He immediately was able to see what was going on and what I needed. He is dilligent and patient but most of all he was super helpful and knew exactly what I needed before taking out all the camera or video equipment. Impressive. However, it isn't all candy canes and sugar plums at this DMV, though I will also compliment them on the quick service I received. The negatives are that the appointment and waiting systems are confusing, the person who helped me at window five seemed to be very serious and having a bad day, and most of all, if you forget the mailed form you received for license renewal (a PAPER item they should easily have all that info on the computer if you are there with an appointment like I was), you run the risk of being told to take ADDITIONAL TESTS (I am not making this up) as I was. YES. Forget your paper form saying you only need to take the eye exam, and the employee will make you take not only an eye exam, but the written driving test as well. I passed, even though I did not study. But my gosh, how bonkers is that. Passive Aggressive behavior courtesy of the DMV. I also heard someone being threatened verbally down at the far window (where your picture is taken for license) by a DMV employee while I was at the middle window. Pluses are the place is clean as heck, and wait times and parking are much easier than the "big city". And the ladies at the front are so nice. Other than that though, it is your standard, "I got run over by the lawn mower" government experience that is best avoided unless you absolutely, positively, have to go there.

Online, just to renew, you need get a case number assigned by the new A.I. Virtual ASSistant and then you wait a week to get any action on the renewal. At the local office, you need to schedule a 2-week or later appointment, so don't be in a rush. If you want to chance the walk-in, be prepared to wait outside the office as the building lobby is all that is open to the public. Oh, and only open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So yes, CA DMV has gone from good service to absolutely the WORST SERVICE for both online and at the local Grass Valley office. Obviously much improvement is needed. Start with getting rid of the people who made the recent changes and go back to what was working for the people you serve.

He's experienced and has the appropriate, good equipment so the task of trenching and covering it went smoothly! During the job he asked if I had any questions. The bus driver decided to leave the hotel without any passengers, without checking around the hotel. This is despite me leaving messages and having confirmation that the bus would leave from the parking lot the week prior. We were able to get guests to run around the hotel and redirect the driver towards the back of the hotel, but many of our guests ended up taking ubers since they needed to get there earlier. Not ideal. When we called the Durham after to discuss, they took no responsibility for the additional burden. Know there are not many bus companies up there so not many options, but try to ask for your contract to be revised to include additional considerations. In general, would not recommend if possible.

My son with special needs started riding the bus at 3 years old and he LOVES it. Our sweet, patient, kind, amazing bus driver is such a gift to us. A friend recommended Blue Collar. I contacted Kevin. He was able to fit an inspection into his busy schedule. A couple days passed and they showed up and quickly determined it was not a water leak. It was a sewer leak, originating from my neighbor's property. Kevin contacted the neighbor and had a plan that cleared the line, problem solved in one day! When I asked for the bill, I was shocked by his response...."Not your problem, the neighbor was the problem, and they paid the bill". Wow, imagine that! Kevin could have easily justified charging me a service fee just for showing up. Obviously a very honest man, with integrity. His timing was good. Diagnosis was repidly concluded and the problem solved within 24 hours. Great service! Now I can proceed with the asphalt.

I'm hoping this will get the owner or a supervisor's attention to contact me regarding the service I'm being charged $271+ for. Their plumber came out to fix my laundry faucets with new washers and left saying it was repaired. Within 10 days I turned off the laundry faucets to attach the wall elbows onto the machine for it to slide into its closet and close the door, only to find out that one of the faucets was STILL LEAKING. Plumber came back and said it was MY fault for turning off the fuacet???!!!??.(What are faucets for????) That the entire laundry water supply box needed to be replaced. I checked to see that the laundry water supply box replacement needed replacement and cost (high$$$) was true and neccesary then called them to see if they would compromise. They have avoided my 5 messages. Plus, I'm on a well and since I can't stop the leak my well pump is contiually working and adding to my PG&E bill.
