Drove my daughter 30 miles to take an 8:00 am exam at Prometric test center. They have a nice waiting area and lobby in a beautiful building. I was promptly kicked out of the waiting area because they said they do not allow guests to wait for their families due to security reasons. When asked whether I could take one of their 20+ chairs into the building lobby (void of all seating), I was turned down. The policies here are rude and obnoxious. Some of the people who work here are really nice. Some people who work here are incredibly rude. When I submitted my test, I got an "error" message. When asked if my test went through, they accused me of trying to retake the test. They gave me a number to call and get it straightened out. They refuse to answer any questions. This place sucks, and no it's not cause I didn't pass my test. The ladies at the front are rude. They act like everyone's a criminal and trying to cheat. They talk down to you. The one girl sounds like a robot and is so monotone. Glad my employer paid for the test because coming here is a joke. Charged to take a test for you to be treated poorly. The few times I was there they were rude each time, and they were all different people. One of my visits there was only one lady working and had several test takers. She was so backed up and trying to handle many things at once she swapped my ID with someone, almost gave the person in front of me the wrong test and was just plain rude. Walked in on a stressful day to take my SAFE exam. Greeted immediately by smiling faces, Alice and Sandra were working up front and were so nice. They made the process seem-less and were very encouraging. Once I was checked in I needed to put my phone and keys in a locker. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I've had to reschedule my test 3 times dumping $150 down the drain. When my test (that they let me schedule outside of office hours apparently) lost connection and kicked me out they sent me a number to call to get it fixed but upon calling the customer service line they told me they were outside office hours and couldn't take my call. I unfortunately had to forfeit my test and the fee I had to pay to get the test scheduled. I ended up calling them the next morning to talk to someone about what happened and they ended up transferring me to 5 different numbers and hung up on me three times. It took me way too much time to actually talk to a human being instead of their stupid automated response machine which did everything in its power to get you to hang up by repeating it's long intro at least 3 times before giving you an options menu. This company is overall extremely disorganized and unprofessional and it's a shame that big insurance companies require you to go through this pathetic excuse of a company to obtain your licenses. This company obviously does not care about the actual human beings that are taking these tests and only cares about the money they are basically stealing from them. I would never recommended this company in a million years. read more

I've been to this testing center many times for CPA exams and it has been always a good experience, however nothing beats the last time when Chris was helping me out. Chris has such a great sense of humor and makes everyone feel welcome and gives you that extra boost of confidence.. who doesnt need one before taking a 4 hour accounting exam. I came in all nervous and walked out in a wonderful mood! Chris is not only super professional in both manner and appearance but also a pleasant human being who shares his unique talent of humor with others to build them up! I would like to thank the woman that assisted me last week and this Monday, she was nice to me and I think this place should be given a chance. I want to start by saying if you had no stars that would be too high. I have called 6 times on the 800 number it's temporarily down so I called the camelback location where I needed to reschedule and I've left 6 messages. I couldn't make my test last week because I was in the hospital with pneumonia for a week No One Calls You Back and when you hit 1 to reschedule it tells you to call the 800 number that is broke right now, the other 800 number if you get through has you on hold for an average of 7 hours yes that's correct 7 hours of hold time then at 5 it says we're closed and hangs up on you. This is THE MOST DISFUNCTIONAL BUSINESS IN AZ AND THAT'S SAYING A LOT. If you can take your state tests somewhere else do it don't waste your time with these people that don't give a shit about you and there is 0 customer service. I'm contacting the local news channels to let them know what a worthless group of people and how customers are treated. I'm a tour professional in golf recovering from spinal surgery so all of my thousands of followers I'm letting their practices out. let's get this company either shut down or a whole new staff. read more

I dropped off a friend for testing. I know rules are rules but I was told I couldn't wait for her in their lobby. I pulled my phone out to play clash and was told no electronics could be used in their lobby. I felt like the counter person was condescending towards me. I left without incident because I didn't want my friend to be hurt in any way by my mouth. Been here several times and staff has been rude more than once. Seems like the people I have encountered working here have a "its my way because I'm the boss" attitude. You won't find this attitude at the Goodyear location. I knew this before and told my friend to pick Goodyear. She picked Phoenix by accident. Parking is difficult and you wonder if your car will be towed even if you park on the visitor parking spots. Not a friendly feeling to deal with these people. Been here three times. To go to restroom they give you a key with a huge men's or women's sign attached to it.... Yeah kinda like what you would expect at a ghetto gas station. Again, making a point. Your not treated as an adult rather like a child that has been bad. read more
