He was extremely friendly, professional, and thorough throughout the entire service. Geno serviced the inside of our home and took the time to make sure everything was treated well. I was especially impressed with how thorough he was outside. He went around the exterior of the house and knocked down and removed all of the spiderwebs, including areas that could have easily been overlooked. The difference afterward was very noticeable. He was personable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in doing a complete job rather than rushing through the appointment. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the quality of the service he provided. Geno did an exceptional job, and I would be very happy to have him service our home again in the future!

it deserves 0 rating! Never ever use this company!!! It's a scam…read more They sent this email to me in April: "Spring is a vital time for targeted treatments--to help stop the establishment of outdoor populations and intercept pests before indoor breeding can begin. Your last Aptive treatment was June 2025. We highly recommend scheduling your tailored service today. Rejoin and get a $150 Visa gift card¹ plus $49 "Welcome Back" pricing on your initial treatment." After responding they sent a guy to my house, asked me to sign on the monthly plan of 49$. However, since the first service there hasn't been any follow up visit, I also didn't get any bill or credit card payments even though I gave them my credit card info for monthly deduction. Today I got a letter from ARM, a debt collector, telling me my account with Aptive is delinquent. Aptive claim that I owed them $245 which I guess is 5 months (49x5) monthly payment. However, they sent no one and did nothing in the last 5 months!!! Besides, they never called me if they ran into any issue with credit card payments, which never happened! I thought the deal was automatically cancelled since there had been no service since the first visit. The promised $150 gift card also has never been realized . I will call them first thing in the morning To protest This fraudulent practice. I hope all who read this are pre-warned. Do not fall into this trap!

And while I use items that are on the market to deter mosquitoes I think these buggers have adapted. But alas, I have finally found myself done and over with all of the mosquitoes and she had none. She recommended Sage. I have had nothing but great experience from the girl who answered the phone, the sales person that I spoke to, the technician that came out. I have noticed a huge, huge difference. On nights that I would typically be bitten at least 20 times, I am maybe bitten once. I can enjoy gardening during the day and sipping wine out at night without being eaten alive! So happy to enjoy my yard again!

He was diligent, respectful and hardworking. He had to dig trenches before applying termite treatment. It was very laborious. He was very thorough and careful. We have found all of the technicians from Noosa over the years very competent and Alex did not disappoint. It has been a pleasure working with Noosa over the past 5 years and we will no doubt continue to enjoy that relationship over the next few years. When we've had concerns, they responded accordingly. We once had what appeared to be wings around the house. They came, took a sample and had it tested. It turned out to be organic matter dropped from a nearby tree. We were surprised that they did this and didn't charge for it. They service our crawlspace and Alex took readings to assure us that our dehumidifier was fully operational. According to his careful inspection, it was working excellently. We want to thank Alex and Noosa for their most reliable service.
