Be warned - this company is NOT detail oriented, and you might not get what you ordered!!…read more I chose to go with RSG in December because their quote for a Velux skylight was a bit less than if I were to buy it from Home Depot or any of their competitors. And was supposed to arrive sooner, but did not. I was VERY specific about what I wanted ordered and even made sure to speak with manufacturer and get their product codes, instructions, and lead times. I only had one chance at this because I was getting a new roof put on my house and needed the skylight to arrive while I had the roofers to help me lift it (about 250lbs) and install it. It came a week later :/ and without a blind. The Rep who helped me did not double check with the Manufacturer to make sure my details matched my codes, so lo and behold, I received a skylight but without a blind. I reached out to share with him that the blind was not included and it needed to be ordered, only to hear him tell me it would be another $450 and I could order it directly from the manufacturer... and that he was "sorry". He did nothing to offer compensation for the mixup. and took zero responsibility. He blamed in on the manufacturer, stating that they should have questioned the description that said "Flat Venting CM Solar Blind". He also tried telling me that I would pay $2,031.00 after shipping and taxes, had I gone to Home Depot, which is absolutely not true because I can get free shipping and zero taxes at checkout with the HD near me and would pick it up. Which is what I had to do with RSG anyhow. In a nut shell I paid $1696 for a skylight without a blind but could have paid $1788 to get what I wanted had I gone through a HD or Lowe's. And of course they wont refund me any discount for making this mistake because, guess what? This mistake made them money. At least $358.00 more money. Plus their markup price. Don't use a company who makes mistakes that they profit from. You had one job Mike Unger.

I called and talked to Au Nguyen who was very helpful and answered most of my DYI questions right over the phone which saved me hours of work. I went down to the showroom today and realized how important it was to have the measurements because it made it so easy to get the exact parts I needed for my kitchen project. Au met me and again took the time to get to know me and answer my questions and even ask me some additional questions to make sure I addressed those hidden issues that may come up. Au offered many numerous projects to compare colors and we were able to match mine almost exactly even though my cabinets were a little older. I read Coco's review and was nervous at first, but I have to say this was one of the best experiences I have had at a Cabinet shop and everyone I met made me feel like a Rock Star by the time I left. I also disagree with the statement on the quality was below the Big Box Stores as every contractor, flooring and designer that came to our home commented on how nice our kitchen looks and on the quality of the cabinets in their opinion. I installed Depot cabinets in one of my other homes, and I can tell you these cabinets are a higher grade for sure. Best Wishes - Jim Kreisman

We bought matching cabinets for our bathrooms and laundry room as well. We get compliments on our kitchen all the time. Just remember this is a wholesale place. Don't expect to get your cabinets installed by anyone there. They just sell the cabinets. You pay someone else (or do it yourself) to install the cabinets. Great quality wood, colors, and the no slam closures for the drawers are pretty neat features.

From the moment I reached out Veronica and Luis were attentive and made sure all my questions were answered. Communication was clear and painless. It's rare to find such genuine care and professionalism these days--I'll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Unfortunately, I have to be in a Wi-Fi area in order to use my phone like that. And they don't have Wi-Fi. I needed very specific things size wise. And you're not allowed to open packaging but when you pick up a lamp and you lightly shake it and you hear broken glass, but you're not allowed to open up the package and see what exactly broke why bother buying it at half price if you're not gonna be able to use it. This happened repeatedly also I was looking for a specific size bathroom medicine cabinet. Since much of the writing on the boxes didn't have dimensions, and I couldn't open the boxes because it's against the rules. I could find boxes that I think might've had the right sized item inside but I really couldn't take the gamble especially when I can't see if they're scratches or dents or a door ripped off, etc. I think the only thing I will come back here for is tile. If you're doing a craft project and you need a few pieces of tile or you're doing something special to cover a table top and you only need a few feet. This is the place to come for the tile. Unfortunately, the majority of the tile is not labeled and not priced and I hate having to run up to the counter every single time I find something to find out how much it's gonna cost. It's just ridiculous. I found a similar place, not too far away, where the people don't mind if you open the items to look at them and they will even go so far as to take a light fixture and wire it to a test area to show you that it works. So I think I will keep going to this other place instead.
