They responded quickly for an estimate to cut down a cherry tree. The price and quote was done by a video picture. It was convenient and fast. The work was very nice. Tree cutting and stump removal went as planned. Very pleased. read more

I would give All Backyard Pro a 10 if I could! I had expected that our overgrown back yard and weed covered "low maintenance" front yard were not going to be cleaned up for a month or more. I contacted a number of businesses through Yelp and while I got messages back, Merced was friendly, professional and quick with providing a quote. We agreed on an excellent price and he scheduled us for the NEXT DAY. They did such a good job. I just went outside a moment ago to just BE in the back. I had gotten in the habit of avoiding any time spent out there! It is so nice to have a clean outdoor space again. Thank you so much Merced and team! read more

Merced and his team where awesome. They came out quoted me the best price out of 8 quotes and scheduled to have out stump removed the very next day! We are very happy thank you! read more

Communication was quick and easy.We needed 4 palm trees to be pruned. We sent in pictures for a quote and it was reasonably priced. The day prior we got a text and the morning of we got a text for time frame of when they would be arriving. When arriving Tony was very easy to talk to and very efficient. The pruning didn't take long. Would definitely hire again! read more

I needed to get my front yard and backyard extra tidy for HOA. He responded quickly to me and gave great value. Fixed it right up real quick. They're super easy to work with too! read more

ALL BACKYARD PRO was so wonderful to work with! Merced was highly professional, communicative and timely! He often communicated any changes to our appointment, but he did a phenomenal job trimming our trees and clearing out yard of debris. In the process a small bit of our fence was caught by a branch of the tree. Merced returned to fix the fence and did an outstanding replacement job. He is very honest, pleasant to work with and highly recommend him to anyone in the Elk Grove area. Of note, during my search for a tree trimming professional Merced was only one who communicated back professionally. Manny Garcia, RN read more

Very happy with the service we got today. Our appointment was scheduled for 10am and they arrived half an hour early! They got right to work after explaining what was needed - they cut down and threw out all of the weeds that had taken over our backyard for a FOURTH of the price of other landscapers that quoted me. So appreciative of their quick communication, timeliness, and hard work. I think we've finally found our people; will definitely be contacting them for future projects! read more

Best quote for junk removal. Responded quickly. Came on a Sunday, within quoted window of time. Polite and fast. What more could you need? Will definitely use again in the future. read more

I needed my front yard tree pruned and the mistletoe removed. The price was reasonable and they made me an appointment quickly!

Called Merced and he came out right away and took care of my yard. Super responsive, reliable, and extremely reasonable.

Merced was great. He came out got what I asked him to do done in record time. He gave me suggestions on things I can do in my backyard. And the best part is they were reasonably priced! Would highly recommend All Backyard Pro! read more

I contacted All Backyard Pro through yelp and received a quick follow-up. I live on a quarter-acre lot and tried to do some failed landscaping on my own using a free-mulch dump. It didn't work out and looked awful. Merced and his team came and removed all of the old mulch + the weeds that had overtaken it. They took care of scheduling a dump pick up and ordering/installing a weed blocker and bender board on my newly cleaned lawn. Merced's team is professional, speedy, and efficient. I am so happy with their services that I plan on hiring them again for future work. Merced was understanding of my budget and allowed me to break the project into chunks so that I could afford everything I wanted. Additionally, he broke down all the charges from the project so it was easy to understand and transparent. read more

Merced let me down twice, and never came back or called. He left the project in the middle of the job. He even left his 2 wheelbarrows at my house. I never heard from him again. Also, he misled me about the overall cost of the project and then sprang hidden fees on me later. His prices are over the moon. read more

Merced and All Backyard Pro are great! His prices are beyond reasonable, and he's responsive, prompt, and just super-nice. He made quick work of fixing some broken sprinklers and suggested how to get more water pressure out of the other ones without having to redo the whole system for so much $$$. I also plan to have him help me with re-seeding my lawn. Overall very happy, and he's now my go-to for these kinds of things! read more

All Backyard Pro - I actually have space in my garage now! - Tree Services Near Me

