They failed We recently had an unfortunate experience with Hanford Sand & Gravel, even though our interaction was indirect--through our contractor. Despite not being their direct customer, we were pulled into a payment issue due to their failure to collect payment from their actual customer before delivery. They later claimed the order was COD, but that was never communicated ahead of time, and no payment was requested at the time of delivery. Instead of resolving the issue directly with their customer, they sent us, a third party, threatening notices about filing a Mechanic's Lien. This approach was not only unprofessional but completely avoidable had the company handled their internal processes properly. It caused unnecessary stress for people uninvolved in the transaction. We hope Hanford Sand & Gravel improves their communication and payment procedures moving forward.

He sent out a team to install the front lawn and it didn't take long for them to complete this project. The end results was AMAZING. It truly looks REAL! When they realized I didn't replace it with sod, but artificial grass; they were in awe. They commented on how natural it looked.
