I called O'Sullivan Pump after hours, left a voicemail and Ryan called me a few minutes later. He said he would be there the next day at 8:30 am. The following morning he arrived a few minutes before 8:30 am took a look at the pump and within no time the pump was up and running! Pesky bug got into the pressure switch! Also found out that Ryan does twice a year water well maintenance. Will definitely be using O'Sullivan pump going forward!

This was beyond RUDE and very disrespectful no matter who's account she incorrectly thought it was about. I have never come across such a rude person who deals with customers. I never said WHY I needed extra time because after she immediately LAUGHED loudly at me I was pissed. In fact I was ready to drop off a payment. But I refuse to see that lady in person!!! I will just make my payment online. This lady seriously needs a lesson in customer service. If I had a choice I would never use this gas company....but I don't.
