I was in a pretty bad accident involving an underinsured driver totaling my new car and 2 pretty hard impacts effecting my back/neck and feet. I was very shaken up and unsure about what needed to be done in the coming months. I wasn't trying to get money out of this, but I wanted to at least try to make sure I didn't lose financially from this accident that was in no way my fault.
