From the moment I sat down, my server Carlos treated me like an A-list celebrity. I never went without anything I needed. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. I didn't have to wait long. And it tasted so good! I'd been craving a good 'dilla, and this one made me happy. I'm glad I don't live too far from here because it sounds like they host fun events and it's a fun spot to come to on the weekends. Between the vibes, the service, and the food, I'm a fan?

The table was in a walk way across from the bathroom. I wouldn't have normally liked that spot but it was fine. We had the Carajillo (espresso martini) and the La Chingona (margarita) to drink. Very tasty nice sized drinks and strong enough. We had the ribeye tacos, chips and queso, rice and beans. The ribeye tacos were so tender and delicious. Chips were thicker/harder than I prefer but my friend liked them. Dip was good also. We stayed for a couple hours and the never made us feel like we were on a time clock. Service was fast, friendly and attentive.

The restaurant is fairly new, and while it has potential, our overall experience was just okay. The space is aesthetically pleasing, and the noise level was comfortable enough to actually hear your conversation. As the night went on, the restaurant became increasingly busy, and unfortunately, the service started to decline. So here's the breakdown of our experience: Experience: 2/5 - Overall, the restaurant was just okay. Nothing particularly memorable outside of one cocktail. Ambiance: 4/5 - Beautiful space with a nice aesthetic. The music and noise levels were just right. You could enjoy the atmosphere without having to yell across the table. Service: 2/5 - Melissa was our waitress at the bar. Service started off fine, but as the restaurant got busier, the attentiveness declined. On the positive side, the food came out fairly quickly. Drinks La Santa: 5/5 - Easily the best thing we had all night! Light, refreshing, and well-balanced. The smokiness from the mezcal wasn't overpowering, which I appreciated. This cocktail was definitely the highlight of our visit. Guayabín: 2/5 - Way too sweet for my liking. The drink came with a sweet ice ball, which was an interesting concept but not very practical. Every time I tried to take a sip, the ball would hit my nose. Eventually, it melted, but that only made the drink even sweeter. Not a fan. Food Enmoladas: 2/5 - The mole sauce was good, but the chicken was dry. Overall, the dish was pretty plain and could have benefited from more moisture and flavor in the chicken. Charred Guac: 4/5 - This was good! The pork was a nice addition and gave the guacamole a little something extra. Queso with Chorizo: 4/5 - The chorizo saved this dish. Without it, I would have given the queso a 2. It added the flavor that the queso needed. Birria: 2/5 - Think of it as a build-your-own taco situation with birria meat. It came with consommé, rice, and beans. The rice and beans were good, but the meat was on the salty side, which took away from the dish. Final Thoughts Overall Rating: 2/5 The appetizers were definitely better than the main dishes, and La Santa was hands down the star of the night. Would I come back? Possibly, but strictly for cocktails and light bites. I wouldn't necessarily return for a full meal based on this experience. Being that the restaurant is still fairly new, I'm hoping they'll find their groove as time goes on. There's potential here, especially with the atmosphere and cocktail menu, but the food and service need some work. Disclaimer: I rate on a scale of 1-5, but 3 isn't an option. It's just too neutral for me, kind of like the number 7. We all have our quirks, and this one's mine!

Thinking it best I have a real experience before I completed a review, I went back in late July for lunch. This time I tried the Taco Salad ($18) and was just as pleased as I was during the bar crawl. The shell was crunchy and the meat was seasoned perfectly. Both times I had the frozen margarita trio (classic, mango and strawberry) and the second visit they had a lot more kick. I believe the flavors may change depending on if they are out of a certain flavor/fruit. I giggled from the time I left the restaurant to I got back to the car. Thankfully I had a designated driver. Parking is in a garage attached to the building, but the restaurant is easily walkable if you are in the area. The lady that was our server doesn't really come to mind, but I would imagine she provided adequate service since I don't recall her, I do recall that she offered me a tequila shot or a churro as a birthday item, so be sure to let them know if its your birthday. The place wasn't overly packed during lunch and the food arrived timely to the table. I'd happily return for lunch or a happy hour.

So glad we finished with the White Chocolate Pistachio Cheesecake and cappuccinos, apparently sourced from a local bakery. I also really loved the atmosphere! It's a cute, cozy spot with a more intimate feel, and I appreciated the variety of Mediterranean-inspired dishes on the menu. Definitely somewhere I'd come back to. Love the dimly lit atmosphere and chill service. Lots of available side free parking

This quarter's featured country is Singapore, so I was especially excited for the opportunity to try Singaporean inspired cuisine. One of the best surprises of the evening was that our group was seated in a private dining room for the birthday celebration. It made the evening feel even more intimate and special for my friend. Jordan truly made this experience exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and cocktail menus and explained every item in such an approachable and thoughtful way. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and takes pride in the experience he creates for guests. Because of his recommendation and description, I ended up trying an entrée I probably would have overlooked otherwise. I ordered the Queensland chicken from the Singapore menu and it was outstanding. The chicken was extremely tender and the sauce had the rich, slightly sweet flavor profile Jordan described, almost reminiscent of a bourbon style glaze. It was comforting, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I also decided to explore the mocktail menu and tried both the Elliot Carver and the Paris Carver Kiss. Both were refreshing, balanced, and crafted just as thoughtfully as a full cocktail. From the service to the atmosphere to the food itself, this was truly a 10 out of 10 experience. I can absolutely see myself returning again soon.

