high proposed fees and then when you refuse to purchase she just keeps lowering them until she can get some money from you. Don't do it. read more

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!! I went to her to see if I could sign up for her service. It sounded ok but then the High pressure sales started. She was asking me to fork over 1500 dollars immediately and when I said I will think about it, she flipped out, said I was insane and needed counseling. I simply asked her to explain herself and she flipped out and almost had me arrested. Guys be very careful because she will pull ALL strings including accusing you of abuse to law enforcement if you do not agree to her sales contract. read more

I found Tracy through a link on facebook. I was able to set up an appointment with her just a few days after my initial contact. Upon arrival Tracy had me fill out a form with lots of questions about my thoughts on relationships, after reviewing my answers she was able to figure out pretty much exactly what I was looking for, which I was very impressed by. However that was that last thing I was impressed by. She then started telling me about the program, which seems fairly straight forward, and then she absolutely shocked me when she revealed the price. I found it to be extremely high (more then a small car!!!) and told her that I was not the type of person to spend that type of money with out thinking about it. She immediately began pressuring me with hard sell tactics and phrases such as "if you buy today I can give you a discount", "love is priceless so it shouldn't matter to you how much it costs", or "you can afford this why are you being so cheap". I told her several times that it wasn't the cost that was stopping me from committing that day, rather it was that I don't spend that type of money on impulse and I was simply there to get information about the program and how it worked. 30 mins later I was finally able to leave after she tried to hard sell me the entire time. I politely said "thank you for your time and I'll contact you if I have any questions", to which she replied "you aren't going to call" in a smug voice. The women is probably good at her job of match making, however her level of unprofessional-ism and demeaning behavior totally turned me off to any thoughts of working with her. Unless you are ready to buy on the day you meet her, I'd suggest skipping your appointment. read more

Tracy from Tracy the Matchmaker refused to tell me how she obtained my name and number and would only tell me a friend referred me to her services. She was rude throughout her sales approach, refused to validate my parking after Kent, the phone rep that set the appointment assured me they would do. In addition, she attempted to use high pressure sales manipulation when presenting the price of $12,998 for her services she would reduce them to $2998 but I would not be matched by her, and $3898 to be matched by her if I gave her my credit card right then and there. She became upset and rude with me no less than twice while pressuring me to join her program when I said I needed to think about it and when I answered her question why I was there. She admitted to asking me questions in rapid-fire secession, and informed me she needed to obtain a lot of information about me in a short time frame. I reminded her she was forgetting the human factor, and when she asked me what that was I explained making the person she was interviewing feel comfortable . Her attempted high pressure, rude behavior toward me, refusal to validate my parking telling me I can afford a dollar after I asked the receptionist to please validate it and she loudly told her no we are not going to do that embarrassing me in the office, turned me off and inspired me to make this complaint. Tracy's sales tactics were extremely unprofessional, her marketing techniques dishonest, she lied about having a radio program from what I can tell, and her integrity was extremely questionable. I know from previous experience if the interview/sales pitch is poor, then the service will be also. read more
