Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional to help with a plumbing issue.

Our annual main sewer line cleanout was $380 (a fraction of what we've had to pay for emergency services in the past, SUCH a deal) - we live in an area where our pipes are made of clay, so roots grow through the pipes and we need to get them cleared out regularly. We are going through a lot right now - we have an infant, I am postpartum, and our house is a mess right now, but the technician took it in stride and even talked with us about their kids. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism from their team and would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

I'd booked with a different company, who texted at the last minute that they weren't going to be there on time. Not getting a new time, I reached out again to those who had responded. Metro had originally stated that they could come out on Friday. I didn't want to wait that long, so I got on their list to see if they'd make it out on Thursday. I was contacted a short time later that someone would be out between noon and 4. Relieved, I got back to work. It was close to 3 when the nice young man arrived. I let him in and ge went right to work. Less than 30 minutes later, he'd cleaned out and tightened everything that caused the issue. The cost was $120. This was a quick, inexpensive repair with very friendly service. I've already given their name to a friend who's having plumbing issues at his home. Thanks Metro! I know who to call when the need arises again.

After opening it up and realizing that this was beyond me, I found Keith based on a recommendation from my mother-in-law. He was everything she said and more. He came in, did not only what I asked, but also what I needed, was way more affordable than anyone else with incredible professionalism. He also took a look at some things in my house like my water heater. He let me know that my water heater looks great right now, though based on age I should keep an eye on it as most water heaters leak between 12 and 16 years old (mine is at like 15).