The food was bland and under-seasoned, and I'm not someone who prefers a heavy hand seasoning wise. If I were going to come back, given the owners inability to take genuine feedback without being snarky, I certainly wouldn't now. Also, how does the owner know I'm not native to Singapore? Or at the very least lived there for many years? Not only is the response insulting, it's borderline racist. I really don't understand the glowing reviews. This place was not it. We visited during Singapore Week before a show at the Fox Theatre. My friends and I all love Singaporean food, which made the experience even more disappointing. The biggest letdown was the Hokkien Mee. If you've had this dish before, you know it typically has a rich, savory, curry-forward flavor. This version tasted more like a basic stir-fry noodle dish with a faint hint of chicken broth. It wasn't badly cooked, but it lacked the depth and flavor that makes Hokkien Mee special. I ordered the Tau Yew Bak (crispy pork belly), which was good, but nowhere near the most memorable pork belly I've had. The accompanying slaw/salad was completely forgettable and lacked flavor. My friend's Sambal Snapper suffered from the same issue. It wasn't offensive, just underseasoned and missing the bold flavors you'd expect from a dish built around sambal. We also ordered the Korean BBQ Duck Confit appetizer, which honestly tasted more like pulled barbecue chicken than duck. It wasn't bad, just not particularly exciting or memorable. I also tried the mashed potato croquettes, which were fine. That's really the best word for most of the food here: fine. Nothing was actively bad, but very little stood out. To be fair, there were some highlights. The hostess was warm and welcoming, and our server was good. The 006 Old Fashioned (their non-alcoholic Old Fashioned) was hands-down the best mocktail I've ever had, and I've had plenty all over the country. Seriously, it was outstanding and worth ordering on its own. The restaurant itself is also absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, great service, a gorgeous space, and an incredible mocktail couldn't make up for food that felt consistently underwhelming. 3 stars.

Kind and quick. Sat us in 2.5 seconds! Cocktails were very yummy. We ordered the Capri Son, Great Asp!, and Royal Grove. All different and all solid choices! Food was the star! We ordered the mezze board with the smoked eggplant dip, the beet muhammara, and the whipped feta. The whole board was great! Surprisingly, my fave was the beet dip, followed by the whipped feta. The balance of the spicy, sweet, salty, and crunchy in the beet dip was 10/10! The whipped feta was sweeter than I thought it was going to be but still very good. The eggplant dip was good but I don't think I need it again. The smokiness of it was lovely though! We also ordered the hot chicken. Spicy. Delicious. Must have! We ended up sharing the lamb burger. It's big and we were pretty full from the apps and drinks. It comes with Greek fries and a garlic aioli. So hearty and such great flavor. I just can't say enough about the food! Service was AMAZING! Shoutout to our server/bartender Megan. Super sweet, efficient, helpful, and just overall a great person. Such a great vibe. We'll definitely be back! Might be a regular. 100% recommend!

Now just to let you know that the part that's outside is very small so don't expect it to be a rooftop that'll fit a hundred people by any means but it is nice when you can get a seat. The inside is very nice. It's decorated very well and the last time I was there it actually had a DJ spinning so that was also pretty cool. The decor there is really great and the bar is set up pretty good too. The bar is pretty long so if you can't get a seat or you don't want a seat at a table, the bar would probably be a good option for you. I say that but then again the bar is usually where the people go first and foremost lol . The bartenders were really good. Our bartender was super cool and very nice and definitely gave a lot of insight to the specific drinks that they were making so I knew what to make as a selection Midnight alabi - now what's funny about several of these signature cocktails on their menu is the fact that you can select which liquor you want, which people don't really do a lot of times. Now you get to pick if you want bourbon or tequila or whatever. That's actually pretty cool because some people like the drink and how it's crafted but don't like the base liquor. I thought that was really great . The one that I had, I used Angel's Envy and it was really good. It had a weird foam on it and it was like some type of purple sweet potato kind of foam, which was odd to me but the drink itself was crafted very well. And also the presentation that they give is really good too. If you want something that's a picture-worthy drink then this will be a good spot as well. Overall I thought this was a really dope situation. You're paying 15 to 20 a drink just in general so just keep that in mind. The drinks you get will be crafted very well and you'll have a nice little vibe to go with it. That's hopefully saying that if they have music there you'll be able to kick back. It's a good environment all the way around. You may want to try to get there at a righteous time or an early time so you can make it to outside if you want to sit outside. Other than that I have no issues
