The staff and the owners (Nicole & Blake) are so kind and very easy to work with, they had finished the project on time and products were excellent and beyond my expectations I really and highly recommend for Davis Signs and graphics for your project needs. I called them and Blake called back, sounded put out and said he would send someone but he never did. My sign is still not lit. I have already paid them for a lighted sign and I don't want to have to hire another company to fix it but I can't be in violation of my plaza's lease agreement. Pretty lousy thing to do to someone trying to keep a small business alive.

I compared the 2 gentlemen's advice and knowledge and Price, then determined that ABE would do the work for me. I actually have 2 signs that Abe built. My signs are of colored acrylic over lighted boxes. I wanted the largest and most readable font and point size and didn't want to waste money on empty space. The sign turned out perfectly! I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this business.

I asked him numerous times to please stop screaming at me and to lower his voice. I reached out to him over a month ago for a sign. We discussed my sign needs and a rough estimate. The price sound fair and reasonable. I asked Abe to please email me a draft of how the sign would look like, in case there had to be any edits or changes, he agreed. He never emailed me! Nor he never followed up. This should have been a red flag that he never worked on my sign. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I followed up with him today, and sure enough, my sign was never worked on! When I first spoke to him, he never mentioned a deposit and never explained that he required a deposit to create a rough draft, if he had I would have been happy to paid a deposit. He also added, "if I wanted the job done now", to go into his store, pay and it will be done today. My question to him was, "why didn't you tell me the first time I contacted you?" Abe tried to make me feel that I was the one to blame for his lack of communication and for not getting the rough draft completed. Because his lack of taking responsibility, poor work ethic and professionalism, I decided to not move forward with his sign services. I told him that I'd make sure to write a review so that others would know how he treated me. Abe then, said, he in return will give me a bad review about my business but Abe has never been my client and I never prepared his taxes. The attached picture shows the only time he left me a message, that was just him returning my initial call.

Thank you, Kris, for proving my point about your unprofessionalism and your need to seek attention…read morefrom another man. It does not surprise me that you called my business manager again after I left a review. There is no need for you to be having a "man-to-man" conversation with him when: A. I am the customer who legally paid you for services, and B. I am the legal business owner. Thus, I hate to burst your bubble, but he is not "the actual owner of the business," and for your information, he is not legally my husband. My best advice for you, as a business owner myself, is not to take new customers if you are "under pressure" and cannot handle the demand, as this can lead to careless mistakes and much more.
