Wonderful experience. In January 2024 (delayed review I know) our hot water heater was leaking and spraying all over so we had to turn the main water off. Mike came out within a half hour of me calling and fixed it. He replaced the line that was leaking, but instead of just putting it back how it was (in an awkward position that possibly caused the leak to start with), he fixed the pipes so the water line would fit better. Also, when he arrived he was prepared with inside shoes and took his shoes off without me having to ask (some might not care about that, but it matters to me and shows courtesy) :) Overall we are extremely satisfied with the work and friendly, professional service. read more

I had water streaming out of a ceiling light and called Spetz to identify and resolve the issue. Everyone was responsive, friendly, and professional. It felt like I already knew everyone from calling on the phone to answering the door. They were actually able to come out much earlier than expected which was great since the issue involved not being able to shut off outside water line and just snowed other day. Excellent communication. Did a super quick fix and all set to go with a nice new valve to replace the old knob. Very happy with the service. Majorly unreliable and inconsiderate. I set up an an appointment; I took a day off work to be home. They never showed up. When I called to ask where they were, they said, "We'll come tomorrow." So I took a second day, and again they didn't show up. I called to ask why they didn't show up and they were rude and indignant about it like it was somehow my fault they didn't show up. I wasn't getting anywhere with them, so I decided to call someone else even though I wasted two days of leave with them. Good riddance. read more
