I shut off the power and investigated the pipes and saw a rotten and rusted nipple connection that had failed with a large hole in the rusted pipe. I called PumpCo and left a voice message with the AI attendant. I couldn't believe it, but she knew the urgency with many proper responses. It was well after hours but first thing Saturday morning, the technician called me back. As it turns out, he was out at my home about a year ago for another pipe problem. The technician said he would be at my house in an hour. I sent him some photos before he left his shop and he seemed to have all the parts that I needed in stock. He did arrive. We reviewed the problem. He discussed removing many old bad connections and replaced the pipes between the well head and pressure tank. He re-routed pipes, cleaned up the old installation that had been patched many years ago. In the end, I was back in service, good clean installation, very professional, polite, prompt and reasonably priced, especially considering a Saturday dispatch, outside of normal business hours. I was very pleased with the service, along with the last time I used this company a year ago. I would recommend this company for all of the above reasons.

Our water is night and day better than it was before. I can drink from the tap with no mineral taste. I can wash my hands without a gallon of soap. I can rest easy knowing my home's plumbing is better protected. The price of the full install was very reasonable and Trevor made scheduling easy. From start to finish Trevor was super helpful and easy to work with. He made an initial consult visit to make sure he knew the house layout and all the materials he would need for the install, and then came out a couple of weeks later to install the unit. One thing I liked is that he is also a licensed electrician, and was able to pull wire directly for the unit and he even installed a new, unused outdoor outlet near the unit solely for our convenience and use. This shows an attention to detail and quality that I really appreciated. The install went smoothly and Trevor gave us a nearly one hour long in-person training on all the things we need to know about owning the water softener. He allowed us to record the video which gave us a ton of peace of mind. Within the same day our water was vastly improved. We also received a followup call from Brenda, one of the owners, and she was very helpful and friendly. We are very grateful to Trevor for his time and help and are loving our new system!!!
