I contacted this company to get an estimate for tree work on my property. My first impressions were…read morequite positive: the estimator arrived early, texted me to inform me of his arrival, and provided thoughtful feedback regarding the work we needed to have done as we walked around the property. He informed me that a detailed estimate would be sent to me via text message later in the day/week and just as promised, I received it within hours after his departure. So what went wrong? Lack of follow through. I replied to the initial estimate indicating that I would need time to review the bid and would get back to him shortly. I received no reply, but that's OK as a reply to such a message is not necessary. After reviewing the estimate, I followed up with several questions, but never heard back. This is not OK as it prohibits us from moving forward. It is not clear to me why a company would take the time to provide an estimate if they are not willing to follow up with their customers. It is a waste of their time and the customer's, does not reflect well upon the company, and results in the loss of future referrals. If the company is too busy, would much rather have them state that they are inundated with jobs at the moment and cannot take on additional contracts until xx weeks or months rather than taking my time for a useless estimate. In the end, a different company provided an estimate later in the week and was hired for the job instead.

We first met the owner, Tim Dailey, at the Sacramento Landscape Show, and his impressive credentials and clear communication immediately instilled confidence. We were pleasantly surprised when his bid came in the lowest of the three estimates we received! The day of the removal was nothing short of amazing. The team arrived promptly and worked with incredible efficiency and friendliness. As a retired educator, I (Shannon) was so impressed watching them that I told the guys they are exactly the kind of professionals who should be at the very top of the list of invitees for Career Day. Watching them tackle eight trees--including three 60-foot redwoods and a 70-foot ash--was a masterclass in STEM skills. Their skilled assessment of physics, gravity and angles was supreme. As we watched them throughout the day we were struck by their strong team dynamic and highly collaborative approach. With a very hands-on owner leading the charge, this team's 'divide and conquer' approach made a massive job look easy. These tree specialists are superheroes in our book, and we cannot recommend them highly enough!