Merced was very prompt in contacting me after my request was posted. He was flexible with pickup times, was at my house on time (actually even a little early). He was friendly, efficient and even swept the driveway after everything was in his trailer. His fee was 1/4 of most other quotes I received. I recommend this business very highly and will call them again, if needed. read more

Merced was quick to reply with an affordable quote for the work I needed done, he's very communicative and easy to work with. Other services I contacted gave me higher prices and weren't available for weeks or even months. Merced and his team did a great job clearing out a very messy, overgrown backyard and I would absolutely work with them again. read more

Well if you would've asked me about them maybe a month or two ago I would've given them a fantastic review because when they came they actually did a really good job and they didn't charge that much and then one day they stop coming. They stop calling they stopped texting they stopped communicating I have no idea why I don't know what went wrong I don't know what the problem was all I know is that I tried calling I tried texting I tried doing all those things numerous times and I got nothing and I have no clue what I did or if something happened to them I thought maybe they're business closed maybe somebody died I have no idea because they don't with customers and although they did a job with the lawn a hold of They were not reliable but I let it go because they did a good job with the lawn when they did the signs show up sometimes they would come on time other times I would have to write them at least two times maybe three times to get them to respond and I understand being busy and I don't know how many people are running this particular company but the bottom line is is that it's not really the customers problem if they're running and company and it says that they're reliable and all these other things and they should be what they say they are and sadly they wouldn't come out when they said they were there's many times he said they would be there and they didn't show up or there were times that I would have to write more than once to get them to respond and it was unfortunate but they did that a lot so if you're looking for somebody reliable these people are definitely not reliable not only are they no longer reliable but they've stopped communicating to me all together. It's been over a month now and I still have heard nothing back so I'm thinking that this time is permanent and are not coming back and again I have no idea why? I find it very odd that companies Do this? You would think they want to make money not dump loyal customers and piss them off! Again they do do a good job on the lawn if you can get them to come to your house but don't expect it to be easy they are not reliable a shout when they feel like it and that was Noriel and then eventually stop coming all together. read more

Merced was great and the price can't be beat! Thank you for responding and hauling junk so fast. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed. Thank you! read more

This company is very fair. I had a small amount of items that I needed to get rid of and I sent them a picture. They replied with a very fair price and made an appointment to pick it up the same day. They were very professional and I will contact them again. read more

Needed some assistance with backyard cleanup due to a recent back surgery. Merced responded promptly to my service request with a great project estimate! Responded quickly with a text message suggesting a quick available date. Honored his commitment and he and his crew had the yard cleaned up in 2 hours. Couldn't be happier with his demeanor and work. Will definitely have him back for some maintenance in the front yard and the raised beds. read more

I guess things change once you're not a first-time customer. I emailed Merced about a repeat of the same services. I requested a cost quote and asked if he could do the job in 7 days on the following Friday. He provided a vague response only that he could do the job if rainy weather permitted. I then had to chase him again the following week to confirm since rain was nowhere in the forecast. He only responded to my email to ask for my phone number (which he should already have if he cared to ask last week or kept any sort of records from previous work). Still no idea if he could come and no idea of cost. On Friday mid-morning Merced had someone else call to say they were double booked and needed to reschedule for Saturday instead. Irritated, I politely agreed that they could come on Saturday at 2pm. The next day at 2:15pm they were nowhere to be found and I called the number from the day before. The woman I spoke with said she'd contact Merced and get back to me. Then she stops to ask, "What's your address?" They schedule appointments with people and have no idea where they are located??? Very professional... The woman called me back 15 minutes later to tell me that Merced says he's not finished with another job and there's traffic, so he'd like to reschedule for Sunday. Unacceptable, so I said no and took my business elsewhere. If you don't want to get slow-rolled by a crew who can't give you a quote, doesn't ask for basic info like your phone number and address, and doesn't keep their word about an appointment (even after they already broke it once), then you'll want to stay away from All Backyard Pro. read more

Merced was the fastest response that I got and I liked that he gave me a rough estimate before he came out. Once here he did the work well and quickly and really cleaned up our yard. I definitely plan on recommending his company to friends. Thank you Merced! read more
