When we got there, Daniel greeted us, and we did both the assessment and planning appointments ( he had us waiting 10 minutes past our appointment time for the planning appointment) with him. We later found out that it wasn't $300-$400 a month for 4 hours a week, but rather $360 a month for 12 months, covering 96 hours, and they run a hard credit check. This means she would be getting 6 months of tutoring for basically $360 bi-weekly, which felt misleading. I'd rather go to a tutoring place that doesn't do a hard credit check and is upfront with their prices. Additionally, Daniel was rude when I tried to discuss my daughter's needs; he would cut me off and talk about himself not even addressing or acknowledging what I just mentioned about my daughter.

Both of these ladies are certified teachers and have years of experience in elementary education, so they know kids well... They are super hands-on and run the day-to-day operations at The Vault along with Game Master Andrew. Allison and Livia have taken their learnings and developed custom programs for kids grades K-5. The after school weekday sessions they offer include small group tutoring, homework clubs, monitored gaming and more. I believe they also have some extended gaming hours on Saturdays for kids grades K - 8. The Vault has quiet spaces, comfortable chairs, and a library full of books for reading. The colorful, spacious gaming area includes both electronic and non-electronic games. Snacks and drinks are available to the kids as well. The Vault is a newly opened business, and they are continuing to work through kinks with the website, evolve session and party packages based on customer requests, etc... but my kids have been enough times to love it already and so do I! I am having a lot of success with sending my kids to do homework first, followed by gaming.
