Did a fantastic job! Arrived right in the 1/2 hour tIme window they gave. No surprises, stayed exactly at their quoted price. Very happy with the service! read more

Brian from Castle Master Plumbing was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a problem with my fridge leaking water at the plumbing. He was in and out in 30 minutes flat which allowed me to get back to work quickly. Scheduling was a breeze. He was over at my house in less than 24 hours. There were some reviews talking about how unpleasant his scheduler was, but it would appear that woman does not work with them anymore. I called the number on the truck (see picture) and dealt directly with Brian. read more

Castle Masters Mechanical - Plumbing Near Me - Minneapolis, Minnesota

The radio, TV, and online are loaded with ads for the big home service companies. While they are probably good at what they do, they tend to be very expensive and better suited towards big home projects. Everyone absolutely needs honest, reliable, and affordable home service options that can handle the 99% of the small to midsized problems you will have as a homeowner. For plumbing, my go-to is Castle Masters. They are easy to reach, get someone over reasonably quickly, and do very good work at a very fair price. I don't need to call around to lots of plumbers. These guys are the first and only call. read more

Brian is prompt and efficient. He gets the job done. He is very knowledgeable about the older homes' plumbing. Last time I used him, he had Elijah, his apprentice, on the call. This young man is super smart and learning very fast! Brian's fees are fair and he is upfront about everything. SO thankful to have him as our go-to plumber! read more

Working with Brian was a dream. I'm remodeling a 102 yr old house and Brian did the following in a day and a half: changed all basement piping to PEX, set up service to a utility sink, washer, water softener, bathroom sink and toilet, added post meter shutoff valve and found and braised a leak in the service line beneath my basement floor. Whewww.... To speed things up I was the "assistant" and he did such fine work and was so considerate and respectful to my budgetary needs. Now I need to run a gas line and was getting no answer from "linda" but now I know she's gone and I'm reaching out directly to Brian. What a gem! read more

Brian is so professional. He communicates clearly and helped us understand the cause and remedy for our plumbing situation. He is remarkable, and we would use him again any time! Highly recommend! read more

Brian is amazing, he repaired our bathtub faucet in less than 10 minutes. Very efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

Brian and Castle Master provided amazing service to me for many years - he is my go-to for any plumbing problem. I had originally hired him for a small job, but he also plumbed an entirely new basement bathroom, installed a water heater, and a new toilet. I can't say enough good things about his service and expertise! I would recommend Brian to anybody. He provides great work at a very competitive price. read more

Brian is very responsive and thoughtful in how he approaches projects. He will only do what is required to get the job done effectively and is someone you can count on. He was referred by our handyman who has worked with him for over 10 years with only great things to say. read more

Brian, the plumber, is wonderful. He arrives on time, is positive and does excellent work. I agree, the receptionist who schedules him is brash and comes across as rude. But overall, I have been very pleased with his work on the jobs he has done for us. And he gives a discount for cash:) read more

I had a simple project ---a toilet that runs intermittently. Brian arrived on time and was able to fix the project in a simple way ---saving me some money. I appreciated his friendly attitude and good service. read more

Castlemaster has done great work for us at a reasonable price, but we recently canceled an appointment because the problem was unexpectedly resolved. I thought a 48 hours advance cancelation was reasonable, but the receptionist told us if we canceled, we could never use their services again. I recommend their work, but be sure to keep your appointment. I regret the loss of a fine service and wish the cancelation policy had been stated up front. read more

Brian of Castle Master came highly recommended, and he was superb. We've lived in our house in south Minneapolis for 38 years, and had problems with a leaky sink faucet and leaky bathtub faucet, which proved beyond my ability to figure out after watching many U-tube videos, and hours staring at the faucets trying to figure out how to get the handles off. Also, a problem with no cold water coming out of the tub spout, ouch. Brian arrived right on time (got an appointment one day after I called), sized the problem up immediately, and though the parts were unusual (19 years old), made a quick trip to the hardware store, and within an hour, fixed both problems with new parts and a smile. He's a kind, thoughtful, understated person, super-skilled at what he does, and charged far less than what I was expecting, considering the new parts and labor. End of U-tube videos for me, Brian is my guy. read more

Called to get kitchen faucet and toilet repair scheduled. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely horrible and rude. I decided not to hire because she was argumentative and exhibited poor customer service skills. Do not hire. read more

I have used Brian over the years and have been very pleased with all his work. He is so pleasant and reasonable in price. He even pointed out something that was installed wrong and fixed it even though he didn't do the work at no charge. I highly recommend him!!! read more

I was referred to Castle by my boss who has a commercial property he has had Brian service. Brian Castle is simply a hands on, get it done guy, He is very well versed in all aspects of what my plumbing needs have required,, and I'm a repeat customer for over 2 years now. I have rental properties, and use him now exclusively for service. I would highly recommend him. Boilers, radiators, holding tanks for wells rerouted the plumbing, faucets, sill cocks, Toilet repairs, shower valve replacement.. you get the idea I've got a 90 year old home and he's fixed it all, and the rentals are also over 60 years old with hard to find fittings. Emergency calls or scheduled repairs.. I have had great response, and service. read more

I called Castle Masters after having been referred to them by another contractor. I cannot speak to the quality of their work, which I assume is good based on my referral, but customer service needs improvement. Upon calling, I was told that they do no work in my area, and when I asked for a very rough estimate based on the scope of work I was interested in, or the names of other plumbing contractors who do work in my area, the receptionist basically hung up the phone. If that's what service is like on the front end, I can only imagine what it is like if there are scheduling issues during the project, or billing issues afterwards. I'd steer clear and find someone who respects their potential customers. read more

Brian was great. Very professional and conscientious about his service. He arrived at a set time, not a window, and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend. read more

I had Castle Masters come out to take care of a toilet that started to leak through to the basement, as well as clear out my bathroom sink drain. Overall, my experience with Castle Masters was professional, friendly, very affordable, and high quality. Though they were running late that day (which they called me to let me know), they got the work done quickly - and they charged me for less time because they ran late. Incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I will certainly call Castle Masters for all our plumbing needs moving forward. Very impressed. read more

I tried contacting Bryan to hire for another job and after leaving two messages for him and never hearing back I found someone else to help me. Pretty disappointed after having decent first experience. I will now be giving my future business and word of mouth referrals to someone else. read more

I found Brian at Castle Masters Mechanical thru Home Advisors, when I needed a dishwasher put in. Home advisors had many reviews on Castle MM, all highly rated, so I took a shot. He first came to my place to do a bid, which he did not charge for. He surprised me by how young, enthusiastic, and courteous he was, so I asked about his experience. His bid was very reasonable, so I scheduled a time with him. He came fully prepared for the job, including parts I should have had for installation, but didn't, and was done much earlier than he thought the job would take. So, the bill was much less than what he quoted. After he left, I ran some dishes, and noticed a leak under my sink. I called right away to let him know that I was planning on getting a new sink soon, and I would live with it, and he could fix it when I needed the sink installed. He insisted that he wanted to take care of it now, if it was something he was responsible for. Brian came back the next afternoon, took a look, and found a cracked washer on the pipe leading to the sink. I told him to that I would have to replace it when I got my new sink, and I'd call him for that anyway, so just to leave it. Again, he insisted on taking care of it FREE OF CHARGE, even know it wasn't his fault. I really enjoyed Brian and his professionalism. I now have found my go-to plumber, which is an excellent feeling to have someone that you trust and knows your property. Highly recommend. read more
