I mean most people in the service arena charge for a trip charge on top of their labor and parts. He didn't charge for the caulking, travel or time. I fully expected a hard sell on needing a new roof but that didn't happen. I asked Paul how the roof was holding up and he said I probably had a couple of years left in it. He even told me that I could take the replacement in portions so as to avoid a major financial hit all at once when the time came. I am so impressed with dry roofing that I will be calling them for the new installation a couple of years down the road. If you want a trustworthy company, I strongly suggest Dry Plus Roofing. They go the extra mile, a rare thing indeed!

So, last monsoon season when water began pouring into my garage there was no question who I'd call. For the record, due to the size and expense of a complete tile roof job, I took a few other bids and Canyon Sunrise was extremely competitive along with the assurance of using better quality underlayment as standard practice... no upsell for something that was going to last. We did encounter some challenges including my somewhat frail and super scarce roof tile that was made by a manufacturer who'd been out of business for close to two decades. Dave found me an excellent matching alternative that seamlessly blended with old. I was around while his crew worked and they were a conscientious hard-working group. They also did a really nice job with cleanup. In closing, last week when it began to pour I took comfort in knowing the job was done right - water tight - and that Canyon would be around for years to service me should I ever encounter any challenges.

A great price well within our estimates and budget. We received an itemized estimate, worked with them to deal with some issues that they were very happy to handle, and resolved all permits. Mind you, the city folks downtown at the permit office will not always give you correct info. Our visit downtown had them telling us we needed to hire a Structural Engineer followed by another engineer to approve. This was above the usual city inspections. New Life went downtown and straightened them out. They did tidy demo and removal. Showed up promptly each day. Did really great work and nice folks. Highly recommend

I had a very hard time getting them to return my calls... I finally got frustrated... and had another company fix this tiles.(at my expense) literally the day after, I finally got a call... was told they would send someone out... Wells later they did. the other company told me they didn't do a good job installing the roofing... that the rules would come up like when you flip a sheet. Tempel's representative disputed this. (and didn't repay me for the cost of the other companies work). July 2026... several tiles have come loose (like a sheet when you flip it). I have tried to get tempel to contact me, but.... no contact yet. it's so frustrating. so take it for what it's worth... the initial work was ok... but the follow up is not good. I'll update this rating if/when the issue is rectified.

She said she would order the material the next day and it would be delivered by Wednesday. On Monday we called to check to make sure the supplies were ordered. No answer no call back. Then the next day the "owner" Colton said he's canceling the contract, they fired Cole and he made mistakes that it would cost us $3000 more if we still want them to do the work. We said no we already paid you we have a contract we need you to keep your word and do the roof. We then called Cole, who is still employed and asked him what was going on. He said oh yeah they're coming out next week to do your roof. We said so you're still employed and he said yes. Do NOT use this roof company. They lie, they kept our money for 10 days and then canceled on us. Using a shady sales tactic to get thousands more dollars from us.
