Sweet BBQ and Mango Habanero crispy wings
    Clint S.

Let's start with the service. You are greeted by this nice gentleman who asks if you have ever been here before. If you haven't he will ask do you want him to break down the menu for you. If you like crispy wings, this is the place for you! Don't let the name Spice Wing deceive you. They have other wings and sandwiches that are not spicy. You have many options to chose from. They have different types of fries too. Straight, curley and waffle. We LOVED this place and will definitely be back!! It's down at the far end of the Publix strip mall so foot traffic is lower so PLEASE give them a try. This is a must try place for sure! You won't be disappointed!

We have yet to have a single item hear that didn't taste wonderful. Crispy, saucy and delightful at a great price point. Now they are a bit slow. Wings are cooked to order so be patient. Favorites are hot, Jamaican jerk, lemon pepper and Korean bbq

8 wings that should have been 15

This review is not about the food. The wings and dogs are good. I ordered a 15 wing combo and a hot dog to go. The total was 26.75. When I got home and opened the container there were only 8 wings??? Really? There was only one table eating in the restaurant and one order placed right before mine so not like the restaurant was swamped.

    Not my food!!

Stopped in on the way home from the other side of Atlanta to grab some dinner for the family. Walked in to employees sitting around playing on their phones. Ordered a few items, rep asked if I'd like to upgrade to combos, which I denied. Also, Asked for Carrots with ranch and a side of Buffalo sauce. Total was $40+ added tip. Was told 10 minutes. I walked out as manager / Co-owner walked in. Walked down to Publix (where I was complimented on my smile and thanked for my shopping) to grab a few items and came back. There was an Amazon Driver on his lunch break and an older gentleman waiting for his food when a family walked in. Behind the family a small group of rowdy young men came in. This small group was loud, crude, playing loud music on their phones and made everyone uncomfortable. You could see the discomfort amongst the other customers as I waited beyond the 10 minutes for the food. The rep called my name, read off my order perfectly, and then asked, "did you get your drinks". I let him know I didn't order drinks and he said, "they charged you for (2)", and went behind the counter. Instead of correcting the amount he handed me (2) plastic cups said "have a good day" and quickly hid behind the wall. From there I loaded up and drove 20 minutes home. The aroma of the food smelled sooo good, my family couldn't wait to dig in!! We get home unload and set the table, open up to find the order was wrong, we were missing items, given wrong items, and no paid for extra sauces (ranch and Buffalo) were included. I took a deep breath and called the store. As soon as I explained what happened the rep said "yes, we gave you the wrong order, bring it back and we will swap it out with you" - what?! With that I suggested they have the order delivered and was denied. The young rep was going back in forth with the manager. I then spoke with the manager who suggested I drive back to swap out the food. I suggested some ways to resolve the issue to the response of "I'm busy I'll have to call you back". I would have passed 10 other restaurants to drive back, and replacing a meal for my family would be an easier and faster option not driving 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back. I ended up replacing the meal with a closer restaurant. 2 hours later the manager - Co-Owner calls back and offers a refund on (1) missing item. I suggested a full refund since the entire meal had to be replaced. We then started over and I explained the entire situation and how it was a poor reflection of a business I would love to support. I was more than polite and offered a few creative solutions and even suggested how I would handle such an issue. The manager co-owner couldn't come up with an acceptable response. After a moment of silence I asked to speak with one of the other co-owners and was told someone would call me back. I left her with "I have a great story to tell and I compliment louder than I complain, I am just waiting for an ending for this story". It has been 10 days and still have not received a response, refund, or call back... I'm almost certain an Amazon Driver missed out on their valuable lunch hour, an older gentleman and local family couldn't enjoy their meal, due to a group of rowdy young men, and my family received horrible customer service and ended up eating Waffle House (where I was treated better). All of this could have been resolved with proper management, leadership, and simple customer service. There are a many other local wing establishments that can earn our business. Unfortunately, Spice Wing isn't one of them.

Garlic Parm, Honey BBQ wings, and sweet potato fries!

I love this local spot! Food is always tasty and original, the service is decent but exactly what you're looking for in a lunch spot, and inside it's relaxed and clean. I have to get into the hot dogs and such, but I can be sure that the wings here are awesome!

Just moved to the area. Amazing wings! Loved the Lemon Pepper and mild flavors. Definitely my go to for wings now.

The food here is genuinely excellent--some of the best Korean fried chicken I've had in Atlanta…read more The skin is incredibly crispy, the meat is tender and juicy, and the chicken is clearly butchered and cooked with care. The sauces are a real highlight, especially the gochujang-based one, which was absolutely phenomenal. They're generous with the sauce, too, which adds even more flavor to an already well-executed dish. That said, it's hard to ignore the price point. This is easily the most expensive Korean fried chicken spot I've been to. While the quality justifies the cost to an extent, it's still a noticeable jump from other similar places. And while the chicken is very good, it's not necessarily the best in Atlanta--though it's definitely in the top tier. Another thing that stood out was the lack of lower-cost or smaller portion options. There were only half and whole birds available, with no quarter bird or sandwich options, which makes it difficult for someone looking for a more affordable or lighter meal. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to appeal to a broader lunch crowd. In short: it's pricey, but you're getting high-quality, expertly prepared Korean fried chicken. Just be prepared to spend a bit more--and maybe come hungry.

The staff was very helpful in trying to find us something safe to eat because we have multiple medical dietary restrictions. Everything was HOT and delicious! We tried 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, fries and tots all were good. Now this is greasy diner food so don't go in with unrealistic expectations. But this is a family place and a great option for the GF community. We will definitely be back! Just so you know...the chicken tenders, fried pickles and onion rings can be GF but are NOT dairy free. The fries and buns are GF and DF. MY only note we went on a Saturday and the bathroom floors were sticky and the booths needed a better wipe down. I know it's hard to get everything done but a little cleaner would have kicked it up to a 5 Star for me.

It was equivalent to 4 smaller soups, and was full of wonderful chunks of vegetables (carrot, zucchini, water chestnut, mushrooms, cabbage or bok choy), meat (chicken, beef, and plump shrimp), and wontons for a savory soup with a good dose of soy sauce. The soup was served with fried wonton strips. The soup was borderline salty and gave me pause, but I still enjoyed the soup, but sensitive palettes may find it too salty. I also got the chicken egg rolls, which were nice and served with a house made and lightly sweet duck sauce. For entrees my wife had the Mongolian Beef (non-spicy version) and it was good. I had the Spicy Dry Combo: beef, chicken, and shrimp with shallots, onions, jalapenos, and pepper flakes. It was also borderline salty and despite the abundance of peppers was of medium heat. We had steamed rice with both our dishes and it was fluffy and wonderfully textured. Fountain drink refills were prompt and service was friendly. The portions were good, and took our leftovers to go. The dining room is spacious and a new build with unique "leather" floor tiles.
