The short of it is: My 80 year old MIL has been putting off getting a house cleaner for a very long time due to extremely high anxiety about, well, basically everything (and I mean EVERYTHING). Before finding Blue Rose Cleaning Services, I hadn't found a cleaner I felt would do the job in such a way as to reduce my MIL's anxiety. Cue Rosemeri! Oh my goodness. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew my MIL would be in good hands. Rosemeri explained the services offered, worked with me on the right balance of time spent on a deep clean and my MIL's school teacher retirement budget, and then set up a monthly service so that the house would stay in good shape. And then Marcelo and Hetielle!! These two people are just the loveliest. Absolute joy to be around. They do an amazing cleaning job and worked around my MIL's - shall we say, ever present and excitable - frenchie dog. And also put my MIL at complete ease. I'm hoping this will get the owner or a supervisor's attention to contact me regarding the service I'm being charged $271+ for. Their plumber came out to fix my laundry faucets with new washers and left saying it was repaired. Within 10 days I turned off the laundry faucets to attach the wall elbows onto the machine for it to slide into its closet and close the door, only to find out that one of the faucets was STILL LEAKING. Plumber came back and said it was MY fault for turning off the fuacet???!!!??.(What are faucets for????) That the entire laundry water supply box needed to be replaced. I checked to see that the laundry water supply box replacement needed replacement and cost (high$$$) was true and neccesary then called them to see if they would compromise. They have avoided my 5 messages. Plus, I'm on a well and since I can't stop the leak my well pump is contiually working and adding to my PG&E bill. From planting new trees and plants to removing sentimental old trees necessarily, I have felt all of my needs are handled professionally and with genuine care. I've had a few very big jobs and several smaller and no matter the work load, Leaf it to Me treats all my requests with equal importance. I have a friend in Grass Valley who was asking me for a referral today and I didn't have this business in my cell phone, and was surprised to search online and find that the younger brother who used to work for Aero has started his own business right in the same area. Wes took a weathered nightmare of a fence and deck and made it beautiful. My only regret about posting a great review is I don't get to keep them exclusively to myself lol. They refurbish and build amazing wood fences. Hard to find these days. They also rebuilt my porch which was full of dry rot and wobbled when you stepped up to the front door. (Scary) I did not have to lead them I just told them what needed to be done and they kicked *** There is still work to be done around this old place when I contacted Wes and told them it was all in desperate need of repair (Turd polishing) haha he took a look at it and came up with a plan. They were able to get to my place within a couple of hours, even with a 40 minute drive. Once they arrived, they were up and down the tree with the cat safe within about five minutes.
